I almost didnt come because of some recent reviews but Im glad I ignored them. They have always done a great job, and this was no different. Just got a basic pedicure and I am happy with the result.

This place is closed, but still showing as open on Google. They are under new mgmt Peony Nail Spa and have a small opening soon under new mgmt sifn on their door.

Super friendly staff, great service, good pricing, and everyone is taking precautions (mask, shield, clear glass between customer and staff at each station). Always happy with the result!

I’ve been going to Vivian Nails for the past few years. My mom and I love them and they are our go to nail salon. I also get my eyebrows waxed and lip waxed every once in a while and they don’t disappoint. Great prices with some deals throughout the year. They did my prom, graduation and Valentine nails and I was looking so good! I’ve gotten acrylics, gel and regular paint- they do well. They do well with cleaning up your cuticles but if your hands are sensitive like mine, maybe ask them not to work on them. Overall they do a pretty good job!

This place is awful dont wast your time. Prices have rocket since Covid-19. If you want to get robbed then go there.

My first time coming here was good. I got acrylics and they were beautiful. The second time I came with a friend. I got gel nails and the paint didn’t cover the whole nail. The lady started to paint in the middle of the nail so at the end, most of the nail was covered in paint, but not all. I woke up the next morning and my thumb already chipped. And this is GEL which isn’t supposed to chip for at least a couple of weeks. Very dissatisfied with the nail chipping the day after I got it done. Won’t be coming back here and wasting my money again.

I asked 3 times for the $35 pedicure. They tried to talk me into the $50 each time. I said I didn’t have that money since I was paying for two of us. I did not know what the $35 pedicure entailed as they take the price list away so we got the pedicures and they just did stuff, offered things as they nodded and I thought it was just letting me know what was next. When we go to pay -$104 and then I realized they just added everything on the $50 and that’s what they were asking me when they were doing each thing. I will never go back to this place. It was a scam and I believe they knew exactly what I was saying and just acted like they didn’t know English well and then they charged me exactly what I said no to 3 TIMES. Do not go to this place.

I had gel polish on my toes and they removed it with the little sanding machine and not with foil which damaged my toenails making them very thin and sensitive. I did a regular polish change and it was awful. I ended up taking it off when I got home... my full set turned out fine, but it still wasn’t the best. Don’t go here - there are better places.

Worst customer service and the job was terrible I be 3 time because the polish came out after one day and gel its for longer not like regular polish I work in the same plaza and definitely I never go back and I don’t recommend to nobody. 6 ppl working and only 2 do nails ridiculous

I felt like I had to coach the person doing my nails, even after pointing out the flaws they still left them and didn’t file my acrylics down properly so there was a bump in the middle of my nails, on top of the polish itself being extremely streaky. For almost $60, I would expect better than a sub-par job.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! Came in once with my sister and had a good experience. Decided to bring my friend, big mistake. First we didnt want gel and they pushed it on is the entire time. We wanted a color change and they charged us for a manicure which wasnt anything, but a color change. The colors were goopy, so I had to pick a different color. The lady was not happy to accommodate this and left us in the dark. She had even suggested I go outside to let my nails dry. If I wanted to walk around outside I would paint my nails myself. It was horrible. There are other salons near by, so please save yourself and do not go here!!!! Horrible. When we questioned our service the guy who had been doing my friends nails finished up really quickly and ran to the back. He didnt say anything and just left. *If you look at the posted pictures you will see out view in the dark and all the layers of Polish on my fingers*

I get my nails done regular and constantly have them done, so I know how to ware them. I went there on a Tuesday because I was working in fairfax that day and wouldn’t be able to make it to my regular salon. There prices were steeper because they are a spa but okay, you get what you pay for right? WRONG! They did them so thin! They next day my nail broke, went to get it fix which they did fix for free of course. Next day another breaks and then another chips and I’m just like this is all all within three days of getting them done! Mind you I have alway been able to keep my nails on for at least a month with no breaks or chips! I not care about the price but please give me what I am paying for!

I went here once, and I got a gel manicure, after about 2 days the pink completely faded and looked just clear and half the polish chipped off. Not a place I recommend for manicures. Also the nail technician whacked my hand impatiently while I was talking to somebody else.

I took my god sister for a back to school mani and we were treated so rude an the staff was rushing us and disgruntle and talking about us in front of are faces (dont judge a book by its cover) I was truly dissatisfied and disappointed with this nail salon. I definitely will not be returning to your establishment or changing my review.

HORRIBLE. Do not get your nails done here. I asked for a specific length for my acrylic nails and they made them so short every single one of my fingers looks like a toe thumb and I DO NOT have toe thumbs. I gave them 1 star because I had to, but they dont even deserve that. The man working on my nails did not give me what I wanted, and made me bleed, then he had a woman paint my nails who then tried to file them after I asked her not to anymore. I paid 62 dollars for a full set which I will be ripping off and getting redone somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself time and money, and take your business somewhere else. They knew I was upset and didnt even care.

Neither professional nor friendly. One lady started working in my pedicure and stopped in the middle of it so the manicure lady could start. She acted like she didnt want to touch my feet during the entire process. She came back to finish it while I was getting my manicure. My feet was on a trash can at uncomfortable positions. My manicure looks horrible and is crooked. She rushed through it yet kept stopping to chat with her friends throughout the process and talk and laugh about customers. Made me feel like they were doing me a favor when Im the one paying for a service. Worst mani/pedi experience. I will not be returning.

Worst mani/pedi Ive had in a very long time. I chose the deluxe mani/pedi with OPI and the pedicurist did not perform any callus removing techniques other than using a pomice stone. Paid no attention to calluses/rough skin on the toes and did not use the foot razor, even though I saw it used on other clients in the salon. I asked for a base color on the toes with a sparkle overlay, and the sparkle overlay came out very uneven. The pedicurist did not try to fix it, or ask me after the first toe if i wanted to continue. I could not see the final effect until the end of the pedicure. The pedicure also chipped on the big toe about 20 min after leaving the salon. The manicure chipped one day later, and I did nothing that would have caused the nails to chip. The manicurist/pedicurist kept trying to upsell me other services, to which i am glad I did not agree. Complete waste of $70+

Went yesterday afternoon for a full set of acrylics. Ended up having three cuticles torn and four of my fingers sawed with the nail file to the point they were bleeding by the time the guy finished. They aren’t even done well, either. Very disappointed and won’t be going back

The older man with the tattoos (manager) is awful, but all the other manicurists, especially Vi and Dina are wonderful!!
