I went with my daughter and had both Manicures and pedicures. They wouldnt use my natural nail and said I needed acrylic so I thought whatever thats fine. Then they didnt give me a massage they put lotion on and barely rubbed my legs. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and asked them to make the nails short. They couldnt understand that I wanted short nails. Im not one to argue much so I let it go. Then my daughters nails and toes looked like a 2yr old painted them. I paid 160 for the worst manicures and pedicures. We will not go back. The only positive was that the staff was nice.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. These have only been on a week 🙄 $110 wasted.. the guy that did my nails was shaking and rushing the whole time, my nails started lifting after 2 days. When I received my pedicure, the guy didn’t know how to work the water and the water sprayed on my pants between my legs.. the young lady who did my pedicure seemed like she was scared to touch my feet and hardly scubbed my feet, the stones weren’t even warm that she massaged with, and the towels were barely warm. I could say more!.. 😡🧘🏿‍♀️ I left disappointed with my jeans wet between my legs and on the back of my pants. 😩 the worst place I’ve ever been.

We went here today and enjoyed the pedicures so much with the stone massage. The staffs were super friendly and professional. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Thank you for your services!!

Great atmosphere and service. A little expensive. I paid double for nails that usually cost less!! But because it was Sunday, on a holiday weekend, they get you!!I know better.... so I do better! Dont get me wrong... It is beautiful work that they do.

Business opened late about 15 mts; 3 employees drove up and apologized. Got a nice manicure at very good price. Clean establishment.

So Michelle and her sisters used to own this place and under their care and expertise, it was absolutely flawless. Quality, atmosphere, value, the works.After it has been sold, everything has plummeted. The new owner is hostile and rude and combative and also paranoid that everyone is Michelle’s friend.Of course most of us are Michelle’s friend or at the very least client- her shop was family owned for decades and Michelle has been in most of our lives for that amount of time.It’s a shame this ownership hasn’t propelled this awesome namesake into something even brighter let alone keep it at the standard we are used to.I’ll give 2 stars because I still love what the building meant for so long.

I really enjoyed the service. I was a walk in.I live about 3hours away, but it was worth the drive.

This was service was very unprofessional. The lady who did my toes put old polish on my toes, then had to redo the whole set. it still wasn’t neat. i asked her to clean up my toes and she said it was just my skin. furthermore, the entire time the lady sat on the floor while assisting me. would not recommend this location.

This was a bad experience, the lady who did my toes was rushing and not trying to do what I wanted, very unprofessional and they just is about the money and not quality. Will not be going back, a guy had to come check her work and she supposed to be knowing what she was doing, she did a horrible polish job, a 5 year old could have done it better . not being funny.

This was my first time getting my nails done and it definitely wont be the last!Michelle was my tech and she patiently answered my questions and gave recommendations based on my needs. She was also hilarious.Ill be coming back.***4 months later and Queen Nails is still the only place I will ever go to get my nails done! Couldnt be happier!

Very dishonest, unprofessional, and steal photos and claim the work as their ownI reached out to this company on FB about a photo they had posted and asked who did the work and I got a responce saying I did, can I help you? So I responded that I was interested in the name of the nail tech that did the work as I wanted to book with that person. She said her name was Sophia and that she would book me for the next morning. I came in and asked for oval nails and she made stiletto which I didnt say anything cause I have had them before. Then when it came to the design it was very bad and looked nothing like the photo she claimed was hers, I asked her to remove the design and she proceeded with stickers which was ok but she was putting them on the wrong fingers, I kept quite till she started drawing on them again so I asked her to remove the art and just leave them plain. I dont know if she was just upset and wanted me out at this point but the top coat was all over my skin and burnt when I put it under the light. I told her and she just poked at it a little and had me put it under the light again. I didnt want to pay due to being lied to and the product all over my skin. A gentleman used the cuticle trimmer to pull and cut the product from my skin and repolished a few. I ended up paying and leaving but was so upset I still had it all over every cuticle so I messaged to let them know I was still upset at the work and being lied to. Sophia instead of offering me to come back and have it removed from the skin told me I can go everywhere else but Im just so picky. I told her that asking not to be lied to and the product not to be all over my skin is not picky. The man was very apologetic but she only apologized once in the same message she insulted me in. Would not recommend this salon!

My worst experience at a nail salon. My Eye lash extensions came off not even 30 minutes after leaving the salon she use hair glue for my lashes. My feet were not done properly gel polish peeling . They’re under new ownership will never recommend this shop

The hot paraffin wax for my pedicures is my go to! Pedicures are relaxing and they always have great stuff on tv.

First experience at Queen Nails. I receive a pedicure and full set. The staff was very friendly and provided customers with refreshments. My nail technician made sure I was taken cared of and gave me advice on my nails. Prices are reasonable. Definitely will be back!

Quick service BUT did not do a good job. I went in to see if she could fill and reshape my nails (from another nail salon since I moved states)The shape was terrible and uneven.Also, the salon itself looks very unclean and old.Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Been going to this place for years. They do a great job and try to accommodate all their customers even when its busy. The quality of their work is great. Michelle works hard to make sure all her customers leave satisfied. If you have any problems she will try to fix it in the most fair manner. Her prices are reasonable and I drive from Raleigh to get my nails done by her. I saw a few people complain about pricing. Which I believe is a bunch of s***. A decent manicure with gel in the Raleigh-Durham area can cost $65+! Ive been living in Raleigh for almost two years and only found one salon that does nails as good as Michelle and they charge 3x more than her. If paying $25-45 is too much, 1. Why didnt you ask how much before getting your nails done. 2. Running a small business is hard work, running a nail salon is hard. Yes, the shop can get busy at times but thats any good nail shop. I will continue to go her as long as I live in a reasonable distance. Michelle goes out of her way to make sure Im satisfied. She makes sure my nails are healthy which is hard to do since Im undergoing cancer treatments and makes sure I come during times I wont have to wait long. I guarantee if you treat the people at this establishment with respect. You will be surprised how far they will go to make you happy.

This would be the best place to do nails. Also the price is really good. I always come and do my nails and they leave it really perfect and professional. If you show a picture of what you want they will do it. And they are really nice.

Only went here once and that was to get a chin and lip wax. The lady seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. She plucked more hair with tweezers than she waxed. I could of did that at home for free. I paid $25 for both the wax and polish change on my toes. That was a bit much. Not to mention, my entire lip and chin area has a disgusting trail of pimples. Idk if it was dirty wax or if the tweezers were dirty but this breakout is the worst I experienced in my life. Im almost scared because this doesnt look normal. Please reconsider if you are thinking about coming here. I should have just stuck my nail salon (401 Nails) but my husband was getting a haircut next door so I decided I would just do it at the same time. Ugh 😡😡

Their work is very good. Clean environment. But one of the girls works too tough on my feet. Hurts me every time I get my feet done. I dont want to be rude by saying anything. Every time I just hope I dont get her. And I do :( also Michelle is very good on the full sets!
