AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Read the other reviews as well its pretty clear this place has serious issues.After spending two hours, I left Angel Nails in tears today after one of their older age technicians gave me the worst dip manicure Ive ever seen. When I first arrived, a younger technician sat me down and began soaking my hands to remove the dip powder I had on my nails. Then another woman comes into Angel Nails and asks for a gel manicure so the younger technician tells me to wait 15 minutes for her. I wait a hour.....then tells me to move to another older technicians station. The younger technician basically tells her how to do a dip manicure within 3 minutes. When I go to pay, I asked the younger technician why she passed me off and if this is how dip manicures are supposed to look which she replies no but she would fix it for me. Unfortunately Im leaving for Christmas vacation tonight and didnt have another two hours for them to fix the disaster of a dip manicure I was given.Best part is - I was upset telling them how disappointed I was and I would not pay for this which she tells me I STILL have to pay $23.00....unbelievable?!

Lady was very nice. Took her time and even then it didnt take long. She did a great job and even complimented me on my color choice. The ATM was working when I went and I was able to easily use it. She gave me her business card and told me to ask for her next time. I will be returning.

Tiffany is a fantastic manicurist. You should ask for her. I have been going here for several years, every 3 weeks, for a gel manicure. My gel never chips and looks beautiful each time. She has a great attitude and does them exactly as I want them.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Will return for future Mani/Pedi.

This is absolutely the worst nail salon. Went for a gel manicure and ended up with my nails looking worse than when I came in. I literally had two people say to me I thought you got your nails done. Im going to try to get a full refund.Update: I went in to get a refund. The lady present was on her iPad feet up relaxing and extremely rude as if I interrupted her. She accused me of not even being there on Friday and asked for a receipt. Why would anyone do that, but I digress? She eventually agreed to call the manger, who was very nice but refused a refund offering to redo instead. I agreed, but the redo got off to a rough start. The rude woman was clearly mad she was being forced to redo my nails since she didnt handle in the first place. She insisted on lecturing me saying I must have done something. She then said her colleague appeared to have forgotten a top coat. She asked me what color I wanted, presented me with the same old polish option. I then asked her for a recommendation, explaining I had travel coming up and needed it to last at least one week. She laughed and said calm down. Im not big on long reviews but I want to make sure people know about her unprofessional and rude behavior. I also wanted people to know about the refund policy. I ended up leaving both without having it fixed nor a refund. Im now $35 short and still need to get my nails done.

The technician was very lazy, she filed my skin from 2 of my fingers and it was bleeding. She installed my nails very crooked. I showed them a picture on how I wanted it, and they said they could do it but half way through, they said they couldn’t, then they bribed me to purchase more and I had no choice because I needed my nails done for a party. When I came home the little designs all fell out because they didn’t install it well.

I got my nails done this week and quickly thereafter noticed my nails were turning color and looked as though they had ink on them. I returned today and was told that it was not the polish, but my nails ( which they did) having a reaction. They refused to change the polish unless I paid an additional $25 to change the polish. Needless to say I will never return.

Tiffany did a lovely job on my friends acrylics, took her time shaping them very well and perfecting the nail, ask for her if you stop in

The nail techs are unclean and do not sterilize equipment after use. I also watched one tech rinse a pedicure bowl with water and not use disinfectant after completing a customer. When I mentioned it, the other techs around started yelling oh she’s about to do it now. I said she wasn’t going to do it until I said something. The ladies all told her and she used disinfectant and cleaned again the proper way. Public Health is a a serious concern and we will NEVER return again. This place doesn’t deserve my money & support if they don’t care enough about my health to clean before and after me.I will be following up with Fairfax County Health Department.

Went in to get my gel polish removed and then a regular manicure. The nail technician completely uncharged for taking off my gel and then proceeded to give the SLOPPIEST manicure I had ever had so she could get to another client who wanted a more expensive nail service. Nails were not filed smoothly and she left air bubbles that I noticed after nails had dried. Also was very resistant to any hesitations/suggestions I gave to her about not rushing the appearance of my nails. I will NOT be coming back and I will NEVER recommend this place to friends/family. Beyond disappointed.

My toe was bleeding, she cut it too deep, even after I said stop. Horrible place and kind of dirty, too.

The absolute worst experience in a nail salon. I got my nails done with a gel set and the lady put an overlay underneath on Thursday and Saturday the paint was chipping away. I called on Monday to see if I could get it fixed the intial response was. Who did your nail...Theres no Jenny who work here...Well thats what she told me her name was.. Shes not here today come on Thursday. Is there a manager I can speak too. O Jenny come un I fix for you. I get there no one is visible but a few roaches...Hello I called about the chipping polish. A young lady started working with taking the gel polish off. I asked 3 times interrupting her conversation between her co workers to take this overlay off. She stated its ok and grabbed the polish...Excuse me maam I dont want my nails polished I just want this off. She started talking to her co workers and then the other laday said i can fix for you but it will take another hour. No thank you i will not be back they owe me a refund.

I had the worst experience when i was here. i asked for a full set and a pedicure. when i was getting a pedicure done, the lady doing it told me that it cost extra for me to get the dead skin scrubbed off of my feet... ???? thats what a pedi is supposed to be. it should not cost extra. then when i was getting my acrylics done, she cut them too short. i let her know that it wasnt the length i wanted nicely (she hadnt even filed them or painted them yet, barely any work was done so far) then she rolled her eyes at me because it meant she had to start over. she was going to try to rip the acrylics off with her own hands which would have damaged and hurt my natural nails so badly. then she redid them and had a nasty attitude the entire time. the nails came out crooked and the right hand nails longer than the others. i have manners so i was going to tip her with my card when i payed because i had no cash, but they told me it needed to be cash. i was told there was an ATM in the back so i tried it. the atm was in a ghetto room and it was broken. i was waiting for my money to come out for about 10-15 minutes and it did not work. i was made late for where i needed to be after this entire thing. the whole process in general was so slow, they were rude, and the quality is awful. dont come here

I went to Kenny and got my nails I was satisfied intall one week later one nail broke off that is ridiculous I am highly upset I have a graduation to go to tomorrow and this happens I am mixed girl and you did light pink on my nails

I always come in near closing time and the staff is always patient and friendly.

Worst experience at the time I was getting my nails done AND i got gel acrylics and its already falling off 5 days later !
