I walked in on 07/24/21 and I figured they were just busy so waited patiently. The women who shaped my nails did not even asked me what I want for the shape. I showed a picture to the other women for a nail desgin. The picture I showed it to her and the nails on my hands are TOTALLY DIFFERENT. My nails ended up looking super thick, bulkly, not evenly painted, and just UGLY. After a heated argument for 15 mins, she just told me to come back later to re-do my nails without any apology. I spent $45 ( gel nails $35 + eyebrow waxing $10) and this is completely unacceptable. Additionally, My nail polish already chipped on the way home. It was awful. That was my first time at this salon and would definitely be my last.

Jade was professional, thorough and talented. She made my sister and I feel very welcome. I got and mani/pedi, eyebrow wax and eyebrow tint. She listened to what I wanted and did what was asked of her. She wants to continue to improve and learn new skills. I like that.

Tried Vy Nails in Fairfax for the first time yesterday. It was a great experience from the moment I stepped in. I was greeted warmly, and immediately brought over to Lynn for my french pedicure and gel manicure. Lynn was a true perfectionist, which is EXACTLY the kind of person you want when paying for a service. She was super friendly, offered me beverages, had me select the type of pedicure I wanted from a printed sheet (so I was completely clear what I was paying for), and consistently checked throughout the process to ensure she was doing things precisely the way I wanted them. I was so thrilled, I even got my eyebrows waxed...again, Lynn did a great job of cleaning them up and giving me the perfect arch. Vy Nails has just earned a new loyal customer!

I had Lynn give me a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow and lip waxing. She was very pleasant and listened to what I wanted. Ive only gotten my brows waxed 4 times my whole life. This was the best experience Ive had with it and I appreciated her letting me know what she was doing and when she was going to pull the strip. Shes very nice and I will definitely return to see her.

The ladies at Vy Nails always go above and beyond and tonight they fit me in at an hour before closing to do a gel manicure, sea salt pedicure and eyebrow wax. One woman did my mani while the other did my pedicure and they stayed more than half an hour after closing time with no complaints. Great service, great nails-- theres a reason Im a regular here!

Very clean, professional staff. The massage with my pedicure, could have been a little bit better but it was still ok. Large variety of colors.

I have gone to this same location on countless occasions. Since the opening there have been several upgrades to make this look more like a spa. The aesthetic appeal is nice but since they have raised the prices for the same services they once had. I use to go there for one woman in particular who was great, she payed attention to every detail when doing a pedicure and understood how to do massage the front of my legs where they were tight and needed to be message harder. Sufficed to say the next several times were no where near the experience I once enjoyed. I also tried the deep tissue massage a few years back as a treat and after asking for it to be harder and her not being able to do so I wanted to leave. I dont think she was physically able to do so. I said I had to leave after 30 minutes and only my back being massaged, I didnt want to pay for the full body massage since I wasnt enjoying it ( honestly it felt like someone just poking at me). I have gotten my nails done as well which they are pretty good at doing but I would just get the basic done and not expect anything more. My experiences may be different than others, it is an okay place to go to but its not my favorite anymore.

Jade (formerly of Hollywood nails) is now here and she is even more awesome than ever. She not only does fabulous nails, she has a room to do her amazing massages! Great place and great people. Always pleasant and right on time.

I’ve been going to Vy Nails for years.Always great nails - I’ve had acrylic, sns nails,regular manicures and pedicures. Nails always look great.Everybody is very friendly and professional!I definitely recommend this nail salon

My daughter and I have been coming here regularly for several months and are always pleased with our manicures. They do a great job and are very pleasant.

I have gone here several times during my lunch break. I only do pedicures so I cant review much on the other services. However, every time I have gone here, it has been worth every penny. They dont waste time but they make sure you get the treatment you are paying for. I have never had to wait so that has always been in their favor. Its hard to find a place that you really like but this place has now taken my priority spot in the go tos.

Great people & services for manicure, pedjcure & waxing. Massage during pedicure is additional and worth the money. Start the weekend with coffee from Starbucks and a fresh manicure, feel elegant all weekend.

The worst service ever, just had a dipping powder on and it look so ugly, I told the lady who worked on my nails that it’s not nice it’s out if shape and she didn’t even offered to fix it, was running out of time and couldn’t argue with her. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

They do not actual have the color choices they displayed. I have had many pleasant experiences here but after having to settle on a color option I wasnt happy with after wasting more than 15 minutes I didnt want to continue wasting my time. I will be going elsewhere in the future

Best pedicure I’ve ever had!

The technician I had was too rough and took off too much of my cuticle, making it bleed. The basic manicure was also very sloppy. I will not be back.

I will never go back to this store. I was charged for service I did not ask for. Vy Nails was rude and argumentative about me a asking why I was being over charged.
