Andy is OUTSTANDING!! He creates any nail art I throw at him. Hes fast too!! Ive been coming here for several years and have always left completely happy with their services. Ive had acrylic nails for 30+ years and Eden Nails is my absolute favorite salon. Tina runs a very professional business, no nonsense. I get gel pedis too and all the technicians perform an extra special, relaxing pedicure. Love the extra gifts around the holidays too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON!!!

I was only in town on business for a day and truly and honestly needed my nails taken care of oh, so I went during lunch to get a full set nails. I totally wish that I can remember the young lady that did my nails because she was absolutely fabulous oh, she was funny, she was knowledgeable, she was very helpful and she gave me a full set of Nails in a way that I had never tried before doing the dip method, and honestly Im pretty impressed with them, definitely different then Ive had before the very secure very strong and also very thin which I like opposed to acrylic which can sometimes get very thick. She also compose a color variety did I really truly like. Im happy. Please dont pay any attention to how beat up my fingers are around the beautiful nails, the job I do tears up my hands but my fingernails keep me girly.

Had one of the worse experiences getting my nails and pedicure done. I took my 14 year old daughter with me to have a mom and daughter day. Everything was rushed like they didn’t care. ( This was in a Tuesday early afternoon) My pedicure was done in 20 min as you can see from the pictures my nail polish was rushed and not done right. My daughters water was burning hot and she had to tell me to to cook it down. My water was ice cold. Then came the towels. The lady doing my daughters pedicure didn’t cool down the hot towels burnt her. My nails were botched and my hand massage was not relaxing. Maybe a 15 second massage which was rough. Our bill came out to $110.00 and that was maybe a $40 per and mani for both of us. My lady talked to the whole time to the other staff. Not thrilled.

The girl that did my nails kept asking me the same questions 6 times in a row. I didnt really get what I wanted, hope she is okay. They were open and took me without previous appointment, so rhat was very helpful.

TERRIBLE!I wanted a re-base with a french tip and it looked nothing like a french tip. It was poorly applied and the acrylic and paint were thick. The lady doing my nails also gave me a burn on my finger with the machine they use to file nails. Will not be going back or recommending to friends and family.

The leg scrub was too rough, my young grandson can give a better supposed leg massage, the lady really couldnt understand me and didnt try to get someone else who could, so I left displeased with rough nail polish and sharp nail edges; the exfoliation was rushed and my toes werent done, then, to boot, my big toes polish got messed up afterward. I would have gone back but I live in another area and didnt get time to go back. I didnt feel I could call because I dont feel theyd communicate clearly. Besides, a gal came back while I was being tended to because her polish smudged, too, and everyone there stared at her, with jabber and responses I took as saying, the audacity! I just didnt feel valued at all. No smiles, or welcoming feeling at all.

I hadnt had solar nails in 12 years, so I didnt really know what they had to offer now. The gentleman helping me was very patient and didnt mind that I changed my mind a few times. Very patient and did a wonderful job! Im very happy and will be back in about a month.

Paid for gel nails for almost a year to find out from my new nail salon that Id been given acrylic nails instead and charged for gel the entire time. Pretty low in my opinion.

I went in this afternoon with my 3 year old daughter. My daughter is typically on her best behavior when we go to the salon, as it is one of her favorite outings. But she was having an off day and was less than perfect. One of the technicians offered to have her get her own water from the back of the salon occupying her. They also gave her lollipops and were very patient with her. They did great with both of our nails. They gave her polka dots and glitter and they did mine exactly how I like them. They talked to my daughter during the whole visit and were singing with her by the end. I was so stressed by her behavior and they compliment her and were so so patient! They even gave us a bottle of lotion as a 4th of July gift! We will absolutely be returning. They turned my stressful day into a fantastic experience. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Loved the service the man that did my nails took his time and made sure that I was comfortable with the position he was holding my hand at and made sure that a didnt feel any pain or discomfort. This was my first round of nails ever and it was amazing, my mom never told them this was my first time either so it was completely professional. I will definitely go back for nails for any occasion because they did so well, Im a Freshman and i loved every second off it he was very accomodating and he was the youngest one there I would definitely recommend him. Definitely better than the nails my friend got at Venetian as well. My friends that have gotten their nails doe say that the first time you get them done your fingers are sore, I had such a great experience that they dont hurt and they look absolutely fantastic. SO HAPPY THAT I WENT WITH MY MOM BEST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.

My sister and I had an appointment for 12. They got us in and did our pedicures right away and then she started on my nails. I was doing dip nails. The girl doing my nails seemed like she had no idea what she was doing they are big and clunky. She did the dip then switched to acrylic (using the same colored powder) then she missed some spots so just used gel polish to paint over them. They had seen 4-5 people before helping my sister and we didnt get out of there until 3 hours later and charged my sister and I both over $100! And the GEL polish on my toes is falling off and it hasnt even been a week!

I love this place. The pedicure chairs are amazing and the staff is friendly. I have had great services done at this nail shop (pedi and gel nails).

The guy who did my nails got glue and dried acrylic all over my hands. He couldn’t clean them off and over charged me for what I got. The guy who did my stepmoms would not listen to her when she said she wanted a French manicure and did her whole nails with shellac !!

Love Eden Nails and Spa LLC- after terrible experiences in different nail salons, I found THE place. The ladies who work here and run this place are amazing! ! The ladies at here are the only ones I trust to do my pedicure and fingernails. The price is also very reasonable, especially for the quality! I love this place! Go here!

This was mine and my daughters first time at Eden, and I must say we will never EVER be back!!! We had an appointment and waited a good twenty minutes once we got there. Then they were arguing back and forth about who was going to do the nails. Seemed like nobody wanted to do there job. In fact one of the other employees yelled at the other one to stop eating and get out to help the customers. When we finally got someone to do our nails it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was burned and cut with the dremel not to mention he was very rough. My daughter got played musical chairs with and went through about four people doing her nails. When all was said and done my nails looked like a six year old could have done a better job. My nails are not straight, they have several defects in the paint, it was not even what I asked for and I just wanted to cry when I walked out of there. My daughter was in tears. I don’t suggest anyone going here EVER.

I came here for the first time with my friend (who had been before) and had a good experience. Not only did they did a fabulous job on my nails, but the staff were so accommodating and professional. I was so happy with the results that I got. I will definitely return for repeat visit!

I came in at 5 and they had me come back at 6 by appointment it is now 7 and instead of doing my nails the lady is doing the receptionists nails instead I spend a lot of money on my nails I will take my business somewhere else where the customer comes before an employee now to learn this is Tina the manager. Someone needs to stop her she’s running store into ground!

My husband and I decided to have a day each together to come in Eden Nails and Spa LLC. Many people request her, so if I want her to do my nails and no disappointed! The salon is efficient and CLEAN! The prices are very good! 5/5 stars!

I do not recommend Eden nails to anyone. My daughter got an infection in her toe after her pedicure. We went in and spoke with the owner, Tina about our concerns and Tina was very unprofessional and only made excuses for her staff. She tried to tell me my daughter had an allergic reaction to the polish!! Im a nurse and know better, she then said she would give me my money back but that my daughter could not come back (we wouldnt have gone back anyway). She then proceeded to tell me she could fix it with a laser once a day for three days and that my daughter did not need to go to the doctor! Her toe was oozing pus and extremely red, swollen and painful. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism. Will be contacting the health department regarding their sterilization procedures.

I needed a last minute pedi and without me knowing that they were almost closing, they still took me in, which was nice. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. Very clean and have great prices for what you are paying for. Certainly in love with this place!

I made an appointment to go in on may 12 2020 my right hand is fine but my left hand look horrible my ring finger looks off to the side and my pinky is completely turned to the left he said he was going to fix it but never did I’m never coming back this is the second time this happens 😤🤬

The guy who did my pedicure was very rough when using the cuticle Nipper. He even clipped my skin and made it bleed. They were pretty busy so I felt very rushed when I got my manicure from start to finish it didnt even take you 15 minutes who pay good money for the services and they rushed through them.

Tee does an AMAZING job on my nails. I am very picky with my nails and know exactly what I want. Tee is the best! We laughed and visited with other customers and had a great time.

Came in with my daughter.I had a woman paint my toes and the younger male painted my daughters.He was short and snippy. Was supposed to be an enjoyable outing with my daughter. I left pissed. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or if he is normally like that. But I won’t be back.

Waited for 40 minutes before being asked to come back in 30 minutes. To their credit, I was a walk in and they were busy. Pedi felt great but not the best Ive ever been given, mani is lovely. I come here regularly, good and usually solid service.

First and last time going. They had absolutely horrible service. The guy did not take his time with my nails and then had me sit somewhere else to get them finished someone else somehow managed to glue a towel to my sisters nail and did an absolute horrible job. Air bubbles and creases in our nails. Talked to the manager Tina over the phone and let her know how horrible their services was and She was rude and tried making an excuse and then hung up on me. Not professional and not good services at all. While we were there at the same time two other girls were also complaining about how horrible the service was. I will not be recommending anyone here!

Have come back again for my fill in as well. Even though, I was in a hurry they managed to satisfy my needs precisely- No rush- No hurt- No complain with a result. ! So already booked my next a full set!

Nothing to envy about this spa.. Went in for a gel mani and ended up leaving with a bloody cut only to have my nails crack a week later, not like wear and tare crack but the tops of my nails had lines through them, perhaps the polish was too old? Not sure. Yes they were friendly and offer water but lacked in technique. Wont be back unfortunately

We looked on yelp to see what we could find since we dont have a nail place. They were just the sweetesttttt. On every nail she used the acetone and brush to clean up around the nail. Neverrr go to other salon else. The price I pay is definitely worth the services here.

I went their for a mani pedi and not once did I see the guy wash his hand one client to another (I shouldve left then) he continues to work on my feet after touch and helping another women with her shoes and he obviously had stuff under his nails. I flinched and asked him to soften his touch multiple times which he never did. When it came to the manicure he rushed through it all, again didnt wash his hands and their is so many obvious flaws that I pointed out and he still didnt fix. I will definitely not be back.

So I went to get a rebase & gel color changed. And paid 35$!!! Nice professional nails at the end. 🏅

This place is so busy Im surprised they arnt rated a lot higher. They employees were non stop working. Although we had to wait, they called us when it was our turn to get pedicures. The lady did a great job. She spent a long time on my delux pedicure. Well worth $35.

Havent had my nails done in a long time so I thought hey its quick its convenience by the house and you know what bad mistake ever will never go to this place do not recommend it the Chinese man or Filipino or whoever he is at works there would not listen to what I wanted my nails came out all crooked and then of course its always your finger what it should be their eyes and you should get things done the way you want it to be made them take it all off and restart again so yes they didnt talk to me in a language that I can understand sat there unprofessional for their colors are all gummy and sticky highly do not recommend it

Moved to La Salle from Longmont in April 2018. I have been going to Eden and each time I go its just more and more unsatisfying. They do good on color powder rebase. But I went in just before Halloween and asked for a design. It basically panicked the whole place. I ended up with a design that looked like my 2 yr old nephew drew it. The guy cut up the skin around my nails so bad, I couldnt get my nails redone anywhere. So I decided to give them another chance....big mistake. I went in today and half my nails are missing polish on the sides again...never going back there. The lack of technique is unbelievable.

I know I am silly to keep going back, but I feel like I should give them another chance. I have to start going elsewhere.

Left with lumpy nails all different shapes and sizes 3 BLOODY cuticles I absolutely hated the outcome and when I complained they told me to come back the next day to speak to the manager. When I did one of the guys who only did a flower design for me started yelling and literally giving me dirty looks because I didnt leave a tip after I paid $160 and left with horrible nails and burning cuticles and I had to sit there 3 hours! Sadly its not the first time I walked out of there furious and my money wasted but its definatley the last time. I wish I read the other reviews. Also DurinfI noticed they use the same nail files and buffers for every customer which is unsanitary as can be! Thats all kinds of other peoples dead skin, fingernails, toenails and blood being passed on! 😲

Glad I stopped in! Its not the fanciest place, but it is nice. They will offer you tea or water, and are super nice. I had a shellac manicure. The technician I got was maybe in his 40s, and had a condition causing his neck to spasm involuntarily, but despite this, he did an AWESOME job! At first it was a little alarming, but once I figured out that he was totally fine and just kept going, it was ok. I kinda wished that he would have said something, so I wasnt worried about him, if he was alright! He did a great job, way better than the place I had been going (in about half the time, too.) While this place is in Greeley, I would def make the drive from Johnstown. Oh, and he fixed a broken nail and didnt charge me for it. And the hand massage at the end was probably the best Ive had post-mani.

They were rude and they cut my finger . My nails were supposed to be blue and ended up being green. They threw my hands around like trash and kept yelling at me to put my hands in the light but they never told me in the first place . NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!

Ive been going there for a few months with a friend and everytime the guy who does my nails always hurts my cuticles but this time was the worst experience Ive had, he literaly cut my finger to make it bleed but really bad and he only says sorry like if that is gonna fix the problem, Im not coming back to this place they should have more experienced and careful people working there, because is not cheap and have crappy job done is not worth it!!!😡
