Ive lived here a little over a year now and I cant say enough good things about it! Jordan in the front office is great and so is the rest of the staff. Maintenance is super fast and very kind. Cant wait for another here of living here!!

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and with me graduating recently I will be moving out, but my time at Gather has been a great one. The maintenance team are really fast at responding to my work orders and if I have ever had an issue the office staff was really helpful in trying their best to help me out with whatever the issue is. I would definitely recommend people to live here!!

I loved moving back here, I should have never left. The staff is nice and maintenance is super fast and nice as well. It’s nice to know my dogs are welcomed here.

I moved in to Gather without seeing the property, after I moved in my belongings I came to the office and asked for a tour, Erin gave me great insights into the amenities Gather has to offer as well as some local hotspots here in downtown Fayetteville! She reassured me that living at gather was the right decision! This is my favorite property I’ve lived at during my college experience!

I lived at Gather my senior year and it was as close to perfect as you can possibly get. I leased a studio and it was just enough room for me and my dog to call it home. The furnishings are up to date and just give a nice clean cut atmosphere. The whole entire leasing staff and management was by far the beat I had ever been in contact with. They knew my name, they carried on conversations with me, and made me feel welcome to be there. The amenities are great. I love how it’s all connected in the same building so I do not have to walk across a big parking lot or apartment lot to go print paper or work out. Also, the views from up on the roof are to die for. You get a great view of Dickson and Old Main! I have recommended Gather to anyone who asks about it or family I have coming to U of A.

I have signed a lease for the upcoming school year and I am truly excited about my decision to live at Gather Dickson. I was really impressed with the updated amenities and how it is a smaller community. Being so close to Dickson was definitely the selling point for me. Also, the staff was so helpful in making the leasing process so smooth and simple.

Ive lived here for two years and for the most part the staff is very helpful. Maintenance are so kind and always there as soon as you need them. Recently with the flood from the storm everyone has been so on top of their game and very accommodating. Centrally located and so easy to get around.

I loved living here until the management changed. The day before Thanksgiving they told me they were forcing me to move to a different unit for literally no reason other than they just wanted to move me somewhere else. Theyre separating me and my roommates and put us with random people. Tried to talk to manager Matt but he never followed up with me after saying he would. They offered me a gift card to move but I absolutely do not want to move and I made that very clear so the gift card doesnt really make up for it. Tried to be reasonable and ask them to move me to a unit I preferred but I am being ghosted by management. Most of the 5 star reviews on here are there because they give you gift cards if you write a review. Dont live here unless you want to spend finals week and the holidays being forcefully moved during a pandemic. Manager also told me on the phone that moving people in the middle of the year like this is a very common practice so it sounds like it could realistically happen to anyone that lives here. Really frustrating that the new management doesnt care about their residents, especially after living here for three years. It was literally so fun living here before the management changed.

This community is by far the best in Fayetteville! The up to date amenities and proximity to campus make this complex stand out compared to others in the area. It is so close to Dickson, perfect spot for students and young professionals that enjoy Fayetteville’s nightlife.

I have really enjoyed my time at Gather Dickson and wish that I hadnt moved here so late! If I could redo my living experience in college I would live here all four years. There are so many places to hang out with friends and the staff is very helpful and friendly! They are also great about doing things for their residents including giveaways, free food, and great deals.

I’m a past resident and it was a good overall experience however when it comes to the incentives to live there or refer people to live there they DO NOT follow through. I referred people to live there and have yet to receive my referral gift card. It’s been a semester of calling the office and them promising that the gift card will be on the way, just to find out that they “ran out” of their incentive budget. Don’t let their leasing incentive tactics draw you in to live there!!!

The staff is amazing. They are always willing to accommodate and go the extra mile. I love the events they host and giveaways! They seem to have something fun for the residents every week. You don’t have to be a student to live here! Everyone is welcomed. The rent is reasonable especially with the location!

My roommates and I moved to Gather Dickson for our senior year, and we all love it! The amenities are well kept and we use them all the time. They are also very active on social media with giveaways and things of that nature. If anyone asked me where to spend their college experience off-campus, this is the place I would recommend. We sure wished we spent the previous two years here!

Gather Dickson is such a great place to live. The staff is always so friendly. In addition, the maintenance men always go above and beyond. They are quick to resolve any request you have and do more than you can ask to make sure every thing else is working appropriately. They are fantastic.

Upon moving to Fayetteville I had several friends who lived close to/on Dickson Street, the Gather Dickson Apartments were mentioned over and over again. As I have recently started looking for a new place to move into for the upcoming (Fall 2021) school year so I had to check them out. I called the office and set up a tour with Rebecca, and I couldnt be more impressed. The facility and amenities were more than satisfactory, but the management and staff of the Gather Dickson Apartments defiantly made the decision to sign effortless. I look forward to living at such a well managed property!

Id recommend Gather Dickson to any student looking for a great place to live. They keep it clean, the staff is very friendly (they always say hey to me and my pup), and the amenities are great: the gym is very nice, free printing, study spaces, game room, and a great rooftop view of Old Main. Gather is walking distance from dining and drinks and even a grocery store is fairly close enough to walk to. My roommates and I moved here for our senior year and I wish we couldve lived here for longer than a year.

So the community is nice and it’s in a great location, but management really is not on your side. I was forced to move with very short notice. The staff gave me the letter right before thanksgiving, so I wasn’t even able to confront them until a week later. When I moved into my new apartment it was disgusting. I had spent hours cleaning the first one, and I had to do it all over again. Really not a fun thing to do over Christmas break

It is within walking distance of the university campus and is conveniently right off of Dickson street, where you can walk to any of your favorite hot spots within minutes! Ive been to other great apartments near campus, but nothing as good as Gather. My time at Gather was actually GREAT. Im moving out only because I graduated and going to another state. Before this past semester, it was kind of rough. I think it all had to do with the management though because as soon as the management group changed, big differences were made. The apartments are really nice, they have a ton of space, and the resident spaces (gym, hot tub, library, game room, etc.) were always kept clean and in great shape. Theyre great about work orders getting done in a timely manner and the office workers are super friendly and helpful. Its a really good atmosphere for serious students. If you follow the rules in your lease (which should be common sense- pay rent on time, dont break anything, etc.) then youre fine. Im guessing the people on here didnt follow the rules and theyre mad now. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Hands down.

Great location, very friendly staff and incredibly proactive maintenance staff.Over spring break one of the maintenance staff, Mike, noticed we needed a couple things in our apartment when he was doing unit walk-ins and fixed them without us even having to submit a maintenance request. Ive lived here for two years, going on my third. I love this building and the amenities it has to offer. The location is unmatched, easy walk to campus and Dickson. Customer service has always been good despite the frequently changing staff. However, I have to say the best thing about Gather is our maintenance man, Mike. Mike is the kindest and most helpful addition to the complex, he is always working hard to make sure we have a clean and safe space to live. He is more than willing to assist you with any repair/installation you may need and will do it within a timely manner. He picks up after lazy residents pets in the grass (even when theres waste bags within ten feet of the lot). He always greets you with a wave and a smile, and genuinely cares about our experience here at Gather. The Gather residents love you, Big Mike!

Loud place to live. Fire alarms go off alllll the time, neighbors are loud, and noise from Dickson. When we moved out they charged us nearly $1,000 in fees some of which were for things such as paint touch-ups. Crooks. They charge you random fees all the time because they can never fill the building. They also beg for good reviews by bribing residents with food so dont believe a lot of the good reviews you read. The parking situation is terrible. The elevator is the worst (can often take up to 5 min to come after having to click the button several times). When we first moved in years ago our apartment had a flea infestation. We were bit several times. Took two rounds of pest control coming out to fix this. Our next apartment had grain bugs and mold all around the windows which we were told to wipe off but it was obviously in the walls as well. Our apartments have always been gross upon move-in. The new management is the same as the old if not worse. The old management would at least work with you on certain things whereas this new staff just cares about gouging residents. Dont punish us because you cant fill the building. Do not live here it is over priced and is a constant headache. You will be charged at least $75-$100 more than you were planning each month because of the fees they add-on. For example they cover $25 of your utilities but we ~somehow~ always went way over even when we werent there for 5 weeks over Christmas break and didnt leave anything on. Interesting. This is in addition to other random fees they add-on. They also charged us to replace lightbulbs which we didnt even ask to be replaced.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT: The ‘we-can’t-find-your-records-to-dispute-your-credibility’ claim will not work. No, my name has not changed. Yes, I lived there during the first year open (2016-2017). Perhaps you’ll claim management changed? Convenient. Ultimately, I would ADVISE AGAINST living in a place that has a track record of poor management, especially when that is highlighted by the management arguing with every single negative review instead of making honest changes.—Do not live here. I had an absolutely miserable experience. I had a maintenance worker enter my apartment unauthorized in the middle of the night when I was home alone. The management is incredibly unprofessional and hostile (and they are most of the 5 star reviews). Parking situation was a nightmare and nothing was ready when it was supposed to be. Overpriced and not worth losing your sanity dealing with the management.

Where do I even begin... I love how there is a growing theme of community with the various events and free food that is always being offered to not just the residents but also the surrounding community on Dickson. When I moved here I had high expectations of the quality of the building and over time every one of my expectations have been met and more. The staff is very helpful and understanding when there are issues that need to be addressed and they are always done so in a timely manner. I truly feel as if I have found the perfect college home here at Gather and I am so excited to see what another year here has to offer!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gather Dickson! The rooms are nice and the amenities are awesome. All you can drink Starbucks machine, great hot tub and a view of Fayetteville that is absolutely amazing. The leasing staff are always friendly and helpful! Really nice place, Ive lived here for a semester. I did not experience the old management, but the team here now is wonderful. Worst part about this place is the slow elevator, but I typically use the stairs anyway. The neighbors are typically quiet, especially for it being predominantly college kids as residents, and the apartments are very nice.

Ive lived at Beechwood, @mosphere, and many other places, but Gather Dickson has been the best so far. Endless Starbucks coffee in the lounge, free food all the time, great views, and overall I just feel very well respected among staff. If you ever need something fixed the maintenance guy practically pledges his existence to getting it done, and unlike most complexes around campus the doors here are actually locked, so you cant just walk right into the place if you arent a resident.5 stars all the way.

Dont live here. I had a contract set move in date, but when I arrived to my apartment, on their specified date, my apartment was no where near finished. My room had no carpet, the whole apartment was disgusting, and furniture in the apartment had been chewed up from previous pets. I have lived in my apartment for 20 days and the floor to my apartment still is not complete (I wake up and step on gluey concrete floor every morning). Also, I was charged for another full months rent even after being ensured a reduction. The staff is very uniformed and the management is extremely poor.

Awful, awful place. The staff (who did most of the 5 star reviews here, i can spot them of them by their display pics) had no idea what they were doing. I was never told I needed to pay extra for parking, was not on my lease nor was that animals would be allowed (it said they werent at all, but they changed that because too many people were complaining). I would have paid the parking fee but they had assigned parking and they put me on a waiting list behind 9 other people when we all had a year lease so... what was the point? The place its self was constantly trashy as youd expect from a place filled with college students: broken beer bottles, weed, and dog feces everywhere. I passed over the same 4 piles of dog poop for the last 5 months I was there just walking down, they never cleaned it. I was also charged 10-20 bucks extra each month because me & my room mate would supposedly go over the electricity limit, which is odd considering 2 times it happened me nor him were even in the apartment for the entire month and had everything turned off in our rooms. This was common with everyone i talked to.In closing, youre better off paying the insane price to park on campus and commute than living close at gather dickson. The staff has no clue what theyre doing and dont even know whats in their own lease. For the same price as you would pay for a 1bed/1bath in a 4 room apartment, you could a single room for 350/400 and all utilities would set you around maybe 550 because its pretty cheap in Fayetteville for one person.Do not rent here.

Great student housing option!

I absolutey loved living at Gather for my last two years in school. Its the nicest student complex in my opinion and the staff treats residents really well. I never had big maintenance issues during my two years. But, when I did, Mike (the maintenance guy) was always really prompt and his normal chatty self... hes the best! You cant beat the location (walking distance to campus, bus stops, dickson, wilson park, sterling, and the square) and the units are so nice and reasonable priced. I highly suggest signing a lease or touring with Maddison Salazar, shes really informative and bubbly!
