Amy is the best if you want your lashes to look perfect! She will go above and beyond to make sure you look good and happy! Super sweet, warm and caring person who is very professional! Amy does a whole variety of things, from facials, sugaring to lashes, and etc. I personally highly recommend Amy Lester from Raw Envy to all the Ladies who want to feel pretty! Miranda is so talented and it surely beats going to those big crowded salons that really dont give you the perfection or attention like Hair Flair does. Amazing lashes! When I moved here from Arizona I was afraid I wouldn’t find someone who does good quality lashes & someone that also makes you feel at home while doing them - I found Amy and I can honestly say I wouldn’t let anyone else do my lashes! She is very time efficient and works hard to make sure you look beautiful when your schedule allows whether you need a 6AM appointment or a later appointment after work, Amy is more than willing to work with you.My lashes not only look AMAZING but they last long as well! Great quality.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH JAQUELINE DENISE!!I did not know that this wasn’t a salon at all but instead a building complex that allows different “professionals“ to rent out booths and provide their services at their own cost, with their own rules. I am in a electric wheelchair and I was extremely happy to see how accessible Jacquelin’s space was. It was an open area where I could easily back up and get my hair washed, which is often a problem for me. And that’s about the only good things I can say about the experience. The first time I went in, all I wanted was simple blonde highlights. I have dirty blonde/light brown hair and this has never been a problem. I told her that I didn’t want to cut my hair at all but that I wanted to just trim off about half an inch to 1 inch. I also told her I didn’t like layers. I have no idea why she then proceeded to start cutting into my hair in the back. When I asked her what she was doing, she literally said, “I am just cutting some layers into your hair to break it up.“ Mind. Blown. Maybe she didn’t hear anything I said because she spoke to another woman on the phone for most the entire time. Mind you, I’m typically not one to speak up for myself when I should. But at the end of it, I was...”okay “ with the highlights and it was easy to get in and out of there so I guess I was satisfied, tipped her well and went along my merry way. The following morning, I hadn’t yet seen my hair when three other people (my boyfriend, my caregiver, and my boyfriends brother) all made comments to the sound of something like “your hair is pink” to “Oh, I didn’t know you were going red!” to “I don’t want to freak you out, but your hair is like, orange.” And it was...I took some pictures of my hair in all types of different lighting – outside, inside in dim lighting, underneath a lamp, at my makeup table with my super magnifying mirror, and in my house with all the lights on-and it was definitely not just a weird perception issue. All of the pictures and mirrors told me it was so brassy that it was leaning to orange. I shot her a text telling her what was going on and asked her what she thought happened. She seemed annoyed and kept on telling me how much I had liked it when I first had it done so why would I change my mind, etc. But everyone that knows ANYthing about Hair knows that it takes about 1 to 3 days for the color to settle in and become its final color. She blew me off by telling me that it was probably just my “perception” when I inquired about fixing it. She told me to use a purple shampoo and conditioner, which I was already planning on doing and asked me if I had already washed my hair. No, I had not. I had left it unwashed because I’ve been blonde long enough to know how things can change & washing too early is a cause for a brassy tint. I wanted to come back so she could see it and fix it for me somehow. Same ole reply: I liked it right after & it was perception. I feel this was probably because she did not want to have to fix it or give me back any money. And I was at the point where, even if I had gone back to have her fix it, she would’ve claimed it looked the same to her. Gosh, even an apology would have been nice!Every other stylist I’ve had would have listened, looked, and either fixed it or given me a refund. Jacquelin was either on her phone talking nonstop to someone else about some type of “healing“ she teaches. Whenever I would try to have a Conversation with her or even just TRY to give my own input about MY Hair, she continued talking as though I wasn’t there/completely ignored me and talked about herself And all of the struggles she’s been through. I have seen multiple one star reviews for jacquelin & you always ask people to contact her specifically. So, yes, I reached out to her and was VERY detailed about my very specific concerns. And I was unheard. Is there not ANY way to keep her accountable/speak to her and/or reprimand her for the MANY negative reviews?! She CLEARLY has much more than any of the other stylists!

I can’t thank Amy enough for the eyelash extensions. They look really full and stay in place for an extended period of time. She discusses aftercare instructions thoroughly. She is great at communicating and flexible with her schedule. She is willing to accommodate the best she can. My 12 yr old niece had decided to try her hand at hair color and came out looking like a unripe pumpkin. I had only one weekend to find Emergancy help. After texting and calling several places luckily Alyssa had a cancellation and fit us right in. This was my nieces first visit to a professional hair stylist. Alyssa was so gentle and patient with her. Explaining the why and what she was doing the whole way. Continually checking on her to make sure she was comfortable and that the dye wasn’t burning her already bleached scalp. She did a total transformation on my niece. Her spirits was lifted and I could tell this gave her the boost of confidence that she needed going into junior high. She respected my wishes of not allowing my niece to know the cost and worked around that. I can’t not thank her enough for everything she did that day. There are good talented people in this crazy world and Alyssa is one of them.

I got my hair cut and colored with Jacqueline Denise. I love it so much. She did such an amazing job. I went from a light brown to a chocolate brown with highlights and i’ve never been happier with the finished product. She did a great job trimming my hair as well. It’s hard to find someone to cut my hair as it’s so curly and frizzy. She did an amazing job and told me how to manage my hair. I’ll definitely be back for sure!

One of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. Im normally not one to leave reviews but I am highly disappointed. Jacqueline had a client already there for an appointment after mine even though I showed up early. She told her not to worry, that she would rush through my haircut. And she sure did rush! I was hoping due to high praise reviews that it would be a great haircut, but it was not. She literally just took scissors and started chopping at my dry hair. No dampening it, no making sure it was even. I came home and showered only to find that I have chunks of hair that are longer than the rest. I literally cried. I hope she took her time with the next person.

I went here because it had Five Star reviews. I was scheduled with Jacqueline Denise. I needed my eyebrows to be touched up a bit(the wild hairs managed) and I have really beautiful thick eyebrows. By the time is was over with I had about half of the hair I started with. On top of that my skin above my eyebrow had a burn spot on it. So on top of taking WAY more eyebrow than wanted, she burnt me with her wax. I have never had to draw my eyebrows in before and now I do until my beautiful brows grow back. When I told her about it she was nice and offered a free brow wax for next time and apologized. Honestly, I will never go back, my eyebrows are the awful.

I would not schedule services with Thomas Cole Bridges. He asked up front for $300 for hair extensions and kept the money. I have been trying to get a refund for two months. This post will remain active until I receive my refund.

Great customer care and professional attitudes among everyone that works here, to the woman who said that Thomas Cole is refusing her refund, that’s because he purchased extensions for you and you didn’t proceed with getting your service done. It’s not the stylists fault and it shouldn’t be expected for you to receive your money back.

I have had a bob cut every time Ive come to see her (probably 10 times now) and she blends 22 inch extentions into my hair where its completely unnoticeable. I wouldnt ever go to anyone else!

Extensions by J did my eyelashes. She started 30 minutes after my appointment time and then 45 minutes later she was rushing me off becuase her next appointment was waiting. The eyelashes are on my eyelids. It was not obvious until I got to my car and had a closer look and the burning of the glue wore off. Eyelids! Really!!! It is impossible to wear eyeliner becuase the eyelashes are in the way. I have had eyelashes done many times before, some good and some bad, but nothing has come close to being as bad as this. I feel horrible and dissapointed spending my money on these. I will now have to find someone else to take them off and redo them.
