I love this place I can’t even tell yall BUT I am a little hesitant to say it, but Quinn is my girl she does my nails every time and has never disappointed me. She always goes into detail and ALWAYS LEAVES me Happy Quinn thank you so much. ❤️❤️

First, I have never written a review. But I felt like I had to write about this experience. I actually left before she finished and I still paid. Prejudice is real! They were talking in their language and making jokes and laughing. Body language is a large percentage of communication, I don’t have to know your language. To know your attitude. Worst experience ever! Pictures speak louder then words.

Quinn was absolutely amazing! I loved my deluxe pedicure and dip powder manicure with extensions. She put a lot of care into her work and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I am ready for my wedding now!! : )

I went in to get a simple gel manicure refill. And ended up coming out with thick nails not well painted super bubbly. They kept excepting so many walkins so I felt like my nail tech it kept feeling rushed that he just wanted me in an out. horrible service for something so simple.

I don’t know how this place even has 4.anything rating. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure ($80 in total). I must’ve said “square please” like 10 times to the nail tech who was doing my nails. I have never received such horrible nail job for the most simple manicure ever. My nails are super thick, not evenly painted, and just UGLY. On the way home my nail polish already chipped. All in all, don’t waste your time and money here.

My mom and I went for a birthday pedicure and we had a great time! Cindy and Eva did a great job and took their time making sure it looked good. The place is clean, smells nice, and they offer a wide variety of service.

Did the sugar glow package which included manicure, pedicure, massage, fruit and drink. It was very much so relaxing. Will be going back again.

Terrible service as I already booked online for a different nail technician and received a confirmation, then to my surprise the technician I booked was on his off day and nobody bothered to call me to tell me so before driving all the way there.My dipping powder experience was so bad that I ended up fixing my own nails myself, while the nail technician (Sheila) gave me attitude for asking her politely to fix the shape as non of my nails had the same shape or length. My nails ended up looking so bulky and uneven and I was left filing my own nails and putting the top coat myself, trying to fix that disastrous look I ended up. That was my first time at this salon and would definitely be my last!I don’t recommend for anyone to go here as you’ll end up doing the service you’re paying for yourself!!!

I have been going here for over two years now but usually for a pedicure since my nail tech moved to another location. Today I decided to get my nails done. The lady that cut my nails down cut them too short and uneven because she was rushing for someone else to start my nails. I showed them one picture of what I want and they told me they wouldn’t do it but yet I heard another customer ask for something similar. I decided on something else only to leave unhappy because what I asked for looks nothing like that I got. I specifically asked the male tech if the color would look like what’s in the picture and he said yes. People pay a lot of money to for these types of services and should be able to get what they ask for or told by the tech they don’t know how to do what is asked.

You don’t honor your appointments; I called this morning for an appointment today with Quinn or Hannah. I was given a 2:00 appointment; at 1:00 someone called to ask if I could come at 1:45, then received another call asking me to come at 3:00. I arrived promptly at 3:00 only to be told by Hannah that she nor Quinn is available. She recommended another nail tech, he did my pedicure, and it was very obvious that he wasn’t experienced. It was awful! I’m so disappointed. First time, and last time!

I walked in and was not even acknowledged. I figured they were just busy and sat down and waited patiently. 2 other people walked in (separately) after me and were greeted immediately and brought in to begin their service. I did not look like their other clientele, so maybe there was some profiling there. No one even said a word to me.

This is my favorite place they make me everything in my nails that I want my Nails Artist Name is Queen She’s a Queen in nails, I really recommend her If You want to get amazing nails.

Im so glad i came here today, it is my first time here and up the street from my job. I am so happy with my results. I just had a Deluxe pedicure done by Kim, she is very friendly and very attentive, she also takes her time definitely will see her again. Everyone is very friendly, very nice atmosphere and clean. Highly recommend. Definetly coming back!!! Happy customer

Probably the nicest nail salon I’ve been to. Everyone is very nice, and lots of techs working so I didn’t have to wait. Lily did an amazing job, was very gentle and patient removing my dip powder nails, and helping me to pick a color. I can be very picky about my nails which can annoy the person doing them, but she was always so kind about everything.Good pricing, clean, and great service!!

I LOVE this place. It’s so pretty. I have been multiple times and had a different tech every time and everyone has been phenomenal. I won’t go anywhere else! Get the sugar scrub predicted. It’s only $5 more and the massage is long, hot towel, hot wax, sugar scrub etc. They don’t rush and take their time. I can’t say enough good!

Very clean and my nail tech was very nice even though I asked to change my color three times! I think her name was Kim and she made me feel very welcome there. My only complaint is that it is a little more expensive than the other nail salons in the area. But overall it was worth it! I will definitely come back again.

The environment was very clean and professionally designed. Its definitely one of the nicer places that Ive been to. The woman who did my dip power did a great job. It was quick and within a reasonable amount of time, however I believe she was unaware that I was of Vietnamese heritage and was talking about my friend and I right in front of our faces; in a negative way. It wasnt until later when i paid via venmo that she saw my last name and asked me if I was viet and if I spoke the language. Other than that, it was an overall good experience.

I made an online appointment for 07/09/20 for a gel pedicure and gel full set. The technician initially overlooked the full set portion of my appointment. When I asked her about it she offered to do the dip powder and I refused.However, she made the executive decision to do it anyway. Due to time constraints I didn’t make the effort to argue it. I should have. I’m not sure if they were done too thin or just done poorly, but they haven’t even lasted two weeks.I noticed the gel polish peeling from one of my nails on 07/16/20 while I was waiting to catch a flight. Throughout the weekend the polish began to peel from two more nails. In addition, I noticed a small crack starting to appear on one of the nails with the peeling polish. As of today, 07/21/20, I now have two nails that have completely crumbled at the tips.After spending $55 on a full set And $111 total this is completely unacceptable. I now must go to another shop and pay to have this set removed and another set applied. After only 8 days!? I have never had a set start to peel so soon. Nor have I ever had a set literally crack and crumble on me. I will not be coming back.

I am writing this review after not one but TWO bad experiences! On both occasions not only did my service take waaaaaaaay too long (almost 2 hours for a gel manicure) but the final product was terrible! Noticing early in the service that things were no right I pointed them out to my nail tech. Instead of correcting the error they continued to polish over it. Ultimately the polish was so thick and had been placed under the UV light so many times that the white colored polish turned YELLOW! Ultimately I ended up leaving only because I literally could not spend any more time there. To top it off THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME!!! Unbelievable right.On my attempt to gIve the salon a second chance I unfortunately had similar results. My gel manicure took over a hour and a half. I requested chrome polish which I had gotten at other salons before but never here. After telling my technician that I wanted white as the base color for my chrome she tried to tell me that I couldnt get white and I had to get black. I could tell that she didnt know how to properly apply the chrome as she was getting instructions from another technician on what to do. Ultimately the other technician told her that I could get white and she proceeded to do my nails. Everything was fine until the end. Typically with gel polish they will wipe your nails off with alcohol or acetone but with chrome this isnt the case as the alcohol will actually remove the chrome. When I saw her moistening a cotton ball I tried to tell her not to use the alcohol (because I recognized that this was probably her first chrome application). Instead of listening to me she brushed me off and told me it was ok and she could fix later....LATER.?!?!? At this point I felt like I needed to be on the payroll! Needless to say the chrome on every single nail began to fade off. I again couldnt stay to get my nails redone (another 2 hour process). So I told them Id come back the next day.Rest assured after this I wont be back. For a $60 manicure I expect a lot more!

Best nail place Ive been to in the area. Extremely clean and they even line the foot tubs for each customers use. A week later and my pedicure is still perfect! Plus they made me hot green tea since I had a cold and it was a nice little bonus.

I went in to treat myself to a manicure and try out this new nail salon and sadly, it ended up poorly. I went in and on my own accord my nails were cut shorter than I had wanted. But that’s my fault. I felt rushed when it came to picking out a color because I was asking my boyfriend his opinions. When she started it seemed slightly rushed. My nails were cut and shaped crooked and I just let it go because I’m anxious to correct someone. When she trimmed my cuticles it seems that two of my fingers got infected. My right middle finger on the right side of the nail is very infected at this point and I will have to go get it checked out. I assume from non sterilized equipment. Sadly I don’t like giving bad reviews but this isn’t an enjoyable experience. I’m very hesitant to go get any more manicures done after this experience. The staff were nice though.

So happy I decided to stop by the nail bar. Tracy did an amazing pedicure which was desperately needed after a long quarantine. Stephanie slayed my gel polish, I sent pics to my friends and they thought I got acrylics done because how perfect she shaped my nails! Stopped in this afternoon with a group of four. They took us quickly and we were done within 90 minutes. We got a combination of manicures, pedicures and paraffin wax treatments. Everyone is raving about the results. This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. Thank you so much Nail Bar for the nice afternoon.

Great service EVERY time I come here. I just posted a rose gold chrome SNS set they did for me yesterday. I love it! Check this place out you won’t regret it. If you need a tech speak to Paul, Ana, or T they are all excellent.

I am really trying to like this place, the first time I was here Don did a great acrylic set, and I brought my daughters nail polish and they didn’t charge me anything, this time we brought our own piggy paint for my daughter and the girl that did my daughters set was AMAZING! she even did a design for $4 dollars and we also tipped her she was very sweet with my 3 year old daughter! The lady that did my dip was nice..... but I felt that she didn’t take her time in shaping my nails because they were SHORT!. When DON did my acrylic set he tried very hard to make my nails as short as he could because I hate long nails. So I wasn’t really satisfied with her work. When I asked her to shave down the dip because it looked bulky she said it looks like that because my nails are short, I don’t agree but I will be asking for Don next time. Over all the staff is nice. The salon owners are great! I will being making my appointments with DON from now on

Nancy is great for nails! Actually, everyone there but shes my go-to! Very detailed and thorough. You should also make an appointment with Van for a massage or facial or both! The best!

Hello, personally I always go there .. but due to the pandemic I should clean up when they opened it and it was very dirty where I washed my hands, I did not disinfect the seats every time another person arrived apart from the fact that when they do pedicures they use the same sandals And they dont put them in the trash they keep them to use again apart from the fact that they have a bad habit that when a client doesnt like something they talk badly about people in their language and it seems to me in very bad taste and little education

Love this place! I usually get dipping on my natural nail and they last me for 3 weeks+. They are very clean and walk ins are welcome.

I stopped in this afternoon for a manicure and a pedicure. Lin did an excellent job. The service was great, and the location was clean.

I have been to this salon several times and have enjoyed my experience each and every time! When I had an issue (broken nail - my fault for the breakage) it was quickly fixed. I will definitely be back. Love that UV light is not used for the final layer of a dipping manicure.

Very fairly priced, took their time and ensured my gel nail manicure was done the right way. A complimentary paraffin hand dip was just wonderful and I really enjoyed the experience. Ill be back for sure

I’m torn, because the pedicure experience I received was amazing, but my SNS nail experience was sub-par. That’s not to say that my nails look busted, but the service was less than I expected for a $70 manicure. I was burned by the file and drill multiple times, I was at one point cut by the nail file as well under my nail while the tech was filing. I couldn’t hear what she was saying, and when I said “I don’t know”, she seemed to get upset with me. Overall, my nails look good, but I don’t think I’ll return due to the service I received from the nail tech, and the cost of the services.

More expensive than other nail places around but that atmosphere is 10X better than anywhere else around. Super posh. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because they only used a pumice stone, and didnt actually do callous removal with the expensive pedicure package that I paid for.

Was my 1st visit today. Don was great and gave me an awesome Mani/pedi. Everyone was very nice and the facility was very clean.

I really like this place, great service, kind people, very satisfied!

As I learned, this place has been open for 10mos. Each station is very well equipped and organized. Staffs were very friendly. The shop was very clean overall. Since everything is fairly brand new still, massage chair was awesome. There were a few people complaining about not being treated equally but hey Ive been to worse places. There were a number of pedi rooms, I think Im calling up a few friends for a group pedi next time. I will definately return to this place for sure.
