NEGATIVE STARS, if that was an option! The employees at the front desk are lazy! Front desk never answer the phone, they all give out different information never on the same page. Constant robberies. When reporting suspicions activity they ignore it but ensure to send out emails about no parking by the trash can. Consistent fees for absolutely nothing, they find anything to give you a few for. The staff throws pool parties causing residents to wait for entry and doesn’t follow covid protocol. Gym is always closed. What’s the point of the security guard if they allow people to walk in with out identification.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!!!The apartments are wonderful & the community here is great. The only thing that sucks is the management. They are the absolute worse!!! They try overcharging for everything & never try resolving the problem. The apartments are pretty much up to date & I would give them a solid 4, the community & people are a 5 but the management..... horrible.

I have not one complaint. I really loved my apartment!! If it was for sale I would buy it. The managers were very helpful and friendly. The club house was always available with popcorn coffee and cookies. The gym is equipped with the latest workout gear. My apartment was very spacious and they allowed me make it my own. If I am ever stationed at Bragg again I will rent from them again.

Westlake is amazing! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They understand military life and they make the leasing process so easy! The location is close to base and shopping/food are right down the street. The amenities and maintenance of the property are awesome and well maintained which is huge for apartment living. I definitely recommend Westlake!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their customer service is above the rest. The apartment grounds are also meticulously maintained and always kept to a high standard. Last but not least, the maintenance staff is very quick and thorough. Overall, I love the community so far and I highly recommend Westlake.

Westlake at Morganton is a beautiful community inside and out. The homes are very spacious and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The manager, Asia, goes out of her way to make you feel at home when you visit and continues after you move in. I’d highly recommend making Westlake at Morganton your new home!

Maintenance staff here is incredible. they are prompt in answering your calls, very polite and professional and not to mention really do respond to your emergency calls/requests immediately. This mentality of etiquette stems from the office staff and manager to the maintenance supervisor to his team, they make this complex run seamlessly - my husband and I love living here.

I can’t say enough amazing things about living here! Everything about my stay has been nothing short but delightful. Staff, neighbors, facilities all are the best I have ever experienced. Nice apartment complex with plenty of amenities. This complex have Pet Spa and Pet Park, meaning its a super pet friendly complex. Although, they have those dog poop bags all over the complex, you still now and then see some owners behaving badly. As a 2 months old tenant, I love this.

The property is beautiful, with lovely amenities! Inside the homes are so spacious and welcoming to families! But nothing beats how nice the office staff was, especially the manager! 100% recommend.

Safe, clean, and spaciousI have had a wonderful experience living here from November 2017 to July 2019. My apartment was clean and fully functional when I moved in and maintenance and groundskeepers were never an issue. The staff was always available, friendly, professional, and helpful.I put in a request to fix my refrigerator and it got fixed in 3 or 4 days. Maintenance made a hole in the floor while fixing the refrigerator, but they didnt blame me for it and fixed it the very next day.The gym is very nice, clean, and spacious. The pool is a nice place to hang out for a BBQ, but its not a lap pool. Which I had wished it was when I had an event to train for.I sometimes experienced power outages, but that was more on the power company than Westlake, and the power was usually back on within a few hours.The only problem I had living here was noisy neighbors, which is also not Westlakes fault.Overall, this was a great place to live and I do recommend for anyone, especially those stationed at Fort Bragg.

I dont even live here yet and I can honestly say my experience touring this complex and its facilities has been thoroughly amazing. The staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable. The residents are outright welcoming and will talk to you all day if you have the time.Walking around this complex gave me a sort of homey feeling and I can honestly say that, before signing a contract, this is the place for us. The apartment itself was quite spacious and even the sacrifices of moving from house to apartment are made up by the amenities and extra space the building has to offer. The closets are amazing, even in a 3 bedroom. We all know how important closet space is. I would recommend, to anyone moving to Fayetteville or simply just downsizing, this would be the place to do so.

I’ve lived here for almost a year. Thus far this apartment and the community is amazing. Probably one of the best apartments I’ve ever had. Everything from the security at night, to the gym, to the staff, and maintenance personnel, I am very happy. I’m hard to please, but this complex is top notch. To me, it’s worth paying a little more to get quality neighbors and great service. The weekends are quiet too, never have a noise problem. Since moving here, I’ve had just 2 maintenance problems that were normal wear and tear in any home. In both cases, the maintenance team fixed the problem within a day. Highly recommend this property to professionals, families, and anyone who values a nice home.

Very disappointed in this complex. I lived on the second floor (top floor) and the weekend I moved in I had a roof leak in my bathroom. They got roofers out quickly but during the next rainstorm it was back in the same exact spot and this time there was also one in my baby’s room. Was told they were coming back out on a certain day, didn’t show up and I never got a call to update me on the situation. I understand things happen all I asked for was a phone call for an update. During a hurricane my roof was leaking again in the same exact spot and dripping in my living room onto my couch. Again being understanding, especially after such a devastating hurricane I didn’t expect it to be fixed right away. I was told I would get updated on the repairs, only got a phone call the morning they were coming to my apartment over a month after I was initially told they were going to come. It took even longer for them to come paint over the water spots. I was told the crack was superficial and just needed some paint. The office staff was always overly nice and seemed to care when you were talking to them but as soon as you left it seems they forgot about you. There was also a problem with my utilities, the office ended up getting the bill and paying it but never notified me that I had an outstanding balance with them. The carpet was dirty from the day we moved in, old stains from I’m assuming the previous tenant and even more frustrating was paint drips everywhere. Nothing was ever done about other residents cleaning up after their pets. It was hard to even walk in the grass outside my apartment sometimes. The trash was always piled up on the weekends and usually started on Friday. They claim that they are luxury apartments and I do not believe that’s true. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have lived at Westlake at Morganton for almost two years and I love it! I love how the front office and maintenance team are very quick to respond.

Literally shopped around for two months before moving to Fayetteville, first time ever moving out of my home state and I was extremely nervous! Manager Mrs. Asia made me feel so welcome, and I immediately felt like this was the place for me. Everywhere else my husband and I reviewed, looked at and did walk-throughs with did not give us that “home” vibe. So thankful this is were we decided to stay! Can’t thank the staff enough! Oh, and did I mention for the price our apartment is HUGE and completely updated!

Fantastic amenities and decent apartments, but since the new management came in about a year ago, any office or payment related issues have been a disaster. I have been overcharged for months, lied to about rebates, and since I have left, my deposit is late to come in. The worst part is that noone returns your emails when you attempt to address these issues. You have to go up in their offices and hope they are there. Westlake used to be good. Now all they care about is appearance. This place unfortunately turned into a complete disaster.

Love this apartment complex!! Due to personal circumstances we didn’t get the opportunity to tour the complex in person before we moved in so we hoped for the best. We were extremely pleased with what we saw on move in day. Tricia, Misty and Grace at the front office are so sweet, professional, and helpful! If we ever have a maintenance request the meaintenace team is there ASAP. If you’re moving to the Fort Bragg/Fayetteville area, I highly recommend this complex.

I lived here with my wife for almost two years and we absolutely loved it. The apartments are spacious, well cared for and very comfortable with lots of light. The finishes are superb and the amenities and location cant be beat. Of all the places we have lived, Westlake at Morganton has been our favorite apartment and it sets the standard. We never had maintenance issues, in fact they even put a ceiling fan in the bedroom for us because it was so hot during the summer.

I have been living here since December. There were a few things that they said couldn’t get done for whatever reason...HOWEVER..when ASIA(property manager) came through... she had exceeded ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!! I had the misfortune of having to stay in these apartments for 6 months while training for work in the area. Their short term leases were ungodly expensive. I was supposed to have a furnished apartment, but arrived to an empty apartment, so had to sleep on the floor the first week I was there (still had to pay for it though!). The apartments themselves are nice, but not worth the price you pay. Neighbors were loud, complained twice and nothing was ever done about it and there are always super loud trucks and motorcycles driving through the streets late at night. After moving out there were some packages delivered to me; they ignored my emails for a month and then called to tell me they were going to return them to the sender. I offered to pay the shipping costs to have them sent down and they refused. Told me I had to call UPS or FedEx to have them picked up, but then wouldnt tell me the size or weight of the packages... Oh Hi, UPS can you pick up an undetermined number of packages of unknown size and weight? thanks.... Also, why do only women work there? Is this supposed to be Hooters? Good riddance, Westlake at Morganton!

The front office was more then helpful and worked with me while I was deployed. Definitely a military friendly staff. Quick and easy leasing process.

After over a year of residency here at Westlake @ Morganton I have only had the best service, support and interaction with the office staff and the maintenance staff. I appreciate that most everyone knows who I am and generally remembers previous contact and encounters. Additionally, I love how much they want to create a neighborly atmosphere with monthly events in the clubhouse and post and distribute a monthly events/ activity calendar.Kelly, Alexa, Victoria and Jordin are all so very sweet and welcoming and always try to give each client or resident the best attention they can. Although these ladies are the current office staff, even the maintenance guys are always willing to stop and say high, ensure you have no issues with your apartment or just do a drive-by follow-up on previous maintenance.

My wife and I are sad to be leaving Westlake after over 2 years living here. We are moving out of town, and the terrible move-in experience with our next apartment has reminded us just how lucky we are to live in Westlake.The buildings, grounds, and units are maintained very well. The staff were always helpful. The gym, pool, and clubhouse are amazing. Its in a convenient and quiet location. Its safe to drive in and out because theres a traffic light at the nearest major street. The entire property is fenced with only one entrance that has a guard in the evening hours.We wish we could stay and if we ever find ourselves in Fayetteville again, we will be back.

I have never had a more negative apartment living experience than living at Westlake in 2018. The apartment complex overall is pretty new and nice. The gym was also better than average for an apartment gym. However, the management team was the worst I have ever experienced.During my experience, I had a major noise issue with my upstairs neighbor. For instance, they would blast music, run their washer and dryer in the middle of the night (1 am), and let their dog moan/bark for extended periods of time. I had to run my air conditioner and heat constantly in an attempt to mitigate the noise and fall asleep. I was assured that management was talking to them and trying to figure out a solution . Months passed with numerous noise complaints and the situation never got better.When I confronted management they made up a story saying they had contacted my downstairs neighbor instead of my upstairs neighbor and that they would have to restart the noise complaint process all over again. I then reached out to my downstairs neighbor and they told me they had never been contacted by property management. I was in shock that management had went to such odds to lie and make up a story.Thankfully I was able to move out and had a much better experience at my next apartment complex. If youre moving to Fayetteville be aware of Morganton Management. They manage both Westlake and Addison Ridge apartment complexes. Personally really poor property management and responsiveness is huge downside for me. I would highly recommend all to STAY AWAY from these two complexes.

I highly recommend Westlake At Morganton for anyone that is looking for a new place to call home in the Fayetteville area. This apartment complex is truly the epitome of a community that has it all. The property is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top notch and the central location is perfect!The property itself is great but what truly sets it apart is the people who work here. The entire staff goes above and beyond for their residents. I would like to personally recognize Catina Rhinehart and Kayla Chambers. Both have been wonderful and truly shown me how much this community values their residents.

Love it here. Great gym and the staff is just incredible. Cookies are sooooo soft and they are very dog friendly.

Office staff is very rude. I was speaking to one rep asking a question then another jumped in the conversation when all I asked about was a email address. Also we received an email stating our account was going in collections when we haven’t even received a bill yet. Was told that what they do to get replies back from customers. Awful way to do business. Glad to be done with them.

Worst place to live in. Anywhere is better than this place. Its dirty with lots of roaches. Stay Away!

My husband and I have lived here for over 2 1/2 years now. We’ve never been impressed with the staff or management here. They’re always rude, don’t bother asking them a question for they treat you as if it’s a hassle to do their jobs theyTake forever to get things done when asked. No one is on the same page. Ask 2 different staff people the same question and you’ll get different answers. So clearly no one is trained properly. They don’t do their do diligence in any aspect. The only ones you CAN count on is the maintenance team.Unfortunately we moved into a larger unit in this same complex. Upon moving in the carpet had stains in every room from previous tenants. They will not replace your carpet before moving in. I personally have to shampoo my own carpet every month because old stains surface. Which is unsanitary in my opinion especially when you have a baby crawling on carpet you have no idea what’s in it. This is the first place we’ve ever lived that does not provide new carpet when you move in to a unit.We wanted to buy our own refrigerator so we could stock up on food for our family and asked management to remove the one in the unit and they will not do so. We were told they have no where to put it. So now we’re stuck with this tiny little refrigerator when there is clearly space for a larger one by far. This makes no sense to me whatsoever.80% of the locks on the windows just fell apart for no reason! There so rusted and old pieces fall onto the floor which is not safe for my little one for he could swallow them. I never open windows due to the heat so it’s not from over use. Within 2 months of moving in almost none of my windows have locks on them from the extent of corrosion. Why should I even call the office? Because what’s the point?The walls are thin in every direction. You can hear your neighbors through every shared wall even under you or on top of you.This is one community that does not have a play area for children and there’s no way I’d let my child play in the grass cause every dog in the complex has pooped or peed in every spot here. Gross!!! Some of the tenants don’t even bother picking up the dog droppings.Within 1 week of moving in 3 cabinets around the house had screws coming out of them clearly stripped from previous tenants. Safety hazard if you have small children!!!!!!Needless to say I could go on and on about the horrid and unsanitary conditions of this apartment complex. Hate that we’ve had to continue living here.

My family and I were looking for a furnished apartment between selling our house and moving. We were given a tour by Jori who did a great job of explaining the available apartments and prices. Her professionalism and the cleanliness of the complex persuaded us to sign a lease.Pros: The office staff have been very helpful - Jori, Alyssa, and Lydia have done an outstanding job quickly addressing any work orders we had and answering questions. The gym, pool, theater, pet park, and clubhouse facilities are first rate. Residents are mostly young folks in their 20s. Apartments are clean and spacious. Complex is clean with plenty of parking and two night guards that provide an air of security. Complex is close to Skibo and restaurants and easy 20 min to Fort Bragg.Cons: Apartments near Morganton can be noisy due to motorcyles and drivers who want to reve up their engines at night. Recommend an interior unit.Overall, we would stay here again without a doubt.

Lived here for two years with my wife while stationed at Bragg. We loved it; pricey but definitely worth the price because of the location, safety, and amenities.
