Went with my daughter and it was just a bad experience. My nail lady who I usually go to canceled on me last minute before leaving to vacation so we needed to go somewhere ASAP. I went here and the front desk girl was very nice as well the nail technician I had but they did a horrible job. The lady that did my daughters nails did something completely different from what she had asked for telling me shouldn’t couldn’t do it b/c her nails are to snail. I sure did make her do her nails again. She cut my daughter a couple of time. The lady I had did what I asked for but it was a job done poorly. I apologize the picture is a couple days old but you can see on my pinky she put an acrylic nail that was not put straight.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is horrible. I went in to get my nails done. I was treated in such a rude disrespectful manner. I came in and was asked to have a seat. I sat and waited 20 minuets before anyone actually did my nails. Then the guy who started them said “pick a color” in such a rude firm direct tone. I asked him can he do my nails a certain way he said “no! I don’t do design” I said ok. He proceeds to my nails in a rough manner. I said ouch several times before he got it together. He did my shape of nails wrong. He didn’t even them out. It looked like my 12 year old daughter did my nails. Then I told the owner/manager about how bad of a job he did. She defended him. And rusehed me out. I KNOW GOOD QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS PLACE DOESNT HAVE IT!! THEY DO NAILS HORRIBLY!!

5/17/19I came into the salon on a late Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure. I was the only customer and the lady was nice. Towards the end I noticed that my nails weren’t smooth and the polish was crooked on the sides of my nails. They were rough at the tip because she didn’t file them too great. I asked her nicely to fix it but I feel like she made it worst. The only way was to just redo it completely but I thought that would be rude and I’d be the bigger person. I went ahead and just paid it. It was cheap ($25) but I guess you get what you pay for. I don’t recommend this salon and I definitely will not be coming back!

Kelly, the owner is so sweet, she always fits me in somehow, even when I call at the last minute. I get silk wrap done here, and it usually last for at least 4 weeks!The place I went before it would only last about 2 1/2 weeks. The staff are all very nice, too. Even the ones that dont do any sservices for me asked how my vacation was.

1. They used tools from an unsealed envelope. Don’t know if they don’t seal them so they can reuse them, but it just raised red flags for me. 2. Nasty looking towels. They could be clean, but they don’t look so. 3. Place is dirty in every corner and anywhere you look.Don’t play with your health. A normal clean place will cost you extra $10.

Kelly is the owner and in my opinion the only one that can do nails correctly in this shop. With her being good at her craft an appointment is necessary. My nails last over 3 weeks before i need a fill and polish change.

Worst place ever. Dirty. Asian ladies talking under their breaths and to each other the whole time. They dont even look at you. They tell you to sit down and immediately begin on your feet like theyre rushing. Terrible job on both hands and feet.Not worth $22.Do not go there for a special event. Recommended for quick pedi only.

Not bad overall, the ladies get your nails done. sometimes it’s busy and not everyone knows how to do Acrylic in that place, so you would have to wait.

Yes this place is terrible! The Chinese lady was not friendly at all and nasty. The guy didn’t know what he was doing ! After of being there in 2 1/2 hours I’m never going back again! Then the color chipped off after a few days 😠

I got my nails done here couple of times but after a bad service both of times i stopped using this salon. Workers there were rude, rushed job and clueless in taking care of your nails. Today, i was in a rush and had to have my nails done and i happen to be in the area. So, decided to give this place another go. At my surprised, i was greeted as i walked in and while she is about to be finished with the client, asked me to pick a color meantime and that she will take care of me. She took her time working on my nails and each steps she would ask if im satified with what i see. It kinda freaked me out at firstbecause this isnt the service i was expecting from this salon. Come to find out, this salon is now under the new management. New owner, new staffs. After all was done, my nails looked beautiful!. So, if anyone have stopped using this salon like i have in the past. I say, go for it. Give them a try. I left the place with a smile on my face.

This is literallllllly the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten in my LIFE! My nails aren’t completely covered with polish, they are streaky, there are bubbles, they arent filed properly, there are dents in the polish. NEVER AGAIN!

The person did my nail couldn’t speak English at all!The sanitation was not good and not safe at all!I came home and the nails was chipped out immediately!

Came here with my girlfriend and as a joke decided to get my nails done- they actually did! Got a clean up and buff & shine.

This was my first visit ... very horrible experienceI requested eyebrows threading.. the person came was already busy with a customer who is having manicure... she came and did in hurry...even in that hurry she kept on talking with someone without listening to my instructions.... unprofessional..After she told that it is done I was surprised that they are at their worst...! Then she did corrections with wax .. she expressed her impatience clearly with her expressions.. still they are not perfect one is arch shape one is round.. when asked about it she said I FOLLOW YOUR EYEBROW SHAPE.. if my eyebrows are perfect then why should I go to an eyebrow designer??By seeing her hurried and impatience I said ok Im done.. its waste of time and money..The highlight is when she left out to help the customer who is having manicure she is telling about me to them and they are laughing ... very embarrassing.... very unprofessional.. will never go there... will not recommend any one ...!
