I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I was so disappointed by the job done on my nails I had to say something. I was visiting town with my family and decided to get my nails done with my sister. They ended up assigning one nail tech to me and my sister at the same time, going back and forth between the two of us. I was very understanding, I get it, you’re understaffed. But I think this caused the quality to diminish. The nails turned out looking great, I was very happy. But within one week I have already had 4 nails pop off. thankfully I have nail glue at home and have been able to glue them back on. I have a wedding to attend this weekend and was expecting to have freshly done nails but instead I’m paranoid they’ll come off at any moment. When I visit again I will not be returning to this place. I wish I could get my money back.

I have been going to Elegance nails for over 10 years and everyone I have referred has loved it there as well! Very courteous teams and strict cleaning practices. I would highly recommend!

This place is a rip off & poor quality. She kept putting my nails under the heating lamp over & over & it kept ruining the nail polish then she had to do it over again100 for gel mani/pedi. The manager had an attitude when I first asked about prices.

I’ve been going to Elegance Nails for quite a few years and I’ve never regretted it. I’m a man and it took my wife a couple years to convince me to come with her to get a pedicure. I wish I had done so much earlier! My feet felt much better almost immediately.Check out Lee, she’s the best!

I have been coming to this Elegance Nails for over 5 years and have never experienced anything but perfection here! The whole staff is amazing and very welcoming. Unlike other places where you are worried about cleanliness, this salon is always clean and you feel very safe to use their all of their services. Nancy and her staff are truly amazing, every single one of them!

The best gift card that I got it and I have been going to Elegance nails for 4 years. My nails always beautiful and the spa pedicures, yes, change mood😉. So friendly staff and environment, also between customers, we all show happiness at relaxing time there without any concern. Safe place, clean, sterilized, offering the delicious green tea😊. This has become my go-to in Fairfax for eyebrows! Ive never made an appointment, Ive usually just wandered in on a whim after work. Nevertheless, i think Ive had to wait to be seen only one time. The facilities are clean and everyone who works here has been polite, professional, and efficient. Overall a great experience every time!

Ask for Linda! Her work is masterful. She does an incredible job with acrylic nails and gives great pedicures too!

Absolutely rudest experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Disrespectful, doesnt try to listen ... just a terrible place and very unwelcoming. Guess they didnt like being interrupted watching judge judy.

I find this place a great place to go for a manicure and a pedicure. The cost isnt that high compared to other places. I get my nails buffed not polished. My experience is a pretty good one there.

My hair stylist recommended this place to me. They were nice, did a fantastic job, and Ive never had so many compliments on my nails before! They nailed the shape I was looking for!

My Favorite Lady is Nancy she is the best l have found in Fairfax County after trying so many places around she is by far the best in the area l been coming here for over 1 1/2 now and l love it 😍.... l feel like l’am very delicate when it comes to my nail the shape the color everything has to be perfect, so Nancy is very patience with me she is very sweet and friendly there are other girls in the shop l have try before they where good too, so please do not listen other reviews try for your self l promise you won’t be disappointed.

Reception was horrible! Decided not to stay. Several empty chairs and but may employees that did not want to accommodate me.

Ive been coming here for over 5 years. Ive moved further away and still go the distance to get quality service quality is upgraded cosistantly and Zi and Helen are top notch.Tory💅

They rush through your nails to get to the next customer. Once you tell them about whats wrong they deny it & use many excuses to avoid fixing there errors. They also charge like a nice place but its a little ghetto hole in the wall. I would NOT recommend this place.

Got a pedicure and shellac manicure right before vacation. Cost was $58 + tip. The actual experience was not bad, although I was asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax.When I was finished I asked for the paper slippers (had come straight from work so I wasnt wearing flip flops), but the technician said my toes were dry.When I got home and took my shoes off the polish was ruined. My cuticles were also ruined- having been cut to shreds. It has been less than 2 weeks since my shellac is already chipping.Maybe I had a bad technician, but I was not pleased with experience.
