I get my nails done every two weeks but my regular nail tech was unavailable. Ive always wanted to try this salon so I went in today. I wanted the DND polish Khaki Rose, but their selection was really limited. The nail polishes also looked very old and worn out. I decided to get no polish on my nails as I can just paint them a cream color later. I was charged almost $30 for a basic fill in with NO polish. From start to finish, my nails took literally 20 minutes to do. Ive attached a picture of my nails for reference. At this same shop, they charge $33 for a fill in WITH gel polish, so I dont understand why I was charged almost the same price for half the service. (If youre a seasoned nail vet, you know that gel polish is typically an extra $15. This means my nails literally should have been $18-$20 tops). Additionally, she didnt require me to wash my hands before starting on my nails, and that was a little concerning. If youre looking for a shop that has a good color selection and great customer service, go to Cleopatra at Camp Creek or The Exclusive Nail bar. If you want to be taken advantage of while given sub-par nail options, this may be the shop for you. I, on the other hand, will never come here again.

I was in the area and wanted to try a something new. The nail Tech was really nice and the service was OK. My visit was pleasant until the nail tech and the owner got into it. I had to request to have someone finish my feet and paint my nails. Then the owner tried to overcharge me just for a pedicure. Lets not talk about the extra fees they add on for using their services (A convenience fee) and using a credit card fee . I am a loyal customer if you can win me, with your service. I will never visit any franchise of this business again.

It was our 1st time there and my daughter got a gel polish manicure on her regular nails and their gel polish didn’t make it a full day before chipping! The pictures are of the next day, 2 days later, and a week later. It’s definitely NOT worth the $35. I hadn’t had my nails done since covid started and I wanted to try something different. I did like the French tip SNS that you see in one of the pictures; however I asked for all white and was convinced to do the French tips, because the nail tech said all white gets dirty. Being that it’s my first time, I listened. However, I didn’t know that it was an up charge for French tips until I got the receipt. I did know that there is an $10 service fee if you spend more than $100, because they have it posted. I wouldn’t mind if the services actually lasted. I don’t think it’s worth going here. I will probably continue to get my SNS, just not here.

I went to have a fill in, nails filed into almond shape and French tip. April did my nails. She did a fantastic job! As I watched her do my nails I noticed she really enjoyed what she did. Of course being paid is main reason to work but I really believe she enjoys and takes great pride in what she does. Will definitely be back to have done by April again!

Had a great time coming here. I got the wax foot rub. It was phenomenal and my family and I would love to come back. Thank you so much for the great experience guys.

There is a woman technician named Trinity at this facility that did my eyebrows in under two minutes, handed me the mirror and rushed back to get to her client that was already being serviced. I was extremely disappointed in my wax as my eyebrows look very thin and my eyelids are swollen. She claims that they still look thick but I look at my face everyday and my eyebrows are dang near gone. I simply asked a representative if they have any policy on unsatisfied customers and instead of answering the question her and the other woman kept telling me my eyebrows look fine. THIS is not ok. If it is not what I wanted, don’t tell me it “looks” fine and not do anything about it. I will not be coming back to this nail salon.

I live the atmosphere and when they take there time they do great work. I do think they over charge quite a bit and dont really give the full service to accompany the price tag. For instance, when did manicures just become a quick bowl of water and cuticle clipping only? Where is the nail and skincare that go along with a manicure? If you get a deluxe pedicure where is the foot rub? I walk out paying 160$ and definitely feel the experience is rushed and not very spa like. Speed is not bad when you pay for just the basics but when you pay the extra you should give the extra.

First time visiting here from out of town. Customer experience was fantastic!!! Tracy did my pedicure, lashes, and even waxed my eyebrows. Shes great at what she does and she also took her time and was very professional. I was a walk-in client and was in out within 1 1/hour!!!!!!! I will definitely be back.....

This place is beautiful! There are over 15 spots for technicians and about 20 massage chairs. Complimentary juice and water, plus bathrooms on either side! The decor is gorgeous! I wish theyvhad a movie playing but this place is very relaxing.

I wanted a full set but told me they can’t do it, but another lady after me asked for a full set and they took her instead… don’t waste y’all money here anymore…. You guys lost a loyal customer, I’ll make sure to tell people to never come here, and this will be all over social media!

They did a good job but its the first nail shop Ive been to that charges a equipment surcharge. We know that equipment is not new for every customer. Were lucky if they legit sanitize the equipment before they reseal the plastic bags.

The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet, but the girl who checked me out was very rude. Not only do they charge a surcharge just for patronizing their business, they charge fees for EVERYTHING and did not want me to use my accrued points. Horrible customer service. I choose this place because the place I always go was to busy ... sorry but i don’t return because the service was so rush on my hands. He didn’t ask for wash my hands before start, he was so rush, he didn’t clean all the dust on my nails... well, bad service. I was there to fix one nail and there is the picture of the nail, not well paint either.Please, take your time with your clients.I paid $78 for a basic pedicure and for a fill and gel.

I purchased a gift certificate in October 2019. I’ve decided not to gift it and kept it for myself. Because of Covid I did not feel comfortable going into the salon. I tried to use the gift card on August 29, 2021. I was told because it was more than six months old I couldn’t use it. I was not told this when I purchased the gift certificate and it had no expiration date on it. They may have lost business during COVID but this is not how you make it up! Very, very poor business!!

This place Did Not meet my expectations at all! I left feeling sad and extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service rendered. To me, all they cared about was gettin my money,they definitely didn’t cared that I wasn’t happy or impressed with the Overpriced and extremely poor quality of service. In addition I think, the pressure to pay at midway through service is overbearing and unjust! This location should Do Better their community deserves it!!

Not a great Mothers Day experience, only nice thing I can say about this place was that it looked nice on the inside. I was referred here by someone who said they offered great service 🙄 My daughter, a cousin, plus my cousins child were the only ones to get half service. I was told to sign in, then after waiting quite a while I was then told they would not be able to offer me service because they were closing early and had the audacity to ask if I could come back tomorrow. My daughter and cousins 6 yr old daughter only got their nails painted when they also asked for their toes to be done. The woman then stated no they only asked for nails she told them she was going to do both but that was a lie. Try explaining to a 6 yr old who was so disappointed but then charged $25 plus dollars just for her nails to be painted. I would not recommend this place for anyone that doesnt want rushed service. Even the man checking my cousin out told her they are just trying to rush people so they can close early. Heres an idea put a sign on your door! How about dont offer service to a person and then expect them to come back later after they already waited.

I came here to get my nails done and they were good. The nails lasted over a week. This is an Asian run business by the way and some of the workers there have English as a second language and speak another language so be patient with them. They let us stay overtime to finish our service and let the nails dry. The prices are resonable. They do not sell any nail polish. The water was a little to hot though so if you go there and its too hot, ask them to change the temp.

I called ahead and asked if there was someone in today who could do nail designs, they said yes. i come in, chose my colors, and then show the person a picture of the design i want. they do the base colors of the nails and then tell me that they can’t do designs. they offer me nail stickers nowhere near the design i wanted. they told me i would have to come back on monday if i wanted designs on my nails :| i ended up just doing it at home myself to the best of my abilities because without the design my nails looked weird. really disappointed.

I hate to give such a bad review, however, people need to know. I spent $97 w/o tip, to get a gel manicure and pedicure, and eyebrow wax. My nails look like a child did them with polish on my cuticles/skin, poor shape and wavy like nails/polish. In less than 24 hours my nails have started to chip and peel. My nails look so bad, I was ashamed to show my hands that day! Completely horrible!! Save your money! You can get a lot better quality for less! Plus they charge you a fee to use your debit card, which seems sketchy to me & poor customer service. They’re already charged soo much for poor work, then they charge a card fee.

Aprils been doing my nails for over 4 years now, and she always does an amazing job choosing colors and designs for me! I love all of the great conversations we have. It really makes the experience worthwhile. Not to mention the lemonade and candy they always give you while youre getting serviced. First off, I want to say that I am a nail tech myself. I was tired of doing my own nails so I wanted to try this place. The lady sat me down and she left to go eat something in my face and said “I’m coming”. Okay. Whatever. She DID NOT wash her hands before proceeding. She didn’t put any gloves on. She just went straight to doing my hands. I’m disgusted at this point. I understand that all nail techs do nails differently but the way she was doing my nails .... NO sis. I asked for a tapered square and these are freaking coffin. I am heated. I’m mad. I’m never coming here again. From the service to the quality just trash.

We my husband & I went in to get our monthly spa pedicure and manicure. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, everyone in the place was minding their own business. It was very relaxing, and I was almost done than came another couple to get a pedicure and it was her birthday! Why are they (both)on the speaker phone having a full loud cussing conversation in public. No, this is not OK! SPA, no one wants to hear your personal conversation it’s rude!

I had a good time at C&B today. It was very busy, but I walked right in and they took me immediately. My nails came out so good. I love them!

ABSOLUTELY THEE WORST PLACE IN THE GEORGIA. April was my tech. It was my first and last visit. I went when there was only 3 people in the shop. She kept leaving me to eat, socialize, run the register and everything else. Everything I asked for, she couldnt do it. Gave me a managers name of Misty. Still havent heard back from anyone. $78 for a gel color change on toes and sns. No design! Nothing special at all!!!!!!! It was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. They dont care if youre satisfied or not...you will have to just pay and wait for a manager to call back 😒. Also they charge you extra for spending extra. If your bill comes to over $50 you have to pay them $15 for a service fee. Not including a tip. Or taxes. This is a RIP OFF!!!

This was my first visit, and I loved the pedicure with the paraffin wax! My skin felt incredibly soft, and my legs and feet felt amazing after the massage.

I received a $23 classic pedicure and paid $32 dollars due to $1.95 debit card fee and $6.95 surcharge fee! It was the worst pedicure I had ever had. Some toes were skipped in filing, polish was on my cuticles that were not removed. It looked like a rush job I would have done myself. No minimum leg or foot massage. I will not return.

Outside of Vivian and April, Dont go here. The have the worst customer service. Give you poor service if they cant upsell you. WILL NOT STOP TRYING GET BRIBE U INTO MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICES. I got my nails and toes done here. Never again! 3 days into having my nails done they were chipped., by day 4 i had 2 broken nails. All of my paint is chipped and I have gel nails. After all of the charges they charge, they are not worth spending your money with

Call ahead and told them I had 5 people and 4.of them were kids. They had told me one price. I get there and get it done and they charge a whole other price and then because of that price charged an additional 10 dollars as a surcharge. When I told them, what they said the price was the phone they went back on it. And didnt even check the pedicures to see if they were dry and had messed up on mine.Not going back.

Ladies please check your receipts they over charge my daughter. Dont let diamond chandler fool you guys. I never heard a place where they charge you extra for long nail. My black queens open up your eyes they know how to get us 💅and HAIR. When you walk in you see aww how nice, elegant at the end of the day they are over charging us .

5 stars, all the way. The staff was so nice, and the facilities were so clean. The chairs were great, I was able to easily relax. Only 1 complaint.. the same 6 or so songs played in a loop. I was surprised by the size of the place, and especially by the beautiful atmosphere. They had options to fit every budget.

April, in Fayetteville, has been my nail technician for 5 years. She is professional and personable, I absolutely love her. Aprils work is superb and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my nails.

It was a nice experience and they did a good job taking care of me and my daughters. However make sure you read the policies before getting service because due to pandemic there are surcharges for services over a certain amount. Just a heads up

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my nails did not do a thorough job. She placed 2 polish coatings on my nails. You could clearly see where the 1st coat ends and where the 2nd coat ends. It almost looks like I tried to put 2 different colors on top of one another. Also, the polish she applied doesnt come all the way down to my cuticle. So it looks like I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and I need a fill in already. Sad thing about it is I dont even have fake nails. This is just regular polish applied to my natural nails. I had an event I was preparing for that day, and did not have time to waste for them to repaint my nails again. I will not be returning to this place.

There were maybe 6 others having nails and toes done when I arrived. As each one was checking out I noticed they were all charged different amounts. There was no price sheet hanging up or on the counter. Each one was extremely high for services rendered. I’ve been getting my nails & toe done for years and never paid the prices they were quoting the customers. Each one questioned the amount & the employees didn’t seem to care even after they said we will not be back here. I was very nervous once it was my time to pay. I paid way more than I ever have at any other salon & definitely won’t be returning or recommending this place after what I witnessed.

I came in and was asked what I was here for today.. I told them I wanted a pedicure and they sat me right away. The man didn’t ask me what shape or how much I wanted to trim off, he just started clipping. My toe nails were too short to even square at this point. Also, they did not mention there is a “service charge” & “credit/debit card charge” on top of your service & that’s not even including tip!! Ridiculous. I won’t be coming here again. & I also don’t like how I’m asked why I don’t want a more expensive service. If you don’t like the cheaper services then don’t offer it.

I went for a full set. I asked for pink ombré. After she started my nails she told me the price and I was confused I was like no where in here do you guys say anything about a disposal fee! And then they charged me $6 extra for my length. My nails are medium she said they are considered long! They over charge and are not friendly at all!! I wish I could post a picture. My nails came out pretty good but the nickel and dime act is ridiculous!!

These people are money hungry! I live in the area and thought I found my nail tech April but was told I was “hard on nails” after just a week of service and my nails were just falling off like press on nails. I went back and was charged. She offered no discount when I explained to her what happened to my nails. I have had a problem with this place in 2017 but I have learned my lesson and will never be back.

I agree with Celina TD’s review from last week. It’s been a few months since I’ve been here and now I see why. Not only do they add taxes to each service (ex. Pedicure $41.75 instead of $35/$40), but now they’re adding $1.25 for using your card and anywhere from $5-$10 worth of surcharges ON TOP of everything else. It’s completely unacceptable. Then, when I asked the lady who works the front desk what the surcharge was for, she told me she didn’t know, she wasn’t the manager with the biggest attitude. I’m like...that’s not an adequate answer when you’re charging my card plus, it’s part of your job to know this.Needless to say, I won’t be back. Sad.

So I looked them up and noticed that they have several Locations. I visited the Fayetteville location, which I highly recommend that no one patronize this company. I came in and received and full set and pedicure and to my surprise I was charged several different fees. Keep in mind these fees weren’t disclosed prior to starting my services. John did my nail and he did a decent job after I walked through the process for nearly two hours. The front desk receptionist was quite rude and stood over my nail tech as he serviced me. The heavy set pedicure dude had a bad attitude with his heavy breathing and completely darn near jacked my feet up. I politely asked him stop and he then started going off in his language. Main point is they charge a supply surcharge and all type of .25 cent extra fees nearly 15$ in fees. I do not like this place and they are scammer.

Been here twice now. They are little more expensive then most places but they use quality nail polish and pedicures so worth the money.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The prices are not posted and they charge you whatever they feel at the time. You cant dispute the charges because its not posted.This is the 3rd time I have given them a try and the nonchalant customer service is getting worse. They dont care anything about customer service and as long as they can come into our communities and provide subpar service and stay in business, they will continue. This nail spa is highly overpriced. They have extra surcharges they dont properly notify you of until after your service is complete. They charge a supply surcharge based on the amount of service rendered. They did not wipe or sanitize the chairs after each customer as should be during these times. When questioned, they pointed to a sign on the window. They also charge an additional fee for using your credit card. The service is very subpar for the price they charge.

I just left this salon today. They have terrible customer service. I was approached by a member of the staff and asked what service would I like. Before I could finish my sentence she cut me off, told me to pick a color, and walked away. After waiting 30 minutes to be serviced, other customers walked in behind me and were assisted for the same services I requested. I guess this establishment chooses which customers they would like to treat well and respectfully. If you value your time and want to support a salon that values all of their customers this doesn’t seem to be the place.

Very clean place. They do my lashes and i love them every time. I dont go anywhere else for my lashes. They are a bit on the pricey side for them but just about everytime I go I am happy with the service.

Extra FEES!!!!!! I am a spa owner so I get we all lost money but come on. I’m new to the area and looking for a local nail salon. But my experience so far with Fayetteville Nail Salons. I’d rather drive into the city if that means I’ll be treated decent where I spend my money.I was serviced by Tom, male technician seated front left. He tried to upgrade me to gel several times, when I try a new nail tech, I never get color. When I refused he added like 3 extra charges to my ticket. When I questioned my receipt he stormed off with an attitude and had someone else collect my money.Honey, I tip my nail tech nicely but he nor this place will ever find out.I got charged a POS fee but I got paid cash, I got charged a supply fee, I got charged a take off fee when I only got a fill-in, extra length fee when my nails are not that long.I refused the gel polish but I got enough misc charges so my total reflected much worse.

I was in there on 1/30 at 12:15. As I was waiting to be help, the manager took the sign down for the Monday-Thursday special that ends at 3pm. As I was checking out, the woman gave me my total. I was shocked that she said it was 32.00. I was like the special said 24.99. She said that the special is over and I was like I was here waiting and the manager took the sign down at 1245. She stated that it should have been taking down but the manager was busy. I told her he was not busy because he was just standing up front doing nothing. They refuse to honor the price and told me to call the customer service number. I have called and left message but no response. I also sent numerous of text message still no response. I have referred plenty of people to them which i will let the people know what happen. I will not be doing anymore business with them . Please beware of this company. If you see below, this has happen several time with other people where they will not honor there price. I would give them a zero if I could.

She comes back and pays, and as they get into the car her daughter says that she didnt get the nail set she wanted because the nail technician told her she couldnt afford those, and the ones that she gave her she can afford....needless to say, please dont spend on money here, please support black owned businesses...

The receptionist was slow getting me to a seat and even let someone get seated before me that came in after me with no appointment. I almost left but Karen was awesome and saved this experience! She was professional and enjoyable to speak with. Oh and most importantly she did a phenomenal job on my nails!

Took my daughter here to have her nails done for the first time. They did a great job. We were sat immediately as a walk in. I wanted her nails to look appropriate for an 11yr old and they delivered. My kid is over the moon. We will be returning.

Very expensive, which I don’t mind paying for the service but after four days a nail would pop off. For that price I would be expecting it would last a bit longer.(I’ve tried powder, and acrylic different occasions) I tried to give them multiple chances but each time a nail or two would break off. Very friendly staff yes but the quality vs the price does not a match. Only convince is it stays open later than other nail salons.

I was charged an extra 51.00 in fees I was not told about on 2 30$ pedicures and one 17$ pedicure. Asked for a daisy on my toes they said they could not do that but since the couldn’t would do a free design then charged me5.25 add up charge of if $13.75 each on gel not told about and 8.75 on jar ped. Several.25 charges for what its says is pos fee and 8.95 supply which they write on a paper and lay on the counter and when you ask they say look it say so right here. Ridiculous will never go back what a rip off

I got a pedicure and natural manicure with my own OPI polish that I purchased from Ulta. I walked in about an hour 1/2 before closing I was sat down right away, clean facility. My first time here. They have a lot of SNS/dip powders to choose from I will be back to try the rose petal and get SNS

I came June 30th to get my nails done for my birthday and the receptionist was very rude, I walked in and said “ hey how are you” and he didn’t respond. I said it 2 or 3 more times and still didn’t receive a response. I l left the location without getting my nails done for my birthday. I’ve never had this problem when coming to this location. I will not being coming back here ever again.

This company charges additional monies for their supplies and one of the employees tried to talk me out of a particular nail design because in his words the design would be difficult for him to do.
