Small staff. Quiet, quaint & very efficient. My nail tech was attentive & proficient. Environment was clean. A number of clients visited during my stay. Moderate price point for services offered. First time coming here as my primary nail tech was unavailable. This may become my Plan B nail salon. However, they are good enough for Plan A.

Andy is the absolute best. I have a loyal customer for 10 years. I am complimented on my nails everyday.

I got SNS nails way too thick, different shape on every nail, one of my nails is crooked. I tried telling the tech that it was crooked and he said it wasn’t!! my manicure wasn’t correct either. they never pushed my cuticles back and then tried to charge me the full 10 for it. When I called to tell them I was really unhappy with my nails, she proceeded to tell me that the color choice was mine and that everything was done now. The color choice did not work out and it was my fault because they didn’t have the colors that I was looking for so I tried to substitute with what they had. Not only were they rude to me in the salon when they knew I wasn’t happy but when I called the customer service was pretty bad. I had to have my fiancé call because I was so upset. I was in tears! my nails are completely ugly I don’t wanna go back and now I have to pay for them to get redone and it’s more than just the color combo!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Less than 24 hours after getting my nails done one broke . They charged me $8 to fix a nail that is less than 24 hours . The mail techs are not qualified to even do a set to last more than 24 hours . The customer service is very poor . You would think repeat business is important but obviously not . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME . What a joke .

This place was terrible with the quality of services performed on myself and my niece yesterday. We both got manis and pedis that smudged in the parking lot before we even left. The staff was rude about explaining things to me. I definitely do NOT recommend this place and will NOT go back in the future.

This salon is absolutely amazing. Everytime I go in everyone is so polite and professional. Today I went in and Andy did my nails and he did AMAZING!! He made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted, took his time, and was very gentle with my hands making sure he didn’t hurt me. My pedicure was amazing also, I’m not sure of her name but she’s. Young girl with long hair.I will never go to another salon in Augusta but here ❤️

The establishment was clean and everything. The people were not rude or polite. Not my issue. My issue was with the fact I paid 30$ for a polish change basically. He did not use cuticle remover, soap, or Amy kind of foot scrub. Just water and the same stuff he used on my leg. He used a drill on my toes and cut me. (Oh well) and barely a second of using the pummice stone or skin removal of my feet. I was allowed zero soak time and the whole. thing was over in under 20 min. Glad I left. before I got a fill. On a lighter note the polish. job was not horrible. And it was not gel polish . I am sure on their best day they could do better but I wont go back for pedicures likes that costing 30 bucks.

Haven’t been here in quite a while until Saturday and a lady I had never seen there did my nails. Terrible job, lots of bubbles in there and the edges are already coming up and chipping after just 2 days.

I loveeeeeee Exotic Nails... ANDY is the BEST, he has been doing my nails for 3 years and never disappoints. He is the best in Evans and Augusta. Kelly is awesome with eyelashes and eyebrows!!! And let’s not forgot about Ms.Kim on the pedicure, she will have you feeling like your purchased new feet.

Very nice atmosphere and personnel. After I arrived, they got very busy with several new customers walking in. My technician didnt rush through my pedicure so she could get to the next customer. She took her time. A different technician did my manicure and I feel she rushed a little more than Id have liked. I went for the spa pedicure, so I spent more than I planned to, but it was an overall enjoyable experience. Ill definitely go there again.

Got there late on Sunday and they got me in and even stayed late finish my nails without rushing me out the door. Also, this was the first place in a long time that I got a pedicure and THEN they did my nails, Instead of the crooked rush job everywhere else seems to put you through! My nails look great and I will definitely be going back!

The employees do not provide the best customer service. They are very antisocial and do not make any attempts to make small talk. They are either quiet or speaking native language. The establishment is clean. Employees work very fast, which doesn’t make you feel very relaxed or comfortable. The pedi’s I’ve gotten from here have been average. Never had my nails done, so I can’t comment on that aspect.

Ms Kim gives a great pedicure. I also got gel nails and eyebrows done and was not happy with either of those. The gel nails had bubbles in them and they had an attitude with me when I asked them to fix it. Then the polish came off after a week so it wasn’t worth the money. Didn’t like the way the girl did my eyebrows they didn’t look good at all. More than likely won’t be back

All though the nail tech did a great job, both me and my friend had made an appointment for 6 o clock. I didn’t get seen till almost 7, and when she called me AND my friend up she yelled at my friend to go sit and wait and called another customer up, and did her nails. Then on top of that the lady was being very rude and would tell me not to move even though i wasnt and when she messed up on my nail she smacked her teeth and then proceeded to talk in her language to the other nail tech. WILL NOT GO BACK . PERIODDDTTTTT

Nice staff that was gentle with my little ones manicure. We were visiting but, now have a place to go when we visit in the future.

This is a very great place ! Their nail designs and equipment is all up to date and they keep up with the latest trends as well . My wait was over 30 mins but that’s mostly because most people who came in had appointments made but great Place and was worth the wait !

Terrible nails and rude rude rude. If I could give zero stars I would. When I asked them to fix the botch job, she screamed at me saying if I didnt pay, she would call police. Im like never said I wasnt paying, I just want them redone. Ending up paying and leaving. I have never ever experienced such a thing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Mediocre service, was told one price before they started only for them to tell me a different price when they finished. Would not recommend...

My nails are cut uneven, they are antisocial I asked the man nicely to shape my nails evenly because he put some acrylic paste on my skin and he didnt do it and my nails look crooked. The lady who painted my nails did them like a 5 year old and when she was done she left.

I’m only giving two stars for effort this is my second time coming here. The first time I didn’t like the shape of my nails but they did a good job on my REGULAR pedicure. This time the shape of my nails was perfect but my pinky nail was cut into with a manual nail file not the electric one, plus he didn’t bother to use cuticle oil or anything. Besides my hands my feet look busted 😂. The man literally didn’t even put any effort into scrubbing SOME of the dead skin off my heel. I’m starting to think he wasn’t licensed because I didn’t see any individual licenses behind the workers. I also felt some type of way about the price. When I can here the first time I paid a total of $45 for a fill in and pedicure; I got the EXACT SAME THING this time and it was $55 so I was confused as to why is was more but wasn’t provided a reason why. Long story short I wont be back.
