I called customer service to get my account number but they told me to verify my account I need to go to a store and get my account number, I came to thus store but rep told me I can get my account number and I have to call customer service even when I just called them. I had to go to another store to get my account number and they provided me with it without hassel

Dania is the most valuable team player my family has seen yet! She was on point with sales and took the time to make sure that my family received the plan we needed to keep us happy! After visiting multiple locations today Josey being one... She was the only one willing to stay and help get us started and make sure we are satisfied customer!!! She had the patience and listened to exactly what I was wanting and took the time to get us hooked up even staying after hours! Walked into this store to buy a charger for my Metro phone and walked out of there with 2 really nice free phones for me and my wife because we switched. The young lady there was really nice and helpful. Really knew her stuff. Very satisfied and highly recommend this store.

When they closed the store down the street on Valley View I google Boost Mobile near me and this store came up. It took me a bit of driving around the el Rancho shopping center but I found it eventually. Its located across the Kelly-Moore Paints parking lot and between the salvadorian and mexican restaurant. The store was very clean and organized and the young lady there was very helpful.

I always pay my bill here and the ladies there are very helpful.

It is 5:18pm. The store closes at 7:30pm. The electric sign says open but the store is locked & deserted. Not a happy person right now.

I like Boost Mobile. Before I had tMobile and paid too much. Until a friend recommended me to Boost Mobile. It has good coverage and good telefons. I like to come to this store because the girl who works here attends very well. Always has good prices and different deals on phones and accessories.

Much better customer service than in Houston where we live. Nuna told me that I qualified for a payment phone until the girl in this store told me when I made my payment. I took an LG Stylo 3 with Boost Up. Very nice excellent store.
