This was my first time going to this spa. My friend recommended it and I finally decided to go. I booked a facial with Monique. She took the time to cater my facial for my skin needs and talked me through the process. She also was very careful & accommodating since I am expecting. I felt so pampered and relaxed. She even massaged my neck and shoulders with my facial. Price was very reasonable! Quality was amazing! I feel and look so refreshed! Would love to try their other services! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in the Fayetteville area!

I scoured google for reviews of places offering prenatal massage in Fayetteville, and finally decided on this place since we are new to town and I left my amazing massage therapist back home. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this place. I dont mind at all that it is in a hotel, but it looks very rundown. When I walked into the spa, the receptionist had a friend there and the friends boyfriend (Im assuming) who were sitting behind the counter. Considering I was filling out some personal history on myself as a new customer this made me very uncomfortable that people who I dont think work there and probably signed privacy disclosure would potentially see my stuff.Once I was done filling out my paperwork I was taken back by the therapist who was super nice. Her friendliness is the only reason Im giving this 2 stars instead of 1. I have been having horrible headaches due to muscle tightness in my neck from only being able to sleep on my sides while pregnant. My shoulders and neck are like ropes of knots. Hence the massage. I specifically told the lady that I wanted focus on my neck. Ive had massages at different places for years, and this was the most uncomfortable table Ive ever been on. There was only a sheet over the table with no padding whatsoever underneath it. Since I have to be side lying for this massage, youd think they would take into consideration the pregnant woman and put some padding on the 1inch think table if youre going to offer prenatal massages. The pillows were also very flat and had to be folded in half to even get my neck to not be extended in an even more awkward position.Even after asking the lady to focus on my neck, shoulders, and less on back, and did my whole body. Once I flipped to the other side I got even more uncomfortable because Ive been having problems with my arms going numb while side lying as Ive gotten closer to delivery, and I was so uncomfortable I almost asked her to stop the massage completely. My fingers were numb and tingling and my shoulder and neck were in such pain that I was counting the minutes until it was done which is the exact opposite of what you want in a massage. Again she didnt focus on my neck. She asked if I could lay on my back to try to get to my neck, but Im 36 weeks pregnant- uh no. I think someone who does prenatal massages should know when youre not allowed to lay on your back anymore.Once I was done, I went back out to the waiting room and she said sorry I just cant do the neck when youre side lying and basically shrugged her shoulders while apologizing she couldnt do more. I feel like disclosure about what she could and couldnt do on a side lying massage should have been talked about before we even got started.So I basically paid $75 to come back home more miserable than I walked in, and had to have my husband rub my neck and shoulders.I would not recommend this place for a prenatal-massage at all, and based on how uncomfortable that table was, I wont return for a regular massage once I have the baby.

My wife and I have been coming here for over a year and have been treated like family ever since. Monique did a Lash Lift on me and it looks AMAZING! Usually you couldnt even see my lashes until I put on mascara and now it looks like Im wearing falsies all the time but theyre so natural! She also did my wifes microblading and it too is beautiful! Such precision work and youre ALWAYS treated kindly. Hands down recommend this place to everyone! LOVE this place, I got microblading done by Monique & it looks stunning. I’m very fair featured with basically white blonde hair, without her I would look so plain. It wasn’t painful at all and she is so gentle and personable, we went over the procedure and what color I wanted, she listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Monique and all of the staff at the spa, it’s a great place to relax and I felt so welcomed.

Best spa in town. Attentive and knowledgeable staff, clean atmosphere. I get my massages with April. She is wonderful and give me a great deep tissue massage. Christina does my hair and she is an expert with hair. I also have gotten pedis with various ones and no one has disappointed me. Monique is great with facials. The owners and the staff are friendly and give you personal treatment.

I went last week to have my eyebrows microbladed, the vibe and the setting here is amazing. A very beautiful place and I had a great experience. Monique did my procedure and was so sweet and took her time and made sure my brows were perfect for me. I left very happy and will be back for a massage and to get my nails done asap :)

I was concerned about having to have more of my hair cut off, but not only did she give me the best short hair cut Ive ever had, she did so without having to take away hardly any of my length. Both my husband and I love this spa! They have become friends because they are such caring and professional people. I have had wonderful facials, massages, manis, pedis, and all my waxing here. The deep tissue massages are perfect for my husband with his consistent, intense military training. The atmosphere is definitely like a haven, and I can really trust that they are going to do an amazing job.

Made a couples massage appt about a week out. Got there early as requested, and waited 45 minutes before leaving. Waiting area is the nail area. While youre waiting you get to watch people get their nails done.

My husband and I received a couples massage from Tammy and Amy. I had Amy and my Husband had Tammy. This was by far the best massage I have ever had. Amy applied the perfect pressure for me and worked out many kinks and yet was gentle enough on my kneeafter just having ACL surgery. My Husband had a great massage by Tammy who was able to get in deep to his large bulky muscles which he loved very much. I would recommend Tammy and Amy to everyone!! I also had my hair done by Jackie(sp)? She was very very knowledgeable and did an AMAZING job! She by far is the best hair stylist and colorist I have ever been to!! Thank you so much Jackie I am so excited about how my hair looks, and my husband loves it!!
