My sister highly recommended me as she knows that I will like it a lot. When I went there I was like OMG! So perfect, so clean, relaxed, and amazing jobs on my nails! My mom and I got our toes done about 2-3 weeks ago and they still look perfect. It was our first time coming to this salon and we had a great experience. My mom got her toes done by Cindy and I got mine done by Nora, they were both very nice and sweet.Nora was really nice. I couldn’t stay to dry my toes so rushing into the car, I messed up 3 toes on one foot. Nora was extremely nice about fixing the messed up polish for me despite it definitely being my fault. She didn’t rush, she took her time to make sure everything was perfect again. We’ll definitely be back!

Probably the best pedicure of my life! Hot stones, paraffin wax, little socks complimentary to keep your feet warm even in the snow, and a beautiful pedicure. The spa is gorgeous and they keep everything incredibly clean and sanitary. I will be back for sure! As a person who loves to get pedicures and manicures, I very much recommend this spa. I just had the worst experience I’ve ever received at this salon. I have been a client there for almost 2 years. My technicians were Jenny and Nara. Jenny decided to leave the salon for advancement and Sara has done my nails for about a year. I was a walk in today and both technicians had clients. I asked the scheduler for the wait time for Nara and Sara she said 30 minutes. Because I know their work I had no problem waiting. I waited for about 20 in my car and finished the remaining 15 in the waiting area. Nara just finished her client and took me my back immediately. Sara finished her client and another associate asked for help with her client and Sara then took that client. When I noticed that she took another client I let it go because Nara has just started my pedicure. Sara finished the lady and then took another client. At this time I mentioned to the scheduler that I had another obligation and needed to leave soon. At this time 2 people have gone ahead of me.As Nara finished my nails and just as I was finished client #3 sits in Sara’s chair and she begins her nails. Now I have paid and tipped and have not received service. I ask the scheduler why she did not honor or respect my time and she had nothing but excuses. I was so disappointed in not only the scheduler but with Sara for not acknowledging my scheduled time. Its 2019 I should not dismissed because the color of my skin. So sad that this was my experience.

I am so impressed by this nail salon! This place is where you will get the most bang for your buck. I have been to many nail salons in different states and the surrounding area, and this is the best place I’ve had a pedicure. I would definitely recommend Cindy for pedicures! It was also so nice to get a shoulder massage while my toe nail polish was drying and it was complimentary (tips are recommended though).

I was very disappointed in the treatment from this facility and felt a lot of unconscious bias towards myself and my wife as African Americans. When we arrived in a Monday at 1045 the head lady (Heather) stated it would be a 30 minute wait and we were perfectly happy with that given we didnt have an appointment. Heather was not personable and was very aggressive to my wife in making a selection for services (pedicure & manicure). She may have thought she was being efficient and quick, but it felt impatient. There were no other customers needing to be serviced --essentially there was no reason to be brisk.So we waited & were seated down for treatment after 10 minutes which we made us surprised & happy. Then we noticed 3 Caucasian women arrived 8 minutes after our feet were submerged. They were immediately worked on for pedicures. A half hour later my wife finally got attention and I had to wait another 15 minutes. Although they technically followed the same protocol for setting us up for treatment, the warmth of service was not there. No one came to us to share an update or explain what was happening. Since we had plenty of time to observe, we noticed that the workers didnt use gloves for the Caucasian women but used gloves for myself and my wife (African American guests). Additionally, as the signage indicated, we paid for the service in advance while the Caucasian women did not. Seriously.Overall my feet feel amazing, but the service was lacking. To us, favoritism and unconscious bias was in play and we left feeling undervalued as customers (we also tipped appropriately in advance). It wasnt us, it was them. My wife contemplated speaking with the presumable manager/owner to bring awareness to our feelings in private but she actually didnt want the Caucasian customers to feel awkward. Our lack of consistent treatment wasnt their fault, they hadnt a clue.I hope this review will be used as a means to coach and develop staff to promote diversity and inclusion so the shop can grow and flourish which Im sure is their ultimate desire. When they do, we will return.

I love this Salon. It is always clean and kept nice. The technicians are wonderful. They have the customers health and safety in their minds. In the winter when they air is dry, they give paraffin wax treatments with manicures. They use plastic bags and bring it to you at their station. No sticking in your hands in a crockpot of wax that others have used as well. While I have never had a pedicure, I notice that they line all the foot bowls with plastic liners to eliminate contamination from others. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Best manicure and pedicure experience ever! The staff is very nice and accommodating, the salon is very modern and clean and the quality of the service is superb. I never had a nail polish lasting 3 weeks but ever since I found this place it does :) I highly recommend it.

Traveling out of state for work.... Didnt have appointment and they got us in right away. Clean place and sanitary. I personally didnt mind paying up front because Ive worked the front desk at a nail salon before & Ive seen how many people try not to pay for services or get mad about prices. At the recommendation of 2 of my daughters, I dropped in on Thursday at 2:15. They took me as a walk in right away for the regular pedicure which included parafin, salt scrub and hot stones. It was glorious! And the store is very clean and they use disposable bags in the foot tub.... Bonus! I will definitely come back.

Paid great attention to me. They missed edges of my nail which is frustrating but they gave a great massage.Also know they only do natural nails. It was quite expensive for it to just be a natural manicure. I think it was around $50.

Walked in with no appointment today and got treated like a Star! Mani/pedi with two technicians at the same time! In and out in about an hour, stone massage with pedicure was glorious! Will definitely return!

I was a regular customer for over nine months but my last visit was very disappointing. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for over 20 min. Young was my nail technician. She seemed extremely stressed out and did not bother to greet me or say a simple Sorry I had gel manicure that did not last even ONE day Two of my nails peeled 5 hours later...i went back the next day and the same lady fixed my nails. She didnt apologize and she was clearly annoyed by my presence there. Apparently, she doesnt value her customers and their time. At the end, I asked Young if she can compensate me for all the trouble and she laughed in my face.I will not go back to this salon and will not recommend it to anyone!Stay away from Bliss nails, save your time and money.

Wow Just Wow!!!! They call this place Bliss Nails because the experience is truly blissful. Upon coming in, I was greeted and was explained the total charges. I was asked to choose the colors (more options than most) and was immediately escorted to the pedicure area. Cindy and Michele took very good care of my nails!!! It was tough to stay awake!! Try them out if you have been unsuccessful with finding a place to get your nails done.

The absolute best spa pedicure and manicure I have ever had. I was in the salon almost 2 hours. Both the manicure and pedicure included exfoliation, masks, and wonderful massage. The manicure also included a wax dip. Both included hot stones with their massages. To top it all off, I got a neck, shoulder, arm and head massage while my nails were drying. What a treat! Totally pampered. Thanks Michelle and Jenny!!!

I had to remove one star. As much as I love this place, some things have changed. They now charge extra if you pay with a card but they cover it by calling it a 10% discount with cash. Prices have also gone up almost $10 for gel mani, spa pedi combo. They said they were only running a winter special but prices were the same for at least a year. Too expensive now. I was traveling 45 min just to come here. Now I have to find another spot that I love. Unfortunate.

My sister and I had an amazing experience at this salon. We were treated like royalty. We had the best pedicures of our lives. We made same day appointments and they were very accommodating. We drove from MD and if we couldnt drive we would walk thats how excellent our visit was. 😁We had a luxurious pedicure which included scented water to soak our feet. I chose lavender and my sister chose blueberry. They use sanitary tools and the place is very clean.The massages were unbelievable on our legs and feet. It also included parrifin wax soaking on our feet. Then they got the hot stones on our legs and feet as well. Heavenly!! While we were melting away in our awesome massage chairs they gave us complimentary cold water. They placed our personal belongings in a basket and handled them with care. To end our experience we recieved a 10 minute complimentary head neck massage. Please come here the first opportunity you have. All I can tell you is the name says it all it was truly Bliss!!!!

Not happy with my first mani/pedi experience at this location. I picked out my color and told them I wanted to do the same color on my hands and feet. But I walked out with my feet being the color I picked, and my hands being a totally different color. I stopped the technician in the middle of my pedicure to show her that the colors weren’t the same, but she said that she needed to apply 2 more coats to make it the same. At the end of it all, she took one last look and agreed that the colors still weren’t the same and there was a noticeable difference. But they didn’t offer to correct the mistake. They just sent me on my way.The one redeeming quality of this place is that they do give massages along with your service.But I probably won’t visit again.

Amazing best pedicure Ive ever had!💯

They do not do acrilic nails which is great because we only get manicures!!! The downfall is the manicurist all have their set I can and cannot dos... Meaning some do manicures the right way and others are lazy and skip steps! For a manicure they only soak your hand in water and cut your cuticles if you ask said one manicurist. My daughter and I would frequently visit this place. The last time it was something else though. A normal Mani consist of just a few steps and they miss several! I will not recommend this place after today! Its her birthday and when we said it no one even said happy birthday to her.

The best mani/pedi in Fairfax! The staff is kind and supper attentive. The color selection is amazing and the chairs are super comfortable. The ambiance is sheik and spa-like. You will feel pampered after visiting Bliss Nails. Location is a bit difficult - its in the shopping center immediately after Fairfax Guitar Center (across the street from Chipotle Mexican Grill). In the same shopping center there is a Sherman-Williams Paint Store and Webers Pet Supermarket. The offer complimentary neck messages while your nails dry. It does not get much better than this!

This place has rude management and the services provided are equally terrible. I went in for s gel manicure, which is supposed to last at least 3 weeks, but it was chipping by the next day. When I asked to be reimbursed the next day, the manager was rude and said that she didn’t care if they lost a long time customer.

Seeing how good the reviews were I decided to give Bliss Nails a try, after my previous nail tech retired from another salon. This is one of the worst nail salons in the Fairfax area. They ask for service charge ahead before they start the services, which is a huge red flag that I ignored. I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I had natural long finger nails for the past 6 months. My perivous nail salon maintained my long nails. Bliss Nailss tech started removing the old gel on my nails, she was so rough removing the gel nail polish, I had few brusies on my nails. I tried telling her but she didnt speak english! Then the other tech was doing my feet, and I clearly told her 3 times to cut my nails short, instead she files them. So I had to repeat myself for the 4th time to cut my toe nails. She cut them but all uneven.It got so bad that I had to ask for the nail clippers and cut it myself. Long story short, after I fnished and left the salon I noticed there were cracks on my finger nails, which then 4 nails broke the next day. I guess they dont care about customer service since they ask for payment before any services. I cant express how bad their customer service is, and how rude the staff and manager are. I hope this review helps Bliss Nails improve.

Super relaxing and wonderful pedicures!

I am not impressed I got the spa pedi and gel mani I paid 73$ and they didnt even use the same color like I asked them too. I also asked for a design it was horrible I didnt notice my toes were a different color until I walked out of the salon but they were all already walking out. I am going back in the morning hopefully they can change the color but I am never going back after that.

I purchased this as a Groupon deal, note that their opening prices are the same as Groupon ($35 for gel manicure and a spa pedicure), so it is best to just book it directly through the salon because Groupon takes 50%.The staff is super attentive and accommodating, the facility is very new, posh, sanitary, the selection of colors is excellent, and the overall experience goes above and beyond the standard mani/pedi with hot compresses for your neck and bath bombs in a flavor of your choice for the pedicure tubs. It is almost Christmas, so this may be for a limited time, but they even provided little socks and Christmas gifts! I am very satisfied with my nails- 5 stars, I will definitely be returning.

The best one in the area bar none! This is a branch- chain is from PA. I dont write reviews unless I have been to a place at least 2x. Am glad that I walked in to this place - coming in a hurry and in a dire need of a manicure, I was pleasantly surprised by immediate greeting with a smile and notice how crisp, clean and bright the place was. Slick and welcoming - no clutter and very organized. Inquiring about availability for a walk-in, I was smoothly checked -in. Michelle one of my two technicians that day, came to take me from the reception area to her station with the receptionist handing a sanitized and wrapped nail tool kit to her. This was all done smoothly and I was in heaven watching all of these unfold. It was quiet, the technicians all wore black pants and tops and they all wore name tags! For my pedi - I had an option to pick what essence to use for treatment = Lavander and Green Tea, my feet were endulged to a long and much needed pampering complete with parafin treatment and toeless socks to wear. Hands and fingers werent left out -my manicure looked really nice too! It was one of the best nail spa days I have ever experienced! Because they are new to the area, they are offering deep discounts to their rates! It is a definite steal which makes me gitty with excitement! I wont be surprised when it would take weeks to make an appointment dispite having the a number of nail places within a two mile radius of their location. Will come back again - will make sure to take friends with me the next time!
