The lady at the office was very sweet. We had an 11am appointment and their leasing agent wasnt even there, nor did their agent call and Answer any of my questions . Might want to go back over customer service with your leasing agent and promote the sweet lady that helped me.

I’m very happy about my experience at Eagles. I’ve lived here a year and the office gals always have a good attitude to help, there’s always lots of parking when I get home at night, and the property looks so clean.

I have lived here twice. the manager are very nice and friendly and the maintenance is goodmy only issues are people breaking in our cars. the people that live next door are rude and very disrespectful. the next I am disappointed in this place is people playing the loud music in the cars at 7 in the morning.

These apartments have a lot to offer. They are close to public transportation and stores are nearby. When I needed a home to move into the girls at Eagles Landing were quite understanding (and still are). Even when I move on, this place and the people who work there will always hold a special place with me. Thanks alot Eagles Landing!!!

I just moved out about a month ago and got my final bill and I WARN anybody thinking about renting an apartment from these people NOT to do it. I got my final bill and these people tried to charge me $400 for cleaning even though I had a professional housecleaner clean that place. They then tried to charge me for a broken fan that they couldnt fix due to Covid 19 and then the cherry on top is when they FLAT OUT REFUSED to pro rate my rent for the 11 days AFTER I MOVED OUT (they quoted some bullsh1t law about how Im contractually obligated for the entire months rent). If you can I would recommend renting an apartment somewhere else.

My husband and I were newly weds they made it so easy for us to apply. We loved our apartment. We liked that at night there was always a police officer parked in the parking lot and walking throughout the buildings. Whenever we had a problem maintenance would show up within an hour unless office hours were closed. Our amazon and ups package were always save in the office but after office hour the delivery people would have to leave the package outside the office which was ehhh... we had washer and dryer in unit and dishwasher. We had a 1 bedroom for 1,008 I believe. Loved the area. Nice neighborhood. Only downfall was like they didn’t open the pool till like end of July and closed it at the beginning of September which was disappointing because it was hot since like May. Office management was super friendly specially Emi Santi but I believe she’s gone now

No one at office, again. Can not receive Fed Ex or mail bills or use club room. Pool -NEVER open even with the 90 degree weather today. Management note on door says they would return at 11:30. Checked 3 times and at 2:10 pm still no one there. Our needs are not always maintenance related! Another time they did this, they said later that they were in training (all day?). Why annoy tenants by posting a time of return and then not show up? There are some good things about these apts. but I am too hot (no air-conditioning) and too annoyed right now to say. So only one star for today,

To avoid possible consequences I tried to delete my review. When I press the delete option, it says it cant be deleted. Thats just great.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I tried to lease from them and they said I couldnt because Im a full time student. I work 30 hours a week and make almost 3x the rent but that wasnt acceptable to them.

Applied for a one bedroom didn’t get approved but I’m fine with that I gave them a holding fee which most places don’t deposit them unless you get approved asked for it back and the manager keeps telling me next Friday mind you this is the second Friday out of the two weeks she says I should receive it...I’m calling my lawyer Monday morning because someone is lying!!!!!! And not even a full star!!!

Staff is nice. There isnt many rules for residents so after 10pm there is no such thing as quiet time. The fire department has been here 2 times in the last 3 months due to people burning food and parking is very limited at night.

I live here now. The only reason we didnt move at the new lease signing is because my husband hates moving. I dont want this to affect my current situation. And Im afraid it might with the current staff...However... This place is not a very nice place to live.When we first moved in we were given written notice that we were too loud. It said we fought too much and if we didnt keep the noise down it was a 10 day to comply or vacate. My husband and I work 2 separate shifts and never see eachother for longer than a few minutes between our shifts. Also have 2 toddler boys who are anything but quiet. They knew that when we moved in and said it was no problem. Theres a bunch of kids here.When its hot out and the sun is beating in, there is no protection from the sun or heat. I put a blanket up over the blinds in front of the slider. That gave shade, but also locked in the heat. My husband turned green, vomited, and passed out. I put that blanket on the outside of the balcony to allow for a breeze to come in along with shade. I had it up for ten minutes (made such a difference) and within that ten minutes I had a note saying I couldnt do that. My husbands health and safety!! My thermostat durning that period went from 105° to 80°. Inside.Ants... Cant get rid of them. They are everywhere.We got a notice saying that my children were running the halls and playing in them. Unsupervised. Keep in mind... I have two toddlers. There was no way they were running around the halls. Also the time given that they were supposedly doing this, they were at daycare and I was asleep. See, I work graveyard so I sleep in the day. We called down to the office to try and get an explanation and tell them there was no way it was us. The gal down there (whom no one can stand because shes just a witch) argued with us, told us she knew for fact it was our kids, then threatened to kick us out because we were argumentative.Been talked to about chairs and toys on the balcony, even as they are still out being played with and used.The new thing is now we are being asked about our dog. Hes even been given a name. When we paid rent a whole week early, and this last time, my husband was asked about our dog so and so . My husband told her we dont have one and she less than believed him.We feel as though for some reason we are being bullied, and no matter what we do we cant get into good graces with them. We havent even lived there a year yet. I hate that I have to walk on egg shells because of where we live.I have been asking for a new dish washer for months. It keeps getting fixed ...My washing machine only uses hot water.My Fridges seal is coming off and was moldy when o moved in.The tub had mildew in it when I moved in.Halls smell like cigarette smoke.The pool opened near the end of summer, but closed as soon as memorial day hit when though we were in the middle of a heat wave. So we maybe got a month and a half of use.There is no sense of community here...

The mangers are nice. But some people here live like pig and it smells like pot. To many druggies live here

I would not advise anyone to rent from here. The living conditions are deplorable (not good). They mow the lawns at 8 am. The smell is overwhelmingly bad in the halls. On top of all that all but one of the landlords is a racist, Im constantly hearing about how Mexicans and other ethnicities on section 8 and similar programs dont deserve to live there. They will berate you and insult you when you for no reason like children. dont rent from these people. You will regret it

I would not recommend this place if you have children or if you are expecting a nice place to live. My husband is in the navy and we have a three year old daughter. We moved in and and on the first day there was a huge rat in our apartment that would only come out at night. Caught it on maybe the 5th day we were in here meanwhile it was running through our kitchen and apartment pooping and peeing. I had to throw a lot of our food away. They allow heavy smokers so the hallway that we need to use to get in our home always smells very heavily of cigarette smoke and during the winter there is always large puddles of mud outside our siding glass door so we have no choice but to use the hallway. Not only is it second-hand smoke but it leaks into your apartment. Dirty weird neighbors that have no common decency. My husband was out to sea and was able to let me know last minute that his ship was pulling into Hawaii. I went and visited him for 4 days and while I was there rent was due and I called asking if there was a way we could pay online and the lady from the office told me no and it has to be a physical drop off so I will get charged $100+ for being late. Then I come home to find a news letter in my door and sure enough on the back it talks about how you can pay online. Your employees should know what they are talking about. Then they were going to re-do the parking lot and put a letter in our front door one day before they were going to do the parking lot and if we did not move our car it would be towed to a new space and cost us $50. We never use our front door because of the smell. Why not put the letter on our car? Call us? Come knock on the door? No effort was made at all. And they gave us one day notice, not even 24 hours. The playground is not fun even for my three year old and they have one outdoor pool. No gym, no tanning or anything. Because these apartments are low-income even though we pay $903 every month. Which we could pay that price and have a gym and tanning an indoor pool and better more respectable neighbors. There is a bar down the street and on three different occasions we heard a woman yelling and screaming and crying from the side walk. And I would not call this community drug free or safe.

Do NOT move here! Would give 0 stars if possible. Haunted bad too. Rude and racist staff, my mom is a woman of color (1/2) and they always treated her with disrespect, constantly giving her dirty looks every time they saw her and would refuse to give her packages unless her boyfriend (who was white) or my sister, who looks white due to being only 1/4 African American, went to get it. There are NO noise regulations and every night after 10pm you would hear loud music and neighbors, lots of druggies walking around and Im pretty sure that alot of the women I would see going in and out of places were prostitues, and the smeel of marijuana was CONSTANT. The place was always infested with some type of bug, black carpet beetles, ants, spiders and fleas. The groundskeepers never did their job, exept their desire to start cutting the grass at 8am, seemingly to irritate the residents, and it always smells like someone is chain smoking an entire pack of cigarettes making my whole family naicious and sick. Its Huanted by something angry and evil. My mom had a heart attack the first night there, my sister was thrown across the room into a wall by something inhuman, which caused her to break her collar bone. My moms boyfriend actually became possessed and almost attacked her before luckily snapping out of it, he left the apartment that night. After he left there was an apparition in the form of him sitting on his side of the bed. The heat was always being turned on or off by itself, lights on and off without anyone touching them, dark masses and an overwhelming negative energy that made me physically sick.

I called to inquire about an apt. Asked if they took section 8, then stated there were 2 bd available. When I asked for rate of 2bd, 3bd - she refused to disclose. I asked, about what utilities I would be liable for and she still refused to provide info. Then, she stated that she had no rentals available?? A simple inquiry turned into a struggle for information, that the apt. rep for Eagles Landing, kept talking over me about policies & rules over, and over. My experience - I found office staff RUDE, UNCOOPERATIVE and LACK good customer service/telephone etiquette!

I moved there an after 2 month i see the water coming from outside when it was rain and, wet, mold, when i request for transfer to another apt they wait 7 month and after that they give me a lot reason i cant transfer and they say i have to pay more rent . And they didnt help me .

After 10:00 pm its a whole different world over here, Drugs,prostitutes,gang activities,car prowling you name it they got it. 128th st is like Crenshaw in South Central La.

I lived there when I need a downstairs-apartment they didnt give me one so I had to move out
