I moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit at the Wildreed about a month ago. I feel like I been here long enough to write a review and I will add on if anything changes during my lease. Warning this will be a detailed and long review.Pros: The 3 bed/2 bath unit is very spacious, big windows allowing a lot natural light, newer stainless appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms, walk in closets in every bedroom, brand new carpet, linen closet in the master bedroom and an actual laundry room! Also with the abnormal heat we been having the ceiling fans definitely helped us stay cool. My unit is located on the east end of the complex next to the nature reserve so I have tons of privacy and a county like feel! It’s very quiet and my neighbors are polite. I really enjoy the pool/weight room and also having the nature trail to walk. Maintenance is also polite and seem to be quick when it comes to completing work orders. Thanks to Natalie the move in process was very smooth and straight forward.Cons: These apartments as advertised on the website are “renovated” but being a carpenter by trade there are little things that didn’t get done that would make a big difference. The doors, door trim and floor baseboard never got replaced but painted over with overspray in some areas/paint drip. The ceilings could of used paint as they replaced the kitchen and dining room light fixtures but you can still see the outline of where the old ones used to be. Also the cabinets I believe aren’t 100% new themselves they do have newer doors/drawer fronts but the insides were painted. In the kitchen there’s a few spots where whoever installed the cabinet handles put them in the wrong spot and tried caulking over the holes, very noticeable still. The washer/dryer are outdated compared to the newer kitchen appliances BUT still work as they should. The guest bedrooms don’t come with lights, not a big deal but to some it might be. You do only get one assigned parking spot but 90% of the complexes in Everett are this way. With that said I never have a issue finding parking on the street here.Overall my family and I do enjoy living here, it’s been peaceful so far and is in a convenient location being very close to shopping and i5!

I hate to rate Wildreed as 1 star as I loved living there and the place was amazing BUT…When we moved out we received our final bill they changed the date of our move out because they were outside the 21 days required to return our deposit. When we called them on it they admitted to it(calling it an accident). Well that was over 45 days ago and still no refund of our deposit. They’ve admitted they owe it, have claimed “corporate missed it” weeks ago, it was processed last on the 14th and they will check on it and call me back…that’s now happened 4 different times with no call back any time. I’ve called the regional manager and still no response. My next step, I guess, is to file in small claims tomorrow for treble damages under RCW 59.18 280.Sucks they decided to break the law…

I was a little leary moving in almost two years ago just from some of the reviews. BUT I loved the split floor plan (bedrooms on opposite ends of the apt) the big laundry room and great size living room! It is apartment life, but the management staff is great and always quick to respond to needs or questions. The complex is super convenient to many stores and restaurants too! I really have enjoyed living here and feel safe!

We moved here a week ago and although the apartment in general is great, we are having a lot of issues. The day we moved in the apartment was completely dirty. Only one bathroom was In used due to a clogged toilet and busted shower. Took Maintenance way too long to come fix it, and on top of all this our washer smells like animal urine/mold even though they’ve cleaned it twice now and we’re still waiting to hear back. It’s bad enough that the door stays close and we had to throw out a whole load of towels due to the smell. Despite all this the apartment is great, tons of space and super friendly neighbors. We love the area and management is very professional.

I moved here from across the state and chose this place without even seeing it in person. The office employees were super helpful through the entire process and the apartment was Super nice and clean. We have had a few maintenance issues here and there and we have been met with the utmost respect and the complex management and maintenance. Our issues were taken care of swiftly, usually that day, and at all hours of the day (4am calls probably aren’t fun but I was still meet with professionalism). The events management puts on are great and I have always felt safe when living here. Shared areas (pool, gym, office, etc.) are always clean and tidy. I can’t say good enough things about living here. I have never had problems with payments, amenities, or management.

My family has been stationed in Everett with the military as my spouse is active duty. We chose Wildreed Apts simply because they had the best prices listed and looked to be a good quality apartment complex. After packing up our little family and hitting the road for days we arrived at an apartment that was to say the least- dirty. It was extremely disheartening and a bit of a let down. BUT! The complex employees went above and beyond to fix the problem and make EVERYTHING right. The assistant manager (Natalie) was so kind to listen to our complaints and even look at our pics of proof we took, and same day, had her very nice maintenance team at our apartment cleaning, and fixing all the things that had been overlooked. In less than 24 hours we saw a huge transformation from a very dirty, neglected apt to an extremely clean, put together -home-. Thank you for that, Wildreed. We are happy to make this place our home for years to come.

We went to tour an apartment they office lady that gave us the tour said they were having a special so to move in it’s be no more than 800. We asked so many questions about my boyfriend starting a new job, myself not having a job since COVID she said none of it would be a problem or have anything to do with the price. we applied that Friday got a call back on Monday and were told it was going to be 3400 to move in, instead of the 800, As we were explaining that the lady that gave us our tour said it wouldnt be be that much, the woman on the phone said I gave you the tour and I never said this or that you heard me wrong, even though we had 3 people touring with us. Completely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Then she said I’ll talk to my manager and see what we can do and she’ll call you back tomorrow it’s been a week and no calls. Very disappointed in the staff and how unprofessional they were both over the phone and the information we got during the tour.

They keep the gym here pretty clean which is better than the last place I lived in for similar rent. I used to live in Lynnwood a little while ago and thought Everett wasnt going to be as nice but this Wildreed place is higher quality and the maintenance team was quick to help me out with my stuck bathroom door. I also got my Amazon package from the office and am saying it, theres a employee there named Carly? shes gorgeous and helpful. Really it isnt that hard to get a package but doesnt change the fact that I really hope shes single. probably not... but I hope she is.

I usually don’t write reviews .. but I couldn’t help this time. I was really looking forward to move into this apartment an year ago and liked it in the very first sight . And honestly my stay here for 1 year was nothing but wonderful. I enjoyed each and every moment. But everything was ruined when I moved out . I was charged almost $1800 because as per them there was some cooking smell and because of that they had to paint the whole house including color change of the doors and ceiling trim. God is watching us all. Wrong deeds never go undone.

Ive been all over the state and I have to give the staff and team at Wildreed a big thank you for the great customer service. No matter how annoying I feel like Im being, Carly Robbins always greets me with a smile so big that it lights up the room. Molly Wray (the manager) was patient while I got everything transferred to the area and helped me with my billing when most would push me onto someone elses plate. Having an involved manager is a plus and Im glad that I was able find them!

The community is mostly clean and the neighbors are quite friendly. I loved how my apartment opened to views of the forest. Chirping birds and croaking frogs were most pleasant. The staff is very accommodating and maintenance responds quickly. I wish the premise could be smoke-free, however. Occasionally, opened windows or lounging on the deck was spoiled by a cloud of cigarette smoke--sending us back indoors. Perhaps this is part of apartment living?

Having lived in this complex for almost 3 years I would highly recomend Wildreed apartments to everyone. This complex was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy to have found this place. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, updated, modern and clean. When we moved in it felt like a new home and it felt like a place we could make home for the long term. Since we have lived here we rarely hear our neighbors - which is a complete turn around from our first apartment complex where we heard everything from walking to talking. Also we have been blessed with some great neighbors and the community is beautiful. Additionally I would say with the pet friendly community that they offer here, we do hear dogs barking in the apartments surrounding us more then anything (which can be bothersome). However, we are in a pet friendly complex so that comes with the territory and I would rather have pets be okay then not allowed. Parking at first was hard to figure out, beings as if you get home past a certain hour you are doomed. We opted to pay for a spot under the car ports and that has saved us from dreading coming home late and not having a place to park. Maintenance is constantly going on around the entire complex and requests are attended to timely. Since I have lived here all maintenance requests have been attended to and any problems we encountered were dealt with and left us satisfied and taken care of. Which brings me to the staff inside the office building handling all the calls and getting us residents situated into our new apartments. The staff are AMAZING! I have called them often and they are always kind and helpful. Carly is outstanding and she is always answering my questions and/concerns in a very kind and professional manner! I am very happy with this complex. Rent can be considered high, however in comparison to other complexes the quality and amenities of this place make it worth it.

When we moved in it wasnt bad, nice apartment, good location. Living here two years since then, parking is worse, the respectful/considerate neighbors have moved out and a more selfish trashy group have moved in. Dont expect to get a decent nights sleep anymore, its acceptable for people yelling and screaming at the pool into late hours, and expect people that dont have jobs leaving their cars in good spaces for weeks on end and management doing nothing about it. When you do stand up for yourself, expect the front office to be annoyed that your complaining.

First, mgmt needs intense customer service training, Im quite certain I was hung up on. I did give an extra star however because they are not all or always rude. I have interacted with some great employees. But dont bother calling emergency maintenance. They never returned my urgent calls. I was left outside with an infant all night after the faulty screen door locked shut behind me. Luckily, my neighbors stayed up for 6 hours util 3am helping me break into my own apt. This complex makes it very difficult to pay rent for someone that likes to utilize online bill payment. Their systems very much need to be upgraded into this century. They also charge water and trash separately and add it on to your base rent monthly. This makes it impossible to know ahead of time exactly how much your rent is especially if you want to pay earlier than a few weeks. Overall, this place is too expensive for what s offered.

Thats what we want them to do. Happy to hear and see they have moved out. Roaches???? What are they talking about? Thats crazy! Whatever problem we have with unruly neighbors the office takes care of it. There is a new manager thats more strict and no leasing to just anyone 😀We dont have any complaints. Its very quiet, you dont even hear the neighbors. The pantry is wall to wall, the laundry room has plenty of storage space, the walking closet is spacious (have to be organized) the bathrooms also nice and big with storage, coat closet. Best deal for square footage and design. Dont come check it out if you cant follow rules though. Thank you.

I dont live here but from all the reviews, here is what I see. Management is terrible at communicating, maintenance half do their jobs when fixing things that clients that live here need fixing, security does not do their job correctly, break-in complaints are not taken care of correctly and more and more.Owner of this Apartment Complex, if you want good positive reviews then DO YOUR DAM JOB AS MANAGEMENT AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS. Then aint paying you to be lazy and inconsiderate to your clients. Address the problems correctly, hire better maintenance crews, tell security to do their jobs right and everything else inbetween.IM TO BUSY OR CONTACT ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO IGNORE YOUR CLIENTSDo your job right and then perhaps your ratings will improve and people might like you better.

Need extra parking for all 30 of your cars come to this complex. Number of cars owned and on the property doesnt matter to management. Looking for a spot to toss everything in the trash this is the spot to do it. They allow you to toss any and everything in the trash including cars if need be. I had my vehicles broken into multiple times in the complex, kids played on the top of my truck. Management ignored all issues and passed it off as a we arent able to do anything about it. The bushes near my apartment smelled like a hobos paradise and the grounds people refused to take care of the smell. It was so bad I threw up leaving my apartment and the response from them was well we will try to take care of it. The complex was really good when I moved and by the time I left it was one of the worst complexes Ive lived in. The management company that runs this complex only cares that you make your rent payment on time and any issues arent worth their time.

Place is nice but management is horrible. They treat their tenants very badly with no respect at all. After living here for 3 years, I am being charged for paint and cleaning almost $900. Any other place does a complimentary carpet cleaning with lease renewal but in 3 years, Wildreed said they have no budget for that. When I spoke to manager, his reply was that he was doing this for long time and that no matter what I will have to pay for this. I regret living here and would recommend everyone to think twice before you sign a lease with them. They will definitely be hearing from my attorney.

This place was good all until the last month of our lease. Not only did they tow one of our cars because it had expired tabs, but THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL US TO TELL US IT WAS TOWED. We thought our car was stolen as it has been broken into many times before. The management was by far one of the most rude and inconsiderate ones Ive come across. They did nothing to help and now we are stuck paying $400 to get it (which we couldve moved it off the property IF THEY JUST CALLED). So done with this apartment complex. We wanted to stay another year, but with drastically increasing our rent and now adding a $400 towing bill without even being notified that it was taken, WE WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN. Dont recommend this property whatsoever. The management team needs a wake-up call.

I have seen a vast improvement in the last few months. Maintenance issues have been addressed immediately and competently. Office staff is polite and professional. It would be nice if it was converted into a gated community somehow. Bad neighborhood and have had some issues with break ins, junk cars, dumpster diving etc. But, managment has no control over that.

The apartment we rented was definitely lower quality then what we were shown and promised. They also assured me, after I specifically asked, that the washer would have a delicate cycle and it didnt. The complex is in a great location, the bark park is cool, and there are some good things, but we chose to move out. Trash and parking were problems, but the biggest issue was the CONSTANT smoking of all our neighbors. It was normal for people to stay just outside their doors in the common breezeway, creating a horrible smoky haze and throwing their butts and trash on the ground. Seriously, they smoked so much our neighbor lit his apartment on fire after tossing a cigarette in the trash before going to bed. On the plus side the move out process was smooth. Most of the issues stem from it being a large apartment complex, I dont think theres anything too unusual or terrible about the place in general.

I couldnt post my other concerns due to space but I have posted all concerns to AMC Facebook page.My last issue I had was this recent one. One recent Saturday we received a 3 day “pay or vacant” notice. This was a Saturday where the leasing office would be closed on Sunday. When we spoke with Brandi at the leasing office, I was told later she is new and doesn’t really know much (why was she alone where there was no tenure associates to help her?), she couldn’t find anything that was wrong on our account and said it might be a glitch. She told us she will email Robert Patton and he will get back to us Sunday as he was going to be coming in. We didn’t get a response Sunday, as I expected from the uphill battle we’ve had with the leasing office prior, so we called Monday because no one answered the phone on Sunday. Knowing, this again, was an issue the leasing office needs to work through with us WE are the ones initiating any resolution. When we called on Monday we were finally able to speak with Robert. He didn’t call us at all but just said he was going to get to our issue. We were told we were overdue for our utilities. We never got any notification of the overdue balance any form of way just the “vacate or pay” notice that was on our door with no immediate response for what it was for. This issue all boils down to a mistake by the leasing office that they feel isn’t their issue, along with all the rest of our issues we’ve had. In October 2016 we were charged double on rent. We weren’t notified at all and continued to pay each month. It wasn’t until January 2017 where Robert called my significant other and told him we paid double rent. Nothing in regards to us having any balance on utilities. When we called back and asked how to go about for a refund we had to jump through hoops yet again to process a refund. We went back and forth with the leasing office who told us to contact the online system then the exact opposite from the online customer service line. Once we finally got the refund it was post on 2/26/2017. So we were charged 2 days of $5.00 late fees for the 27th and 28th of February. Then charged $60.00 for a late charge, $25.00 for the legal notice fee, then additional 2 more days because Brandi was new and didn’t know what the notice was for. So a total of $105.00 in fees alone. One thing to keep in mind was the two addition $5.00 was because the office was closed on Sunday and the leasing office didn’t know what the issue was. I tried to explain my concerns to Robert and see if there was any way to come to an agreement about the fees because this was something we were just notified about. His response was:“…Unfortunately we are not able to waive any type of fee applied to your account however we will not back date the late charges to save you money...”I’m not trying to make a personal gain out of the situation as I feel Robert thinks I am with the reaction he had to my inquiry. I really just want what is right to be done. If we paid in October more than $3,000.00 in rent. We didn’t charge any “late fees” or interest on the rent amount that was suppose to be refunded. This amount that took 4 months to return to us with zero complaints on our end as we understood it to be a mistake. We were never notified of the outstanding balance owed to Wildreed until a 3 day notice was put on our door that couldn’t be addressed until Monday. We have been in the office many times since October 2016. We even went in to purchase an additional carport/garage recently, this being another opportunity to have the issue address and resolved by the leasing office but wasn’t even a passing conversation. We have only completed 7 months of our lease, yet have so many issues that we have had to overcome and still have to deal with on a monthly basis because of the disaster of the leasing office not being organized or competent.I would really recommend not living here from my personal experiences.

The first six months that I lived here were great. The maint staff was attentive to problems, such as our upstairs neighbors throwing trash into the forest, theyd come and clean up or if they were being super noisy, the security dude would tell them to quiet down. Then my apartment got broken into twice in the same month and since living here has been the worst. We were told that by living on a ground floor, we were asking to be broken into and robbed by one of the leasing agents, who has been fired since then. When we asked if we could move into a different unit upstairs, the manager was very rude (telling us not to hold our breath, it wont happen, but she guessed she could look into it, but it wont happen) and basically jerked our chain around for two weeks before letting us know that it was possible. However since moving into the new unit, rent went from 1,190 to 1,500. When I finally decided to reach out to the leasing office to explain that we couldnt afford this rent and if there were any resources that I could look into for assistance I was told I actually cant let you know about resources and we dont accept section 8. Since moving into the upstairs unit, none of the renovations or repairs that theyd promise would be done have not been completed. My boyfriend and I are just kind of putting up with it, because of how rudely we have been treated by office staff. Currently parking after 7pm is non existent, my rent this month is just a little over $1,500, there is piled up junk mail garbage tossed right behind the fence by the mailboxes (such a lovely site that they never clean), and the dumpster areas are awful. For living behind the mall in what people have referred to as the jungle and seeing junkies or homeless people rummage through the dumpsters at night or doing other weird things in the parking lot, this rent is fu**ing ridiculous. My lease is up in two months and I cant fu**ing wait to move. There is nothing they can do for me to change my opinion of them.
