My first time ever having a spa experience. I can say I will be visiting again. I was worried because I have anxiety, however this was such a relaxing experience. The staff is amazing, very nice and professional. I really enjoyed the services I received with my gift certificate. They were able to help me with a skin care routine for my problem areas as well. Which I personally loved ❤️ Go book your appointment you won’t regret it!

Heaven on earth. The 70-minute Signature Massage was the absolute best decision I could have made. On a Saturday in June, 1 person canceled on a calendar FULLY BOOKED, and I, I was the client who responded to the availability. What a blessing! Highly recommend! Customer service was superb.

I had the BEST haircut with Brittany today! You can tell that she cares so much about her clients! She pays close attention to details, and gave me the exact cut that I asked for! Her scalp massage is amazing! The spa is absolutely beautiful, the staff was friendly, and everyone seemed so happy to be working there. I will definitely be coming back to see Brittany!

Cheyenne is so very helpful and is very discreet and clear when discussing transactions and services. She is also very pleasant and understanding and will help you gladly with your needs. Nicki is the absolute best esthetician I have EVER had for waxing services. She is very professional and very thorough. She is fast and has a couple of times squeezed in an extra service that wasn’t booked. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with what she does. For every question I asked she gave me so much relevant information to help me make custom decisions for my needs. I always had a great time and looked forward to my next appointment with her every 4-6 weeks. I highly recommend her, although secretly wish I could keep her all to myself!

My husband surprised me for Mother’s Day! These two ladies were so professional and they made sure I understood everything before the proceed my facial treatment and massage. I got out of there a happy new person. I will definitely go again! I’ve already set an appointment in 4 weeks and I have become a member as well 💜❤️☺️

They closed their hair salon and didnt have the courtesy to tell their clients. Many of them have paid memberships and they just hung their clients out to dry. Used to love this place but thats just poor business ethic.

First timer and it was pleasant. Very relaxing and the staff are awesome. The only thing I would suggest for them are sound barriers. They tell you to silence phone for the full relaxing experience and I heard a man hacking next to me, also heard the little conversation he held with some woman. It was awkward lol but overall still enjoyed my time & well worth what I paid. Id definitely go back.

I had a $100 gift card I had gotten before covid hit and I hadn’t made an appointment because I was pregnant and thought it would be nice to use after the baby came. Well Covid hit and I never got in to use it due to that. I called today to see if they could still honor it and was told since it had expired that I couldn’t use it. They said they had extended it 2 months (still would have been during the pandemic, also how would I have known that!?) i explained that I understood it was expired but due to there being a pandemic I would think they would at least try to let me use some of it if not all of it. Nope. That’s really not cool, $100 down the drain all because I wanted to wait until I was vaccinated to keep myself and others safe.Edited to add pics of the certificates that expired DURING the pandemic. I couldn’t have planned for a pandemic to happen or I would have used it sooner. As I explained to the woman when I called I was pregnant so I was wanting to wait til after the baby came to utilize the certificates. Not sure why it matters that they were won or not, it’s still $100 that I should have been able to spend.

I had a great experience. I definitely recommend the dry float paired with Nu-Calm system. After 30 minutes, I felt like I had a full nights rest.

Very professional and lowered my stress better than any medication could. The staff is extremely helpful. I have been to 5 places and this is the best overall by far.

Melissa is an excellent massage therapist. She always makes sure the room is properly lit and the massage table is the appropriate temperature. She takes the time to listen to where you want her to concentrate but also let’s you know if she identifies an area that could benefit from some attention. She is great at adjusting the pressure and really works out the kinks. The Spa itself is very relaxing and inviting, the staff is friendly and efficient.

This was my first time here and it was such a great experience! Everything inside looks so nice and I was but he seems so welcoming. I got a paraffin pedicure, I loved every minute of it. My technician was so nice and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning!

Renaissance Day Spa had a real opportunity to deliver fantastic customer service and unfortunately failed to do so. This latest occurrence really set the example of how they do business. I was given 3 gift certificates over a period of time and during the pandemic, one of them expired. I have one that was issued in 2017 but it seems those issued during that time have no expiration. My concern is that they were unwilling to honor the gift certificate that expired in late 2020. While they stated that they extended some certificates out 60 days, not everyone was notified of this. Nor was this posted on their website. Why would I risk my safety to go to a spa during a Global Pandemic. Why should anyone? A business of this stature should be able to honor those certificates longer than 60 days. I was also lead to understand that this was being handled on a case by case basis meaning they are leaving themselves wide open for discrimination lawsuits. Technically, my certificate had only gone past their 60 day mark by a week or so. Shame on them for poor business practices.Update: I received a phone call from a representative that was able to listen and resolve my issues. I appreciate the time it took to resolve this matter.

Great courtesy right off the start with walking in the door. Meet with explanations on take our safety for COVID and then quick check in and right upstairs to waiting area, along with explaining the layout and setup for us. The wait was very brief before my person (Nikki) came out and then right into the room. She started asking me the needed question for my facial experience to be perfect and comfortable. Wonderful, relaxing, great conversation well for sure the right amount and great explanation of what she was doing and results obtained.

I paid for two Luminous C & C facials during the October promotion and gifted one to my daughter. I went yesterday for mine and was told, after I’m all ready and in the room, that they did not have the dried seaweed mask which is the signature of the Luminous C & C. The girl told me she could put another mask on me but it would cost $20 extra. I told her the only mask I like is the dried seaweed so she said they wound do a deep cleansing facial, which they did with minimum products. When I asked for the price to be adjusted, since the Luminous C & C is $20 more expensive, they said they could only adjust it by $9.75 because it was a promotion and they could only put it as a credit to my account. I will never be buying any promotions from the Renaissance.*UPDATEI needed to update this review because early today the Spa management called me to rectify the situation. The lady was very understanding and professional and did her best to make up for the mishap from the other day. It is because of her wonderful customer service that I am updating this review to giver them five stars.

Infrared sauna is wonderful. Package deal is great. Really nice and professional staff. I came in there not knowing anything about the sauna but came out with the knowledge I needed. Definitely would recommend!

Patricia did my cut today and it was really good. She took her time and made sure it was to my liking. I have really curly hair and it’s awkward. She really went above and beyond to make sure it was done well and that I was completely satisfied before I left. She is great company while she is cutting. A great listener and was chatty. Very easy going and it made me feel really comfortable to be there. Overall, stellar experience.

I had my first haircut in 3 years . I showed my hairstylist Patricia a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations! The service was amazing and the staff was so friendly . I recommend this salon and spa 100%. And I will definitely be coming back .

Kiara is an excellent aesthetician. She’s thorough, gentle, kind and professional. I can’t recommend her enough. However, I learned that a gift card from my sister only had a three-month span. That seems wrong—gift cards shouldn’t have an expiration date—or it should be far longer than 3 months! Otherwise they’re just taking your money. That seems scammy to me. Renaissance Day Spa needs to correct that immediately.

I have been here twice now and each time I have had an amazing experience! From check in to check out everyone was so nice and accommodating. I didnt have special requests but they made sure I was happy and taken care of! My most recent visit was a couples massage with my husband and we both NEEDED IT! It was a great experience and an amazing escape!

The ambiance at The Renaissance is really nice and ALL staff members were wonderful. I gave 2 stars because the quality of the service for my toes wasn’t good. I paid $95 for a CBD pedicure with gel polish. I did not realize how bad the paint job was until I left (which is my fault for not paying attention). However, if a pedicure is that expensive there should never be a “bad” paint job (in my opinion). I really enjoyed the experience as a whole, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, but I will not be back for anything nail related.

Thankful they accommodated two more services for me at the same time. Very friendly and professional staff!!

Renaissance European Day Spa is my favorite spa in NC! I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Ricardo. I normally would never let a male masseuse touch me, but I took a chamce this time. Ricardo took the time to work out the terrible spasms, tight muscles, knots, and pain Ive been experiencing since my car accident in February. I am grateful for the thorough and magnificent job he did. Thank you!The young lady who did my facial was very nice and professional. However, she was a little too timid and didnt use enough product to cover my entire face. I believe she could use a little more training to ensure she is preforming better service.The lady who did my pedicure was also very nice and professional. However, she didnt do a good job exfoliating my feet, namely my heels. She did a good job with the nail polish, but it definitely wasnt one of the better services Ive received there.Overall, because of the excellent massage, I will definitely patron this spa again. Thank you!

Enjoyed the Deep Tissue Massage, Very clean, But poor communication with the pricing, was told $20 for UV Gel, once finish was told $50, NO, what can I do for the Misunderstanding, But if I want to leave a TIP! ..Hell NO!, Would recommend Massage, NO Mani or Pedi for me. I always Tip when service is good, The over charge should go to the worker’s. Was not pleased at the end.

I love the Renaissance day spa is a great way to release stress and tension. I always get the Swedish massage and I have no complaints. Excellent service and the staff is very nice. I had so much tension in my neck. and Shannon really worked on my neck to relieve the stress. Thank you Renaissance for great Massage therapist. I would recommend. You try it.

My mom and I decided to have a last minute spa trip and meet up in Fayetteville. After calling numerous places we tried this one and the lady that we spoke to was so kind and made it her mission to fit us in last minute. We both got a Swedish massage (I wish I could remember the name of the therapist but she was AWESOME). We’ll definitely be back to this spa if we are in Fayetteville again.

When I arrived my reservation had been canceled and they could not explain what had happened or why when I had just received a confirmation of my reservation that same day. The service that I was supposed to be getting was no longer available. The staff was friendly but the lack of communication was very evident. I was never offered anything for being inconvenienced other than another service that cost more than the original service I have reserved. I was very disappointed as I live an hour away and was really expecting a great relaxing time. My friend that accompanied me did not receive a facial she received a manicure, pedicure, and massage. When the appointments were initially booked we were to get a manicure and massage at the same time and I was to get a facial while she got a pedicure. I called and canceled my facial and manicure but specifically stated I wanted to keep the massage and the massage and manicure were canceled rather than manicure and facial.

Summer does an awesome pedicure and manicure. She always does a great job. I have been coming to Summer for years and I would not switch. I recommend her to everyone! A highlight for me, a great pedicure and calf massages. The polish choices are good, pedicures last well, and the quality is fantastic. I am always satisfied.Every time I come here I feel extremely welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere is relaxing with soft music in the background, no nasty chemical smells, love the FHF products. This is an awesome spa, with lots of services to choose from. I give Summer and the Renaissance 5 stars!

I always feel like a million bucks when I leave here. Everyone is always friendly and makes me feel welcome. Nicole cut my hair recently and gave me some amazing advice for my hair. I will keep coming back as long as she is here! AMAZING service!

Physical distancing guidelines are being scrupulously adhered to. Everyone wore a mask and I was the only client in the salon for most of my visit. At the most there was only one other client in the salon besides myself. Clients are allowed to visit only one service area per day to minimize traffic. Same great quality of care and courteous service.

Oh my goodness! My first spa day...ever! Renaissance is amazing and the service is impeccable! I will be back!

Tylice was absolutely the nicest and best manicurist I’ve ever had . She did a beautiful job on my hands and feet . I loved every second of my appointment and already scheduled my next appointment with Tylice .

With everything going on with covid the experience was still enjoyable. Just wished they would open up the lunch menu like before.

Claudia is amazing but if you’re put in room 5, you share a wall with the next room. Unfortunately they were very loud so the first half of the massage was less than relaxing.

Wonderful place and people. Nicole has kept my hair cute for years, and it has been everything! Long, short, straight, curly, natural, occasionally bangs, and my most recent adventure, tight spiral perm! She is awesome at making my hair moods happen!

Natalie, the owner, knows what shes doing and so does her team. If you actually knew anything about the previous owner, you would agree. Renaissance is much better than it used to be! Went in for a back and neck massage and imagine my surprise when I get to the counter and pay 90.00 for a signature service when I was expecting to pay 65. It was not a 90 dollar massage.My last massage through my gift certificate was the worst and it wasnt because of the technician. We were in the partitioned room and all was fine until the tech in the next room arrived with her client and they talked the whole time and she even took phone calls. YOU COULD HEAR EVERY WORD. I cut my visit short because I couldnt handle the full on conversation going next door. So much for a peaceful, quiet experience. I left and Im never going back.

I just had my hair cut my Nicole and she was AMAZING!!! She gave me ideas and supported what I needed and even encouraged me to continue to grow our my grey. I will definitely be coming back for her!!!

I came into my appointment with Nicole without having an idea of what I was really wanting except the type of cut I wanted. I knew that I wanted a color change, but again, I didnt know what I wanted to do. I left it up to Nicole to decide what she thought would work on me for both color and cut. She did amazingly!! She is now my go to girl for working her magic on my hair.

Overall a great experience. The only thing I wish was different is that we came in to have the sampler plus. When were were receiving our services, we were given options and thought it was just standard. She did not tell us that they were uncharges.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I opted for a Flower Power Pedicure that had a hibiscus foot soak and bio-hemp products. And my first pedicure in four months left me feeling like a woman again! I also have plantar fasciitis and the bio-hemp products relieve the aching throb in my heel.

I was running behind and called to let them know I’d be 15 minutes late. The receptionist said to still come and I was provided a full service. They definitely didn’t have to do that since the tardiness was totally my fault. I appreciate them accommodating me. Kim did a great job on my facial.
