Zoe salon went out of business. Used to go there. My hairdresser emailed me that the salon closed.

This is one of the best salons I have been to! Everyone that works here is very nice, acknowledges you, there are no attitudes, kattiness or fighting. Everyone looks like they are having fun but maintains that professionalism, I like it. My appointment started right on time, no waiting. My stylists was Nora, I didn’t know she was the manager when I booked my appt., but Nora was absolutely amazing! My hair is very long and thick, I haven’t found my right salon yet (because of my hairs length and thickness has always been an issue) so of course I walk in and my hair is literally 4-5 different colors yellow, orange and copper. I have never seen a stylist excited about my screw up and she sincerely was. Y’all, this woman saw the damage in my hair, made sure to slowly color process my hair, checked on my hair through out the process and still was able to fix my hair. All the other stylist I have had, had always taken on another customer while doing my hair which made me wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes all through out my process, Nora didn’t have me waiting once. When I walked out my hair was brown with blonde highlights, beautifully styled and my hair wasn’t stringy or a frizz ball. Nora recommended Olaplex so I bought the oil and I have been making sure to do a conditioning treatment. The salon was amazing and Nora was fantastic!! I found my salon.... finally!

Ive been coming to this location, specifically to Nora, for haircut/highlights for more than 8 years. I always leave feeling like a million bucks! Additionally, I have always received excellent customer service from their entire staff (front desk staff included). I highly recommend Zoe Salon if you want your hair to look beautiful and you enjoy being treated like a valued customer.

Go see Lydia! Shes a master colorist and will send you out of the salon looking like a new woman! She has decades of experience and really takes the time to listen to what youre looking for. In addition, she makes recommendations for the best method to accomplish what youre looking for with the health of your hair in mind. Shes also great at cutting hair - a lot of colorists Ive gone to are phenomenal in coloring, but lackluster in actually cutting to a style - Lydia can do both effectively.

I have never received a curly haircut I was super happy or in love with due to my curly hair (2b/2c). Melissa colored my hair perfectly to highlight my curls and then recently I came in to cut my hair to a short bob style. Every time I show her a photo she provides the exact results I want. She is my permanent person to go to for my curly hair!

I love the team professionals at our Fair Oaks Mall location including our wonderful team manning the reception desk; who are all friendly & professional and keeps everything running smoothly.Of course my stylist Abbey is the best!! Zoe Salon is the perfect place to reinvent your look. My stylist Kelly is the most talented professional I have ever seen. She is extremely knowledgeable about the current trends and very sweet with her advice.I came to her with an idea to grow my hair longer and she came up with a plan to do just that. I am extremely fortunate to be her client.Zoe Salon is a very nice place with super friendly staff that make every visit special. They might not be the least expensive place to get a haircut, but if you care about how you look everyday, its well worth it.My advice is to call ahead of time. If you want to book Kelly, try two weeks ahead. (shes not a well kept secret)

The salon is beautiful, professional and pristine. I feel very pampered when I am there. My hairdresser is Natalie and she is FANTASTIC! Natalie in conjunction with one of their colorists was able to adjust my color, cover my grey, add highlights and give me a wonderful haircut. Going from long hair to layered shoulder length can be traumatic, but here it was a joy.....probably because they really do work hard at making you feel special. Highly recommended.

Zoes is my one and only stop for hair care. Robin is the best. She always makes me look and feel awesome when she does her magic to my hair. Abby and Nora are the best as well. The staff make me feel relaxed and welcome every time I visit.

I have been looking for the perfect hair stylist forever. Yesterday I went to Zoe and was very nervous, but I finally found my hair stylist!!! Her name is Kat, and she is a senior stylist. She was just fabulous!!!! It literally took her just 10 minutes to give me a complete new look! She was very sweet and friendly. I came into work today and Ive had all the heads turn to take a look. Got so many compliments! I definitely recommend this place and especially Kat as the stylist!

Thrilled with my experience at Zoes today, and I hate haircuts. The salon was able to get me in same day, within an hour or so. Dan was chatty, asked me to explain what I was looking for, so I did and showed him a picture. He absolutely listened! And I quote him, Youll never have to worry about me cutting your hair too short, I love long hair, which is music to my ears since that rarely seems to be my experience. He explained everything he was doing, told me rationale of why and how he does things a little differently, taught me how to do it on my own when I left. PLUS, he asked for consent before touching my hair! Made my little feminist heart sing. Full disclosure, Im likely going to schedule a color appointment with him this week.

Since this salon had quite a lot of 5 star reviews, I wanted to try it out for myself. This is a very nice and efficient place. They did my hair with much perfection and I love the result!

I went to Anderson a few months ago and my hair still looks amazing. He first asked what I wanted and then envisioned an amazing hairstyle that would fit for my lifestyle. He asked me how long i spent on my hair, how i prefer to wear it he made his own suggestions. Loved it I felt like i actually went to a professional that could enhance my idea for my hair instead of me having to figure it out all myself. He gave me an amazing cut that had features that i wanted with the added features he thought would really bring out my facial features and tone down what i didnt like about my face. Anderson is very carful and has great taste. A charming gentleman that knows his hair and his clients expectations and puts those into a wonderful cut.

Good Lord. I may have had the best day of my life here... I came in for a 50 min hot stone massage and had Anna. Id do some pretty awful things if I could get a session with her every week. She was knowledgeable, professional, and payed attention to the areas I needed worked on. This was hands-down the best massage Ive ever had and would gladly sell my soul to the devil for another.I also came in for a pedicure. I had a wonderful Iranian woman (sadly I lost the card so I forgot her name). We talked when I wanted to talk and she was quiet when she saw me drifting to sleep. This woman has the hands of God. The moment she began to rub my feet Im pretty sure I found Nirvana.Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, professional experience. The only thing that was missing was cake and hot guy strippers.

It’s the location that makes this place really good. They are inside a shopping mall so it is so easy to drop by in the middle of your shopping. I have been to the place at least 10 times in the past year. Each experience never failed to satisfy me.

Checked in was waiting 25 min for them to call my cell phone while I was in their waiting area asking where I was, that I had an appointment scheduled. I said, umm hello, I’ve been waiting here the whole time?! You wouldn’t even think to check with the person sitting waiting before you start dialing numbers? They said oh, sorry, it’s too late for your appointment. She doesn’t have time to do your hair now. I drove 45 min, had to pay for babysitters to watch my 3 kids and they completely screwed me over. Don’t come here if you want something reliable. I now also have a flight scheduled and no time to get my hair done. This was the first and last experience I have with this salon.

Cant even leave one star, really, but... The way they charge more for a womans haircut even if she has the same style as a man is sexist/gender biased.Also, a while back I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes to be seen before being informed my specialist wasnt even at work that day. An unknown specialist cut my hair and took about six more inches off than Id asked him to. (Id had my glasses off.) He told me it looked better that way. I was still expected to tip well for awful service.

Jessica was phenomenal. She matched my color perfectly to my previous highlights (from a different place) and the cut is incredible. Definitely coming back.

Managed to mess up in every single way on a simple bang trim. My bangs now look uneven and choppy, and are cut straight across even though I specifically asked for them to be angled going outward. Don’t know how a hair stylist can be incapable of doing such simple service

Absolute WORST haircut of my entire life, and that includes the time I cut my own hair when I was 12.I specifically asked for a certain part of my hair to NOT be cut at all, and yet almost 2 inches were chopped off from the area. Not to mention making my hair have this awful choppy texture to it when I said I liked the soft & feathery look. I even provided a picture of my last haircut for reference, so Im not sure how anything I said could have been misunderstood. I had to immediately fix up many spots on my own when I got home, and I keep finding more random chunky chopped spots every day.Sadly I was too nervous and embarrassed to say anything immediately after my appointment because the woman who did my hair was very sweet & kind.I am appalled that I ended up throwing away $75 to have a haircut that makes me embarrassed to be seen in public.

I usually get my waxes here and Ann does a great job! I always love my eyebrows afterwards, and shes pretty flexible with her schedule. Happy to have such a great salon near my office!

The truth...Ive been coming here for 4 years now and Ive never been a regular at a salon before. So that must say something. When I started coming here my stylist was Marian but when I had tried to book her again, which was 2 years ago, they said she had left. So then, I guess you could say that my next stylest was Julie. Again I had to explain everything that I had told Marian. (Which is why I had kept going to her.) But honestly, it was as if they were twins! They some how thought a like, understood...they just new what to do. :) Every time I went/go (even when Marian was there) I would bring in a picture and say this is somewhat on how Id like it... Now that I have switched to someone else, (Ive been seeing Julie for 2 years now.) I went this Saturday to look nice for Mothers Day (plus it was time for a cut anyways!) This time I said look I have these pictures but I trust you, do whatever you think looks good. I told her but she knew the specific length that can be done. I even said you know, I always go straight but can anything else be done with my hair instead? She said that straight is best, to know the length of your hair, to basically know the before and after...In the end, I came out awesome! My money is always well worth spent there. Julie is more than 5 stars! My family loved it and when my grandmother says you need to take a picture of it now so everyone can see it well that a definite job well done! I needed the haircut done but I decided the right time to do it was for Mothers Day. Thank you and for all the bad reviewers, all you have to do is find the Stylist whos right for you.

Disappointing. Made appointment for haircut and highlights but found out that my stylist was not informed. Another lesson learned was never to go on a Saturday as they try to fit in more people than what they can handle and I ended up with bad hair.

Ive been coming to Zoe for years. Nora is my stylist/colorist and I trust her implicitly. She rescued my hair from a terrible coloring mishap caused by another salon. Not only did she restore my hair color to a gorgeous natural color, my hair is currently in the best shape its ever been. Nora also does the Brazilian Blowout treatment to my hair, and I always love the results.Nora, and Zoe, are wonderful. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Omg, just had a ridiculous hair experience!Decided while out to get my hair shampooed and blow dried.That’s easy right? Doesn’t take a ton of skill right?Went to a salon in the mall.Might as well have been a hair cuttery. Actually hair cuttery might’ve been better. Instead I paid $50, yes $50, for a shampoo and blow dry that My five year old could’ve done. Shampoo and condition took maybe 5 min. I use the word “condition” loosely because my hair was NOT conditioned. Afterwards she put no product on my hair and proceeded to rip thru it with a paddle brush. Like she’s never brushed hair before! Granted I have a lot of very thick hair but this is supposed to be a professional.Then she blew it out in a manner that entailed her using a flat paddle brush just stroking up and down with the dryer. At the end she wanted to use a curling iron to “bend in the ends” to which I said no thank you. Still no product before the blow dry or after.I couldn’t even get mad. I just wanted to laugh so many times because it was straight up ridiculous!

Nora is fabulous! I first came to her with a botched color job from another salon. She is a color specialist and did a fantastic job. Ill never change stylists again.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Really really awful. I brought my 14 year old daughter in to get her hair styled for her Freshman Homecoming and she left 2 HOURS LATER IN TEARS. Her stylist washed and dried and then sort-of curled her hair but it had all fallen out by the end of the appointment and was an absolute half-straight/half-curled teased mess. Then another stylist tried to rescue her by adding more curling iron curls, which looked okay for a few minutes but all fell out before we got home. Because of all of the wasted time at the salon, my daughter was late for her Homecoming, we missed seeing our older sons Homecoming picture lineup, and my daughter had to go home and basically try to brush out and straighten her own hair since she was out of time to wash and re-style herself. Basically ruined the evening, or at least the start of the evening, for her and was, to me, inexcusably unprofessional of Zoe in every regard. They never contacted us to apologize or offer anything to try to make up for the problem. The stylist who screwed up first didnt even have the guts to come and say goodbye or apologize; he just hid in the back until we were gone. Pathetic. Mistakes happen, but at least own up to them. The front desk staff was very sweet and were so embarrassed and said nice things, but they had no power to fix the problem. Oh,well. Obviously we will never go back and cant recommend you take a chance on this salon.

I have gone to Zoe Salon it opened. I used the same stylist all that time. I love the atmosphere of the salon and my favorite part is the hair washing, especially if a head massage is done as well!

Sorry, had the worst experience. Sent a gift card for friends daughter for her 16th birthday. The place is nice but the front desk person refused to accept the gift card from her own store. It is the online gift certificate we had sent which is available on the website. The person argued it is fraud and called security. My friend ended up paying at the store. I feel the store is cheating customers by selling gift certificates online and not accepting at the store. Stay away from this store...

Fantastic. I was really pleased with the excellent job Hong Ngo did on my hair. Its super thick, so it took a long time to get it down to a pixie cut! Id definitely recommend her as a stylist.

Ok so if you want the most painful, boring, mind numbing afternoon of your life, book at appointment at this salon. They are always 2 hours late, overpriced. They dont have decent waiting area.

Horrible experience. My daughters went to have their haircuts, they waited an hour for their appointments. The girl who was supposed to cut both their hair asked the girl next to her to help out and do the haircut for one of my daughters and then they charged extra for her cut. The other daughter went to get her hair colored, they told her to do ombré, that a more gradual change would be better then charged her twice as much. The whole event turned into a four hour experience and is entirely unacceptable. Dont go there. You may think they are being helpful - they are just up charging you.

My daughter went here and had a terrible experience. She came in just wanting highlights and wound up spending more than double what she expected. The color was also much darker than what she shown. My daughter thought the young woman understood what she wanted, but the stylist seemed to do what she wanted and not what my daughter wanted. I also cant help but feel that she padded her bill and told her she had to get more things done than what my daughter had wanted. The hair cut and style was also disappointing. I will call and complain, but we will never go back here.

If I wanted to have dye all over my face and a chemical burn I would of gone to a chain store. Despite all that awesomeness, I loved walking out of their with my bangs plastered to my face and my hair as a frizzball.

Ive been going to Zoe Salon to have my hair cut for almost a decade now, so let me give you an inside angle here.This salon is basically like a room full of independent contractors with different skill levels and different areas of expertise. Some are good, some are bad, some are horrible, some are amazing. Ive had cuts here that were so bad I had to come back the next day to have them repaired. There are some people here that I wont let near my hair, nor should you.But Ive been here for so long! Why? Because I found a stylist here who is good at what I need specifically- mens short hair cuts with cowlicks. Btw her names Kelly. Shes a freaking artist with hair.So, go the extra mile. Tell the staff what your needs are and ask them to recommend a stylist for you based on those needs. Try them out, and hold the salon accountable to the results. Dont just walk in here and say I need a haircut or you could end up with a junior stylist who may or may not actually know how to do what you need, but who has an empty chair. Hence me knocking off a star on their rating, btw.Hint- the good stylists wont be available right then and there. They probably wont be available this WEEK. Request a senior-level stylist and say yes, its fine if their first availability is next Friday. That means theyre busy... because theyre good.Follow these few tips and youll end up with a really great look that youre happy with, and a stylist that you go back to over and over to maintain it.

I decided to give them a try instead of going to the lower quality places for a cheap haircut like I always have, and Im glad I did. They really do a great job.

I needed to do manicure very quick while I was at the Fair Oaks Mall, so I randomly went to the Zoe salon to do my nails and really liked the result. Even though the price was a little higher than I usually pay for my nails.

Simply put, I would have done better going to a regular nail salon. For the price, I expected way more than I received. I wanted to just relax and have some quiet time, but the woman the performed my pedicure would not stop talking. She was complaining about friends and co-workers, which quite frankly, I get enough when Im at work, I didnt want to hear it here too! Also, I had an eyebrow wax done, which in itself was fine, except the woman (same as the pedi) ruined my shirt. She flung the wax on my shirt and the tried removing it with oil (it happened so fast I couldnt stop her from putting oil on my shirt). I commented on the stain when I was leaving and provided feedback otherwise, but never received as much as an apology from the store. Think twice before scheduling here, the $70 for the pedi would have been better used elsewhere.

Ive been coming to this salon for 10 years. It can be a hit or miss depending on who you get but I am never stepping foot inside again. I came in to have partial blonde highlights retouched by Felicia. HUGE MISTAKE! I showed her pictures and we chose the color. She acted like she understood. Felicia took it upon her self to do what she felt like and I paid over twice what I should have. She ended up dying my hair Caramel but it came out looking really red with two awful blonde highlights just in the front. It looked so sloppy, when my hair was pulled back there was these bright, uneven yellow stripes. I looked like ginger spice from the Spice Girls. I also was supposed to get a trim but she just unevenly cut the layers in the front but still charged $65 for it. I came back twice for correction, one by another stylist and then by the manager but it just got worse and worse. By the end my hair was so brassy and over processed. I ended up paying more money somewhere else to have another correction, plus more money on conditioning treatments to repair all the damage they did.
