This is a great company to deal with. The customer service remains consistent no matter who I need to speak with. I feel every company needs to have this level of customer service no matter how big or small. Destiny and Jill are amazing to work with whether I have a billing inquiry or technical inquiry and all the technicians are always so professional and courteous π It always feels like Im speaking with a friend when I call. 10 out of 5 but can only give 5 stars.
Have had issues with my internet as well cutting in and out on the weekends! When you call the office they are very rude and argue with you about your issues! I can see why there rating is not very good! The guys who hooked up my internet were very professional! Definitely cannot say the same for the office help! Very very rude!
The wifi cuts out regularly on weekends and you cant call the office because its close and when you try the 24/7 line no one picks up and the voice-mails are full.
I have been a customer for over 8 years andI am tired of consistently having my internet not work on the weekends! I work from home via the internet and have lost $1800 this month because EVERY weekend my internet goes down then magically comes back on during regular business hours. I have made complaints that do not help. Im sheats politely told that they cant find a problem. But I cant process a sale or check emails EVER after their closing time nor can I reach anyone as their vm box is always fulland they do not respond to my emails. Cant wait for a better Option

We have been with Net3 for about a year. We have the lowest package, but it works for us! The price is lower than what youd pay for bigger named companies like AT&T or Suddenlink (which are unavailable where I live). We have little to no issue with speed, except during inclement weather, and have only had outages when our tower was being serviced. Weve had great interaction with the staff and any questions have always been answered promptly and politely. The only real reason Im giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because lately our service seems to get slow and laggy at night time. Weve had all types of satellite/radio internet, but Net3 is the best in my opinion!

If I could give less I would. Donβt waste your time with this horrible company. Iβve been trying to contact for two weeks. No reply no communication at all. I havenβt had service in months Iβve complained and complained and complained to the point they just refuse to answer me. They have robbed me Iβm over it getting new internet tomorrow because these people donβt care about any of their customers. Mike is rude the lady never answers and Kevin doesnβt have the decency to call back! Donβt use this company you will end up robbed and mad.

I live 13 south of town, and have had Net 3 ISP for a couple years now. I rate them 5 stars, the best rating, because if I ever had a problem, it was fixed promptly and with no hassle. Their customer service is great, and I have always been a happy customer! I pay for the top speed and I feel like with my three teenagers using their phones and streaming devices/consoles, it covers what we use with good speed.
Existing client for over 4 years, havent had many issues, HOWEVER we have been out of sevice three different times this past week. I have called the after hours number numerous times, without a courtesy return call, absolutely NO RESPONSE!!! We are quarantined and no WIFI.My boss called Larry, whom called your Oncall guy to reset our service, Thank you Larry for going above and beyond on your day off. Now the next day, again no service!!!!Still no call or response from any personnel. Do not have Mike call me, either. He is the most rude person I have dealt with and I still give you my money. I WILL find an alternative, until then credit my bill.You will be hearing from me also.

Absolutely horrible. The internet is not consistent. This is the most weβve ever paid for internet and itβs definitely the worst weβve had. We called to try to get some help. Our internet hadnβt been working for a few days. We called and said we thought maybe it was the router they had us buy. Mike told us βthatβs not my problemβ and hung up on us. The only reason we still have them is because thereβs nothing else available in our area yet. We are dropping them as soon as we can though.
The speed is real slow. You can get net 5 times faster for cheaper. Dont mess with getting the service. Total rip off.
Ive used them for over a year and Ive had great service in Greenwood with them and when there is a problem they fix it or helped me fix it and iam glad they are here for me I recommend them too everyone I talk too looking for wifi out here thank you for your service and keep up the good work
Just ran five speed tests, all five were below .75 Mbps down and .2 Mbps up. I pay $89 (almost $99 after taxes). I call the office and they say everything is fine.
I am very happy with NET3ISP internet service. Sure they may not be perfect. But as they themselves said they are a rural internet company not a metropolitan internet company. They are doing the best they can and compare to some of the other providers is it a very good job. Their customer service is very good. They are always ready to help and are very nice, patient and polite. If they dont answer your call when you first call just leave a message and they do call you right back. Never had a problem with them not calling me back promptly.
Just got net3 a few weeks ago so still new but will keep updating my review as time goes on but so far its been great. We got the 10mbps plan and average between 8-10 so really close to advertised speeds but coming from satellite internet it is leaps and bounds better. Low latency and no data caps unlike satellite so we can actually stream and browse without hiccups and without worrying about waiting until we got our cap and end up with almost unusable speeds. We actually can get work done since my wife does some of her work from home. Living outside of town internet is extremely limited,I dug around for long while before I found this place so I was awesome to find something that didnt suck, sure its a little pricey if your used to a bigger cable company but compared to what I was paying for satellite its worth it in my opinion.Update(2-5-20): I have had net3 a little over 4 months and I have to say theyve been pretty consistent with the service. I have not had anything lower than 9.5 Mbps since I have the 10mbps plan. It even has been consistent in pretty terrible weather including our little blizzard weve had today. Only time we had problems was a day when they said a provider tower went down but the problem was fixed temporary by having a lower speed untill it was back fully. For a rural internet service they have been great so far, and like I said before I came from satellite internet and this is just so much better.
I did have a problem with the service but they took care of it and am grateful. i have had other providers and they dont compare with the service and the price that Net 3 ISP offers. the only thing is if only the download and upload speed would be higher then what they are.
For the area that I live in the service is good. But like any internet service there is times that it does run slow.
I give real reviews, so with that said these people deserve credit. Yes its pricey, but you cant do much because theyre not huge. One gets great service at times as well as bad service, but you have to expect that from big providers as well.Theyre pretty responsive about your problem, so give them a chance to respond and fix it. I give them five stars because I havent had any issues, except on 12/16/2018 all day. It was annoying, but I gave it a day and as I write this review its working phenomenal.Just had to give credit where credit is do. Merry Christmas and God Bless!!!
We have had this internet service for about 3 years now and they are awesome! I run a small business out of my home and internet is crucial for me. Every company is going to have their ups and downs, but this company has been great at responding to any concerns I have. I can honestly say we have had maybe 2 or 3 bad experience with the service. The first was an issue with my router (so not their problem), the second was with our internet pausing. We started our services with a lower package, and we were unable to stream on more than 2 devices without the internet pausing. We switched to a larger package a few months ago and now can stream on more than 3 devices without interruption. This last time they were very quick to come out, check our equipment, and fix everything. It turned out that our disk needed to we adjusted..... our service has been great since! If you have a problem or concern with your service, just call and leave a message if no one answers. Ive done this before and they have always called back.
Its been a year since my review and Im adding an update.I dont understand how people are saying their is no communication and cant get support when they need it. The few times Ive called for support since having net3isp the last few years my call has always been returned withing 30 minutes. Unless there is a major outage due to a lightning strike or something, they usually have someone out to my home by the next day if they cant resolve the issue over the phone. Then the issue is something simple like gale force winds knocking my dish out of alignment which they quickly fix.I just got off the phone with support and guess what? THEY called ME! After doing some work on their network they noticed that my connection wasnt up to snuff so they called me to resolve the issue before I got around to calling them. How often does that happen?Everyone Ive talked to has been pleasant and helpful. They practically beg me to call them if I ever have network issues. I still wholeheartedly recommend net3isp.Some negative people just seem to expect the impossible and Im leery that theyre sharing the whole truthful story. If you really want to experience poor customer service try the guys with the red and white tower out on 158. Theyre the ones who took weeks to come out to (unsuccessfully) fix my internet, failed to even acknowledge it when I pointed out that there was water inside the cable to the dish, got the internet connected, closed the ticket and lefteven though the connection was so bad I couldnt even check my email. Try em. Youll come crawling back to net3isp.No, I dont work there, but if I were younger and not retired I would seriously consider it.Original review:I went with Net3isp after giving up on my previous ISP. After months of issues that just got worse and worse, that previous ISP finally came out and βfixedβ my internet, that no longer worked at all, and left with it still not working.Out in Gardendale internet choices are limited. Thank goodness I discovered Net3isp. I freely admit that itβs not always perfect, but when there is an issue they are on it. Their customer service, always pleasant and polite when you contact them, leaves other providers in the dust. I highly recommend Net3isp to anyone looking for better quality and service.Oh, and that previous provider installed a huge ugly tripod tower on my roof and then left it there when I canceled their service. I had to remove it myself. They also ran the cable right across the front of my house which I had to remove. Iβm not going to mention any namesβ¦. Netwesβ¦ In contrast, Net3isp installed a smaller less obtrusive dish on the eve of my house and did a great job running that cable as unobtrusively as possible.To repeat myself, I highly recommend Net3isp.

Been with them three months. Good days and more of bad days. Not worth $134 a month for 15mbps when you only get roughly 8mbps. Rather pay for a lower package.
