The management company is very responsive to issues that arise, and I felt like I had a good relationship with the landlord. Ron is very professional and cares about his tenants. Overall the property that I stayed was cheaper for the location, however the building was in need of some updating

Ron Mastrocola is an excellent landlord, and thats not something I would say lightly. I lived in one of his apartment complexes in Medford for several years. He was always very professional, responsive, and courteous. The complex I lived in was well taken care of, and Ron and his maintenance man (extremely nice guy) always took care of any requests made. They were also very respectful of my space and time constraints when access to the apartment was needed. Finally, and most importantly, when it came to money, Ron was always fair and reasonable. He stuck to both the signed lease terms and unsigned modifications, and I got my complete deposit back without any question.

Not a good company. You can forget about your deposit, they will never return it to you. No matter how youll leave your apartment, they will find a way do not return it to you.
