LA nails never fails to disappoint great job as always I just wish they had longer hours because by the time I get off of work at five they are closed and on the weekends they close at 2pm. I guess when you are a very successful business you can create your own hours. The pic below of my nails that was just taken today is almost 3 weeks old. Anywho, I’ll be back in 2 weeks for my fill-in💅🏽☺️👍🏾

Love coming here. Its not overly packed and they do good nails here. Always satisfied and Im very particular about my nails.

Not a good experience. understand they are trying to service everyone but not a good look to leave a client sitting to service another client who just walked in. the nail color is beautiful (reason for 2 stars). will not be returning.

I asked for like the ballerina shape nails and I told them I wanted them EXACTLY like the photo, but I got more of a coffin shape. they aren’t sanitary, they use the same Acrylic brush ON EVERYONE, this is how things get spread because your supposed to changed each brush each customer, also I didn’t get the full nail experience, didn’t cut off my cuticles, just trying to rush bc there was only 2 people on there. Not to mention he also dropped the brush on the ground and then picked it back up and used it on me

It wasnt a five star experience. But it was a quick and efficient job. I paid $20 for a full set. I love that price. Im pretty simple so Im not sure what its like for the extra stuff. The 2nd picture is my friend who went on the same day. Hers was $16. She got a fill in. Originally was $25.

I got an acrylic full set. i get my nails medium length. i had a man and woman both working on me. they asked me why i wanted my nails so long. my nails were a mess. every nail was a different shape. i will try to post a picture if i can.

I was not happy with my service. I have natural nails and i just wanted my existing overlay to be removed and get it redone and she broke three of my natural nails that i have been growing for three months. Im not happy st all about their service.

I love my nails . The lady who did my nails was very polite and i love the work environment.

They are very gentle with my feet, unlike the place near Chris Steakhouse on Raeford Rd.

Mmm they struggled a little I asked for the same polish on both my feet and hands and later at my event notice that my hands were different from my feet. No marble 😕

Just got a full set and pedicure and they did amazing work!!! They were super busy but work quick while still taking there time. And affordable! Definitely my new nail salon!!!

I love the way Mr. Le did my nails he is by far the best nail tech that I have come across yet. If you want the best quality service and work you should go to LE Nails. It was fast and last came out great.

Im new to the area, and this is the second nail salon Ive tried. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They did a very nice job on my pedicure, gels, and my eyebrows. The prices were excellent and the facility was clean. The only suggestion I have is a little better shaping on my nails would have given them 5 stars.

I’m new in the area so I decided to come here. The shop is old and outdated and has no kind of decor. If you get gel polish there isn’t a good selection of colors and the nails used to show customers colors to choose from should be replaced, it just looks old and the tape showing the number for the polish color is dirty and peeling off. I got a fill and gel polish. I felt like the guy rushed and didn’t do a good job I’m sure my nails will be lifting before 2 weeks. The guy who did my nails wasn’t too friendly and kind of rude. The pedicure was mediocre!! They only do a basic cleaning and do not have deluxe treatment. In fact they didn’t offer a drink or have warm/hot wet towels.Bottom line I would not recommend this place!! The prices do not reflect the service or Ambience. They charge the same as nicer nail salons so just go to a nicer location!!!

For the price it makes sense. You literally get 20 dollar nails. They are so quick at their service yes but they need to take their time. Their small mistake add up. Plus they don’t take care of your nails well, they slap them on and that’s it. You’d be better off paying more and going somewhere else if you care about quality nails.

Very good experience. This was the first nail shop I tried out in the area. I chose it because of the good reviews. Its not the most glamorous shop but the staff are on point. My pedicure was great. Place is clean. Prices are reasonable. Will return.

If your looking for a great nail place, look no further!!!!!! This is one of the best Nail places I have ever been! Very inexpensive and the nails last FOREVER! I had my full set done over a month ago and none of them came off or even chipped! If you get acrylics unless specified they always use gel polish and its not extra like most other places! Make sure you dont go on a payday Friday or a 4 days weekend Friday or plan to be waiting for a bit but it is worth it!!! I will go there until I move! Worth the time and money!

I went here to get myself and my mother a pedicure. The guy and the older lady that worked on our pedicures were great. They were very kind and respectful. Although i do feel that the guy rushed in doing my moms feet. He did it in literally like 10mins. I didnt feel criticized (swollen pregnant feet😬).Update- after about a week my nail polish started chipping off which has never happened with any pedicures. It really sucks bc the atmosphere here was really good and so were their prices.

This is the best nail shop in Fayetteville hands down ! the nail technicians have awesome customer service skills and are very nice. The prices are also very reasonable, I love the location its close to Fort Bragg right outside of Yadkin Gate. I would recommend anyone to go get there nails done at LA Nails even if its your first time. I absolutely love my nails every time I get them done here they take there time and they are not sloppy.

By far the best place to get your nails and eye brows done all together a great experience and it was so affodabled!! I only paid $20 for a full set and $7 for my eye brows it was great! Highly recommend gong here.

The lady who did my nails messed one of them up and it was sticking pretty much straight off my nail and I asked her to fix it and she said it was my fault it was like that because that’s how my natural nail is. I have gotten acriclyas millions of times and never had that issue never going back there

Eyebrows are always done so well so are nails. Good place clean and not expensive like the mall.

If I could I would have shut this place down. Filthy everywhere. They may be fast but the guy who did my mani doesn’t know how to remove cuticles. He cut the non cuticle skin around my nail bed. I was bleeding, jerking my hand away in pain but he kept going. When he started to apply the polish he didn’t apply the base coat. I asked him If he was going to use basecoat and he said oh I’m sorry some people don’t like it. And I said I’ve never heard anyone say they don’t like basecoat on their nails. I know this because I used to be a manicurist. My daughter in law went with me to have a mani with tips and gel applied along with a pedi. The same guy started her nails, sent her to wash her hands, then upon her return had another client in the chair. Then he motioned her to go to a gal at the end. WTH? All he did was apply tips with clear acrylic that showed through to her own nails. Cheap prices. You get what you pay for.

Service has gotten worse over the years. My nails today look horrible and I feel like I wasted $26 on rushed work. I will not return to this nail salon again!

Service is terrible I ended up with lumpy nails, THEY USE ILLEGAL MMA ACRYLIC NAIL POWDER, and I have a whole dent in my nail and I asked if they would fix it and the guy tried to act like he didn’t see it, and deny it. Also I decided to add diamonds which came off literally the next day I got them done. I am never going back, it was a complete waste of money. I would give them zero stars if I could!

Great place to get your eyebrows arch

Went there today a little before 6pm and they were busy for a Thursday (EOM). All I needed was a basic pedicure BUT not one person acknowledged my presence! No one spoke to me or asked what I needed! Even if they said they couldnt do it because they had a long wait, that would have been ok!

This place is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! After the man started cutting my nail I LET HIM KNOW it wasn’t the length I wanted. He got mad and said he would charge me EXTRA For HIS MISTAKE !!!! I said nvm and to take them off he stood up and started screaming no, remind you I’m still sitting down, I didn’t get aggressive or anything ! I will never go back, nor would recommend them to ANYBODY ELSE ! The nails was messed up, uneven, it was just a bad experience!

This isn’t my account buuuuuut I went in to get my nails done less than a weeks ago. The acrylic already chipped off. I called them said I want my money back or re do it. Well they said they would redo it even tho they still made me pay to have them painted again which makes no sense since he took the polish off to fix them... then once his co worker told him it was free only paying him 5$ he started getting sloppy. Left the nail polish from before on my finger, it didn’t fully paint them, my thumb nail is horridly shorter than the other one he reshaped my broken nail and wouldn’t make it match the rest of them. He left the acrylic under the nails and on the sides of my finger. And everytime I told him to fix somthing he acted like he couldn’t understand me and it finally made me mad enough to go out right after there and go get my nails done else where.....

I got acrylic nails here they use msm which is illegal and harsh on your nails. You can tell during removal the product is stick and gooey. If you go here dont get fake nails. The guy who did my nails had horrible customer service. Never going back.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. I asked for an ombre acrylic set. I had a previous set and so I needed to get that set removed. The guy was trimming my nails and then using a nail tip and ripping my nail off. Never going again.
