I had a great experience at Nails Pro.I felt very relaxed and they treated with care.I showed up at the last moment and they were happy to service me. I would recommend this place and will come back for sure.

I was in fairfax today running errands, and had a little extra time, decided to stop for a pedicure. Didn’t have to wait at all which was nice ….but the fact that their shop was dead on a Saturday makes a lot of sense now .After being seated, I chose to do the $35 Spa Pedi. I was asked about my color and I said white. Then she said my pedicure was now $60, so I asked her how much extra is the gel? Just for clarification because I’ve never been to this place. I’m use to places giving you a Pedi price and gel is an add on for like $15 or $20 which is cool. I was really just trying to figure out the pricing structure . I very into my beauty services so I was honestly just asking questions as a new client .She said gel spa Pedi was $60Regular Pedi with gel is $50….i just wanted to know what was the cost of the gel itself . I mean I wasn’t shown a menu so I was just asking lol .The lady told me if I can’t afford it I need to leave. It was obvious she was mad I was asking so many questions but she REALLY told me to leave LOLI asked her her name and she said she wasn’t telling me . I asked her the owners name ( because i wanted to speak with someone more senior ) and she refused to tell me .I won’t be going back. I also have an amazing nail lady that I was about to cheat on with this shady place so it all worked out.

The worst gel manicure! If was supposed to last more than 2 weeks but it was ruined the next day. Went back to have it fixed and got the worst service. Do not waste your money!

Got my nail done today while the husband and kid shop for father day. The manicurist Lynn is excellent with gel manicure and spa pedicure. She pays attention to detail...thank you. They have a lot of gel colors to choose from.

Love this place, amazing pedicure with Lynn. I have been a regular for years. Nail can not go wrong with Tommy. Dont know what other customers issue is, but they are very friendly and give great service every time

Quiet, not very busy. Had to wait 30 minutes to get eyebrows waxed. Worker payed me no attention older women is rude. She sat outside of the shop talking on her phone and to friends instead of helping customers. Racist people!

I found here to be a good local spot to try out some new designs, have a little fun with my nails. She was the creative artist I ever seen. I also got a manicure which was nice and relaxing. My nails look very beautiful and they last FOUR weeks! Cant wait to come back and see these ladies! I had become satisfied with them.

I got my nails done today. The lady who did them she cut me YES real cut on my right hand pinky and I had a small cuts on my cuticle with little bit of a blood. Since I left the salon my nails have been hurting to describe the pain would be burning sensation and throbbing. Today is Sunday and they are closed now and I cant go back until April 19th because I am leaving for Europe tonight. I have also included pictures. please advise me if it is realistic to go back when i come back from my trip to have them re done or ask for my money back or what can be done. I paid $45 to have my cuticles cut where there is blood coming out and all my finger nails are in pain😔

The place is clean and neat. Their price is reasonable. Not expensive as others say. The owner is very honest and practices a good business. I did normal pedicure, and it lasted more than a month. I would go to them again!

Amazing experience, excellent customer service.Staff was also really good.First time i get my eyebrows done without any pain and without thread.She made a really clean eyebrows without any cut and her hands were really gentle as well.Worth going over there.Its my permanent place now.

They did a great job with eyebrows! I highly recommend this place for eyebrows. It turned out very even. Clean place as well. I am not sure what Jay is stating about the place being insanitary. Everything looked in place and everything looked clean.Not to mention, I also did get a massage on their massage chair and it was great! The massage chairs work really well.Also of the employees couldnt speak english fluently, however, that was not a problem and I was still able to get my messages across.

A friend of mine recommended this salon to me. Amazing service + BOMB work = an amazing experience. The staffs here are so funny and fun to talk to. Great shaping of the nails and they got all my cuticles. The atmosphere is like home. I walked out a new woman. Ill be coming here more often.

The manicurist did a good job but it was overpriced!! $80 for gel pedicure & gel/French manicure no fancy designs no fake just my own nails. They can’t speak English at all. The only language they know is money. Under new ownership they charge for everything. The customer service isn’t that great.

I have been coming to this place for years now and I gotta say that I love it! Always received service right away! There has been 1 time when I was not pleased with the quality of the work but 99% it was awesome!

I have been a customer of this location for over 20 years . When my daughter was 2 years old the owner made a seat for her so that she could get a pedicure along with her mommy . Every time we go there they always seem to have a different movie which makes the time go by so quickly . The pricing for the pedicures and manicures are very inexpensive but the quality is ridiculously good . So if you happen to be in Fair Oaks Mall and you want a great pedicure they give you a really good massage along with the new chairs they have make the massage even better . If you are short on time and need a quick manicure you do not even need an appointment you can just walk in and they always seem to have somebody that is available even when theyre very busy. I will continue to get my manicures and pedicures at this location for as long as they are in business and anybody I know I always tell them about this place. I honestly wish I could give Nail pro 0 stars. I am not one to complain, or give bad reviews when I have a bad experience but this was absurd. My nail lady convinced me to get SNS powder even though I had said no the first time she asked. She said it was better for my nails and faster. I was in a rush to make it somewhere. It took almost two hours, the nail color was NOTHING like the example I chose. It’s lumpy, it’s spotty, and she redid, 8 nails, not once asking if I was pleased. All the while having a full on conversation with another employee who pulled up a chair to sit next to her. She knew it was not good work, I could tell and yet charges me full charge for the awful experience. I pay money to get my nails done and relax, but I sat there listening to her talk the entire time and she also gave me a cut by filing to hard. Needless to say I am never stepping foot in that place again.

Sunny is the best. She is very sweet and also does the best eyebrows in Virginia. I love this salon.

Not happy with the service. I asked for a layover gel and got a gel polish instead. The lady was talking on the phone while doing my nails.

I had a pedicure there, my first and only visit, and I will NEVER go back! An older (50s - 60s?) did my pedicure, which, to me, was unusual, its always been women in my experience. But that wasnt a big deal to me, just different. But then he began the process. He never said one word - maybe he didnt speak our language? He was Asian. But he had a grim look on his face, never once smiled, and when he wanted me to put a foot in the water, or take it out, he would slap the side of my leg!! Two times every time. AND a woman I met later at a different Ill salon had experienced the same thing at that salon at Fair Oaks, and expressed her displeasure also, saying never again!

Very shady and Dishonest people.They gave me a set price and then at check out way over charged me. I will never go back again.They did the same thing to my mom as well.They charge extra for services that would come with your service at other nail places.(they charged me $15 to remove my gel color) usually when I go somewhere they don’t charge to remove the color it comes with my service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Im new to the area, so I went into the first salon I found. The lady was super nice, however I chose to get the powder manicure. She dipped my nails into the bottle, which I later found out that is the worst method of the manicure and makes it super lumpy. My nails are pretty, but in the right light you can definitely see her nail prints from her checking to see if it was still wet. The sign said $40 for a powder manicure, but she said the sign was wrong and it was actually $45. Ridiculous... Service was pretty good but not super pleased with the end result. I feel like I spent more than I should have for mediocre quality. Will be looking for a new shop.

The nail tech was very rude. I went in for a simple polish change, and I was treated horribly because I didnt want her upsale of a full pedicure. Never going back here.

The guy was not gentle, unfriendly and used the wrong color. I had to double check on my way out to ensure I wasnt crazy. Also, the manicure was sloppy. Definitely not worth 35 bucks. Never again. Worst money spent ever on a manicure. Guess Ill get them redone someplace better.

Don’t go to this place!!i came in for a full in they said it was $25 I get my nails done and they say it’s $45, also when I got my nails done my nails were cricked they were bumpy, there was acrylic on my cuticles and underneath my nail and she didn’t even care to clean around the cuticle area and didn’t even put a top coat on and had to pay $45 for what?after two weeks one of my nails was about to break and my polish was pealing and I ask her to get a full set and she tells “why”? In a mean tone First of all you cannot ask a costumer why second of all why does she care,She starts to take off my acrylics very aggressively literally taking the nail off with wooden stick with was freaking painful and my nails start to go flying in the air and didn’t even soak them, and after taking them off I see blood coming out of my nail, my nails are pealing and she still used the nail drill on my natural nail which was hella painful and my nails are a bright red MY NAILS HURT AS HELL I can’t even touch anything without screaming and i’m Not overreacting !! I know a lot about of people that get their nails done for much cheaper and look sooo much better and when they take them off her their nails are so healthy!! PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!!!- bad costumer service- bad work- unsanitary- bad communication with costumer

I went there since they were taken over by new owners. I specifically wanted a gel fill coffin nails, i think it looked like animal claws instead. I don’t think they have the knowledge on how to perfect a coffin shaped look. Anyways months later. Today I broke a nail, went over and had them fix it. Guess the cost, $10 for one nail!! Lmao... over pricing at its very best for mediocre work. I mean at least if you charge me $10 give me some lotion or oils on my hand or something.. 1 nail, it was 1 single nail so 2 nails would have been $20. Lmaooo. The rip off was soo real today and I was beyond annoyed so I just gave the guy $10 and left. There’s your charge and tip in the $10... good day. Not going back there ever. They are too ridiculous.

Tommy has never failed me. My nails always last when he does them. I am a cosmetologist and anyone in my field know that if our acrylics lift its game over. However when tommy does them I get absolutely no lifting. Thank you for your skills. I highly recommend tommy. My acrylic nails always last until my next fill. :)

Don’t ever go to this place they don’t have gel products and when they did it on me it was so bad work that I have to go back to my always salon to do it again I lose 3 nails to the way back home and $55 the I pay them

Great place to get your shellac done - a lot of selections colors to choose from. Tommy is the best - very experienced and personable.

I’ve been a customer here for the past 6 years. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. Recently, the older couple and their son and wife who run the store haven’t been present. I was told they moved away. Since this has happened, I’ve been in 3 times. Each time I’ve been treated terribly. Attitudes, rude demeanor and unprofessional atmosphere, as well as a mani/pedi that looks like I did it. It’s the same people too. It’s happened both times on a Saturday evening. I’m extremely disappointed and now I have to find a new place to get my nails done. I wish something could be done, so this was my last resort.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. The lady giving me a pedicure cut my toe really bad and it was still bleeding very badly when I left over an hour later. She never apologized or showed any remorse and I had to ask for a bandaid Because the bleeding would not stop. She kept putting some drops on it and touching my cut with the tip of the bottle. All the tools used were not sterile. The nail files look like they have been used on 100 people! I am very worried that I will get an infection from their unsanitary practices.

Pathetic staff.They completely screwed up the color .The color shown in palette was very different.The lady at the counter was very rude and the staff dont know english too to understand what customer is saying.

The lady who did my nails had headphones on the entire time, barely even filed my nails to make them straight, didnt cover my entire nail with polish, and the parts that are covered, have a wavy effect because of the different thicknesses. The same goes for my pedicure. She was done with my manicure and pedicure before my friend was done with her manicure (and we started at the same time). I left the salon wondering why I paid so much for such a horrible experience and lack in effort. I wont be going there again!
