Im from SC, but my family was in town for a funeral. My aunt suggested this nail salon and we are so glad she did!! I made appointments for myself and 11 yo daughter the night before, shocked to get an answer so late! The young lady at the front desk had such great customer service skills and so helpful! Their service was fast, but very warming and detailed oriented!! I forgot to get a picture of our toes but got our nails!! No salon back home can match this salon and we have a ton!! Thank you Lush for the experience and whenever were back in Arkansas we will most definitely be back!!!!!

I had been searching for a place to get my nails done since moving here over a year and a half ago and I finally found it. Lush is such a friendly, clean, relaxing environment to go. As soon as I walked in the girl upfront greated me and asked me if I wanted to wait about 15 minutes since I didnt have an appointment. I had no problem waiting since it was my day off. I waited about 15 minutes then was taken over to get a pedicure. I got the $71 and oh boy was it worth it. Im a server so Im walking around all day and my feet really needed it. I didnt catch the young mans name but he did a wonderful job. Once I was done I went over to get a full set. Another young man did my nails and Ive never been happier with them! He did exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy every step of the way. He really made sure everything was perfect for me. I was told if they break in the first week to come back and they will be fixed for free, which I really appreciate. Overall I give Lush and all of the lovely people who work there 5 stars. I will definitely be returning when its time for a fill!

I wanted to try this new salon for pedicures as i work on my feet and tend to have dry skin and calluses. I left paying $71 and when i got to my car i realized that hardly (if any) dead skin was removed. I then remembered the tech Kat (i think was her name and she was friendly btw) never did the cheese grater thing to get the dead skin off. I called and expressed my concern and sent pictures of how the looked after being done and they informed me that it was my foot and not dead skin. Jenny was super understanding and i came in and she said if they have scrubbed anymore they would have hurt me. I left with a refund of $28 (so i could try and see if i could go get it done somewhere else). Jenny offered to fix it but i was having a heard time understanding what they could do to fix it if they claimed that any more scrubbing would do damage. The place is very pretty and the staff is nice i just think if the tech couldn’t get the dead skin off (the reason i upgraded to a more expensive pedi) she should have look at my feet from the get go and been up from about it instead of not getting it off and me wasting time and money. If you have a lot of dead skin don’t expect you feet to be smooth unlike anywhere else I’ve been.

This is how my toes look after going in for a simple color change, and then coming back the next day due to the color being bubbly. It looks better than the original which is saying a lot because this looks horrible. This is THE WORST color change I have ever had. It was rushed and looks sloppy.*Update: I went back and the manager was very nice and helpful. The other technician that repainted my toes did an excellent job. I will not be going back to my original technician but I may come back and see someone else.

This is the only nail salon in Fayetteville that I will go to get anything done! I love the atmosphere and the vibes here. I feel very welcomed and happy when I get my nails done. Jenny is super helpful when helping you choose nail colors. She is vibrant when interacting with customers. The nail techs always come through when doing my nails! It’s always beautiful quality. :)

I have been going to this salon since February of last year and have not been disappointed once! They are very clean and safe with covid protocols! I don’t know why this place is rated so high? I went in and asked for a full set. I showed a picture of how I wanted them shaped and the length I wanted as well as the color. They kept questioning the length I wanted and told me I couldn’t get them too long. If I’m paying $50+ for a nail service then I should be able to get what I request. Every other nail place I have gone too in the past never made a problem about the length I wanted or proceeded to make me feel bad about it. I will not be returning here again.

We are always happy with the services we receive. Appointment times are respected and walk-ins are almost always accommodated. Prices are competitive and the environment is bright, clean, and welcoming.

Pampered treatment for me and my two girls. We had the best experience at Lush! Perfectly shaped and artistically painted acrylic nails. Relaxing and beautiful pedicures. Brow was was quick and expertly done. We drove 1.5 hours because of the great reviews of a friend. 100% worth it!

Both times I have gone there they have done an amazing job. Very friendly and do great pedicures. I dont know her name but the girl who answers the phones is super nice and makes you feel so welcomed everytime!!

I felt like royalty. I was kindly greeted at the door and the salon was very clean. I was escorted to the pedicure chairs for my pedicure. The chairs felt luxurious as I got my in chair massage. Everything was very sanitary the staff was very kind. We were offered beverages during our pedicure, which Ive never had elsewhere. I would recommend Lush Spa.

They were extremely professional and friendly! We called in the morning and needed to fit in 11 people for pedicures/manicures. They were super accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. Nails turned out beautiful and pedicures were great! This is where I’ll come from now on. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

My friend and I came in for both a manicure and pedicure for my graduation a couple weeks ago & we just enjoyed the service and the people! Great atmosphere & everyone was so nice and the quality of the nails are so great. This was my first time coming in and I will definitely be coming back!

The service was great. The only thing is that I paid $60 for a new set and 3 days after my nails started falling off. It’s been 2 weeks since I got my nails done and 3 already fell off. I will not be coming back here again.

I’m glad I chose Lush for my first salon experience. I felt very welcomed and the whole place is light, bright, and very clean. I chose to try a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. The pedicure and manicure were so relaxing - I loved the massage chairs and hot rocks. I haven’t tried eyebrow wax before and I really like how it looks. I will definitely come back if ever I’m in Fayetteville again.

Ive not had a nail place since moving to fayetteville 5 years ago, until last year when I came to Lush on a whim, and have been a loyalist and fan ever since. Jenny is the sweetest and remembers everyone and makes a point to ask how you are, and every technician is fantastic. Theyre also so good with not only my kids, but others Ive seen them interact with. Not one to leave a lot of Google reviews, but Lush is who I will be going to until the grave, and even then as a ghost. They also have dope artwork. 10/10 trust me on this place.

I dont know why this salon doesnt have higher ratings. This salon is AMAAAAZING, and officially my favorite go-to spot to get nails done. I scheduled 4 slots for me and my girlfriends as a birthday kick-off, to a fun girls night out/birthday evening.We walked in and the salon was just beautiful. Its pristine and vibrant. There is a wall displaying an assortment of wines and champagne to choose from. When we walked in, the employees were right there waiting on us, and ready to serve. They were possibly the kindest manicurist Ive ever encountered. Very jovial, and respectful. The massage chairs are HEAVEN! I cannot wait to go back, I truly cant. Thank you so much for providing a very perfect beginning to a fun girls night birthday celebration. We all love LUSH!!!

I hadnt found a place in Fayetteville that I liked for pedicures before today. I made an appointment for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Jenny greeted me immediately upon walking in the door, and Mia was my nail tech and also did my brows. I like the ambiance of this place a lot, as it was quiet, comfortable and clean. Mia did a great job on my pedi, and my feet look great! I had been concerned since my feet were in bad shape as I hadnt had a pedicure in over a year due to Covid. However, Mia made me feet look and feel great, and I plan on going back monthly to see her. She also did a wonderful job on my brows as well! I highly recommend Lush to anyone looking for a pedicure done right!

Andre did amazing and transformed my short natural nails into beautifullllll long coffin claws. I never get my nails done cus most techs don’t have the vision but I’m so happy with how these turned out and will definitely be back 🤩 thank u lush!

Very impressed with this salon I brought my three year old and 3 months old and they were so kind and patient with us. One of the nail techs even helped at the three month old while I was having my nails painted and she was crying. I could not recommend this Salon any higher they are amazing.

The nail tech was very rude and rush for me. I was cut twice with the electric nail drill and he was not saying anything and not stopping what was causing the pain. Very rough while working on my nails, they also work very fast!! Had lots of-cuts. I would’ve gone somewhere else.

The salon I normally use was closed for the holiday weekend so I thought Id try Lush. Making an appointment was easy, they were able to get me in the same day at the time I requested.The young lady who did my nails was polite and did a pretty good job on my nails. My only complaint is what happened towards the end if my appointment. An older employee walked up behind my tech to take a peek at what she was doing to my nails, which I did not mind, but soon she started speaking in her native language and they sat and held a conversation. The older lady at one time pointed at my nails. I have no idea if she was critiquing the young lady or if she was talking about my choice of style?? But, it was awkward and a bit rude. Not sure Ill use this salon again if Im in a pinch.
