Esther did an awful job on my nails. I would not suggest anyone going to this salon. She did a half job and I had to request practically everything. She didnt clean under the nails, she didnt file only cut my nails. She I paid and then decided I wanted a refund and they would not give me my money back. The owners name is Lisa. I caution you to stay away from Plaza nails if you want your moneys worth. I was told to come back tomorrow to speak to the owner..I will definitely be back and maybe she can do my nails, because her techs arent good at all. I paid 30 for this job, and still tipped $4, wow im such a good person. Luckily Im not motivated by money, Im motivated by fairness.

Only had one lady thwrt (short hair with glasses). Wanted to get eyebrows done. She was doing a pedicure and stopped to do my eyebrows. I asked if she could wash her hands since she was just touching someones feet. She told me I could go to some other place. Which is fine but its unsanitary not to wash your hands when dealing with different customers. So I left. Just know these people arent clean when dealing with customers.

I’ve been getting my brows done here for almost 10 years. They often only have one lady working during the week so you may want to call ahead. Great prices & they are very talented.

I went here just to try and the lady told me come back in an hour. No problem with that so I came back. She fought me on just getting regular polish and when I just agreed she then filed my skin. I shook my hand a little and she said I didn’t touch you and I cannot take care of you. So I left.wow.

I have been going to them for 10 years and very satisfied with the service and price. Once they were closed and I got desperate because I was going on vacation next day and went to another salon nearby and got a nail infection which resulted in many painful visits to the podiatrist. Now I dont go anywhere else.

Very good price for an eyebrow wax but table didnt look super clean-covered in plastic with maybe a tablecloth but it had rips. Work was pretty good overall.

Make sure to get the owner- sweet lady & 20yrs experience. It wasnt busy and I was more than satisfied with my pedicure.

Pricey. They raise $10 for med.,&pedi., but facility, supply remains same. Still runs fans to dry manicure and pedicuar rather than uv lights. 25 mins.for both svc. If u are in rush, you check in, if you want pampering, not a place. Paying for luxury spa price but treated like very cheap svc.

Terrible customer service and terrible nail job. You could still see the previous nail color on the nails and nails were not smooth. Demanded we pay after poor service and we asked for the nails to be fixed. Called the cops on us because we asked for them to fix the nails before paying.

They do a good job and are quick, but not rushed.

Recommend trying to make an appointment. Been by several times and only one employee there at a time.

Horrible place, rude worker. My first time there and as soon as I walked in I was looked at by the older technician who than put her head back down and said she didnt have time. No eye contact, no letting me know when she would have time, when I could come back or wait, just as rudely as possible I dont have time. If I could five this place a negative star I would. Spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible one lady there doesn’t know what mashines she uses when she doesn’t know what to say tried to lash she tried to dry not moms gel Nails with a led lamp because all there machines UV rediculas also the lady had to redo my moms nails 5 times because she did not know how to do it it just reduculas
