It’s modern and well-kept! If you like a minimalistic feel and a clean space I would recommend living here. The leasing manager and other staff are also helpful and friendly. Solid all around. 👍🏽

Champions Club has a convenient location and is a good place to live if you dont care about being in close proximity to others.During the year that I lived in champions I Found a few key problems that are worth sharing.Upon moving in August of last year the apartment was incredibly dirty, the Floor was nasty and there was remnants of past peoples various spills and other things of that nature. The room sizing was great but in the four bedroom layout the person who gets the far corner room is bound to be unsatisfied with their situation. Besides how nasty the whole place was there was also an extremely loud group of people above us. Now I understand that this can be interpreted as bad luck but It is also the case that Champions has no way of letting management know of any noise complaints or problems from the hours of 5 to the next morning and on the weekends there is no chance of getting in contact with anyone at all.There is also the parking issue that arises very often. Many a time I would show up to champions to find someone else parked in my spot. And anyone who lives here better pray that we do not have a promising baseball season because during the superregionals I had to have 8 people towed out of my spot. This could be fixed by simply referring people to excess guest parking elsewhere.I also Would say that I have been charged after moving out for not returning keys and also for supposedly leaving behind trash. When I know that in fact I left them with the apartment staff However this was probably left to be blamed on me. I left my apartment much much cleaner than when I arrived and maybe left behind a couple of useful trash bags...So all in all the setup of champions Club is perfect for any college student who would like to live within earshot of campus. However, I believe that they have a lot of work to do and a lot of their problems stem from bad management and a failure to be consistently available to their residents.

I toured champion’s club and fell in love! I took a tour with Katie, and she made me feel at home! She was very knowledgeable about the complex and could confidently answer each and every question (and i had many). She has been so helpful throughout this process! Very excited to move into Champions Club!

This place is AWESOME! The people are so friendly, and its honestly such a nice living environment. Its right next to Baum Stadium which is great in the Spring when you want to go watch a game, and is only a 5-10 minute drive from campus. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I love the new property manager, Christina Honeycutt! She is always so professional and helpful with any concern I have. Additionally, champions club handled the ice storm a few weeks ago wonderfully!

One of the highest quality apartment complexes in the area, and the fact they rent by bedroom makes them the best value in the area. Staff is very helpful, work orders are solved within hours of being submitted, and I feel safe here (even at night). I recommend Champions to anyone looking for an apartment in Fayetteville. There is a bus stop right outside to get to campus for students, a walking trail visible from my window, and a washer and dryer in my unit (which is so nice). Also-welcome week was so cool! Champions Club bought residents their favorite sonic drinks and we were able to pick them up in the office! They also offered goody bags for dogs, free breakfast, a bag of coupons for residents, free tshirts, and free ice cream! So many great things to say about this complex! The only improvement I could think of would be better WiFi. It can be hard to do school online sometimes, but this isn’t a problem Champions is the only complex facing. With the transition online this year, many places have needed to increase bandwidth to support the growing amount of usage.

I toured Champions Club and it’s by far the best option for housing next year. The amenities, the staff the location, it’s just amazing! I can’t wait to sign my lease for Fall!!!!

The office is so polite and you can tell they actually want to help their residents and that it’s not just a job for them. The apartments are far roomier than others Ive looked at that with the same rent-by-room set ups. Everything is very nice and I’ve enjoyed my experience and the location is great to hop on the highway, MLK or College.

This has been a great experience for us. From a parents perspective they have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It is nice to call and get an actual person and they always follow through with what they have said.

This team has really turned itself around over the past year. Champions Club has a unique location right across the street from the baseball field (GO HOGS) and an awesome staff. Their front office workers are always eager to help with superb customer service and their maintenance team is always quick. Jenny is the main reason why I signed here - she is amazing and has such a contagious energy. Makes me want to hang in the office all day. Great job team!

Friendly staff, great location (by Baum stadium & bus route). Very nice club house. Be aware it is close to a train track though. I got used to it after a few days.

This has got to be the best student housing you could ever find! It’s so spacious and with great amenities for such a reasonable price. They also throw really cute events and are always treating us!

Love living here, nice and newer apartments, maintenance is great as well! The complex is a great size, not too massive and overwhelming. I do hear some noise from Razorback Road, but overall, I love it here!

Best student apartments in Fayetteville!! All of the staff are really nice and are always ready to help you out with any questions you could have. They host quite a few resident events and are completely on top of any maintenance requests you have. Super easy living here for sure!

Wonderful Apartment complex, close to campus, spacious, and easy access to Highway so heading home I wasn’t deal with tons of traffic right off the bat.

I moved to champions club my senior year and wish I had found it sooner. The floorplans are bigger than any other apartments I have lived in and I have loved living here. I love that all residents are assigned a parking spot, because I have had so many troubles with finding a spot at other apartments. The staff are friendly and so very helpful, I would recommend champions club over and over again!

My daughter has lived here for more than a year now and both of us love the management and the property. The maintenance staff is always efficient if she has an issue and she loves that the university bus route is right outside. We will definitely be renewing for this fall!

Parents perspective.. the staff was very good at trying to get students involved and providing treats such as meals and drinks. Nice set up as to everyone paying their own rent and utilities. 1 complaint.. when you get stuck with a bad roommate and you cant use the common area you might as well live in the dorm. You get stuck paying for what they break and tear up and when there was a solution to get out of that room the last few months and the staff(manager) did not want to do the paperwork to trade apartments, they ended up losing a good tenant, actually 3 tenants as the rest did not go back either. It would have made my life easier as a parent if there were checks made in rooms periodically to check on living situations (cats/fleas/smells/grievances/etc).

Champions Club has the best service! Jenny was very helpful in answering any and all questions I came to her with. Cant wait to live here!

I recently graduated from the UofA but I moved every summer so I am experienced in the local living options for students. Champions Club was my final and favorite property! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They work hard to maintain the amenities and I appreciate them for that. Aside from the value added directly by team members, the apartment is cute yall! The furniture is very modern and I always get compliments like That came with this place?! when my friends are over. The location is also awesome!!!! I wouldnt hesitate to resign if I wasnt leaving Fayetteville.

Champions is a great place to live as a student at the U of A. The bus route can bring you to campus and the staff has been helpful. Only thing to know ahead of time is that it’s close to a train track.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time visiting Champions Club. Although I am not living there- because my roommates wanted to live elsewhere- i have nothing but good things to say about this place. Jarrett gave me a tour, he was very in depth and educated on the amenities, answering all of my plentiful questions with pleasure. He was very accommodating, ask for him if youre thinking about taking a tour- he can answer every question and then some!!

If you need to put in a maintenance request, the maintenance crew responds quick and does quality work.

Very good appartment complex. The staff is made up of tennants. Theyre super nice and helpful. Champions Club is also super close to Uark campus, which is a big plus.

Living here is unlike any other apartment complex! The staff is so nice and eager to help you. The amenities are well kept and high quality. I have lived here for a year and it has been great. Maintenance is super fast. I have never had to wait more than a day to have something fixed. The office hosts different things throughout the month for everyone to do (Grocery Bingo, Sonic, 7Brew, pasta bar, breakfast bar, etc) which is fun and really nice of them to do! the only thing that I do wish were different is the amount of guest parking available but that is not a deal breaker. I am so glad I chose to live here !!

Champions Club is an up and coming student living complex here in Fayetteville. It is only a bus ride or 5 minute drive from campus. Plus, cant beat being right across the road from Baum stadium.

I had a wonderful tour of Champions Club this last week! It has been one of my favorite apartment options since ive came to Fayetteville. I loved how spacious they are and the outside area and hang out spots are fantastic! I one hundred percent recommend Champions’ Club over any other student housing apartments in Fayetteville. The rooms were spacious, the staff was extremely kind and and helpful and living there was fun! I’ve lived at a different complex and I toured several other places and most can’t compare to what Champions’ Club offers. Great place to live with a wonderful team that goes out of their way to take care of their residents in a timely manner unlike most places in the area.

Ive lived here for a year and love it. The office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and maintenance requests have always been taken care within 24 hours of me submitting them. The complex is also on the bus route, which is a huge plus! The apartments are very clean and nice, and the community is relatively quiet. My only complaint is that there is a train across the street that can be incredibly loud when it comes by, but its not constant and honestly isnt a deal breaker for me. You cant beat the amenities like a gym, pool, and free printing, and the fact that your rent covers most of your utilities is amazing. I would highly recommend these apartments!

I have lived at Champion’s Club for almost a year now and just renewed for another. It is in a wonderful location next to the University of Arkansas baseball field, and about five minutes from campus. My apartment is comfortable, spacious, and I really enjoy having my own bathroom. While it doesn’t have all of the extra amenities other apartments have, it is worth looking at.

Champions Club is great!! Megan has been so quick and helpful with answering any and all questions and I am so thankful they have people like her on their staff to help make the transition so smooth!

I have loved living here! It’s very spacious and includes very nice furniture. It is close to campus, the bus ride is only 15-20 minutes on average and it takes less than 10 to get to anywhere on MLK. I have had very few maintenance requests, but when I did have a light out it was fixed by that afternoon. Overall a great place to live! Highly recommend.

I really enjoy living here at Champions Club! The location is great because it is far enough away from school that you avoid traffic of the game and Dickson St. I enjoy the staff here very much because they have gotten to know me personally, and anytime I have a question or concern, they always make themselves available to listen. The apartment itself is HUGE!! My room, closet, and personal bathroom are very spacious. We have our own washer and dryer and our kitchen has so much storage. The Champions Club staff holds at least one activity every week for the residents, which makes living here engaging and fun!!!

Champions is a great home for our daughter. Close to campus, very accommodating, and dog friendly. We love that she feels at home.
