This place is amazing!!! Been there two times and they are super nice and friendly and their quality is spot on! I’ve had these 7 days and I’ve been back to my construction Job (boilermaker) since Monday and they have stayed on!! 10/10 would recommend. 1st picture is right after I got them compared to now.

Nails, okay. Pedicure and eyebrows, not so much! It took a few visits for me to be okay with the nails, and only by the wife of the owner. The eyebrow lady took the skin off my eyelid and two days later it was still stinging. In addition to the lackluster attitude, the pedicure lady half did my feet and after 20+ min of sitting waiting for my toes to dry, the paint still got smudged before I left the premises. Haven’t been back and don’t really plan on it either. I should have stuck with my regular lady…

My son and I went here for pedicures and it has been the best experience in the area yet. They took their time, and made us feel pampered. I will definitely return.

My mom, daughter and I went to US Nails to get our nails done. My daughter got a full acrylic set with gel polish, my mom and I got simple mani/pedis. My almost three year old son went with us and let me say the nail techs were so welcoming with him and his rambunctious self! Above the quality of our nails, their professionalism and acceptance was well worth going!

Mother/ Daughter/Son in Law/Grandson Day at US Nails... I try to go as often as possible. Nice, clean, friendly and professional. I suggest making an appointment, as they can get very busy. I take my own polish. For a soft neutral color, I would suggest OPIs My Very First Knockwurst. Update... I quit going here because the attendants would talk about you, in their native language. I called them out about it, and you should have seen their reaction.

I had my nails done Sunday (somewhere else, I wont be going there again) US nails will be my place to go from now on. They fixed my bad ombre nail manicure and gave me the nails I wanted. Im very happy! I even made an appointment for a pedicure next week.

I’ve come here a few times but this time a male did my nails. I got the deluxe pedicure because I wanted a good massage with my pedicure and the sugar scrub. The guy put the sugar scrub only on my ankles and held my foot and moved it in circle as a “massage”. My mom was with me and she also got the deluxe and the person doing her nails was actually doing a good job and not half a**ing it like this person. I paid an extra $10 for the best pedicure they had and it was so much worse than any other nail salon where I’ve gotten a regular classic pedicure. My manicure also looks terrible. There is gel polish all over my cuticles. It looks awful. Waste of $70.

This was my first time going to this nail place. They were able to take me quickly, everyone was nice, great prices and very clean. Will definitely be back.

Fast, easy, relaxing service

Waited for 55 minutes without anyone even acknowledging the fact I was there. Other people were writing as well! If you call and make an appointment just know they’re just trying to get you in the door they don’t really have that specific time slot for you. Very unprofessional I would not recommend going here!

I was not at all happy with how I was treated during my pedicure. After being pressured/asked multiple times for a service I did not want I was already annoyed. This women then continues with my pedicure and started putting the dead skin she was removing and setting it on my big toe saying see theres a lot on here. I was very frustrated and tried to keep calm while she finished my pedicure. The end result wasnt even the best after paying $47. I will not be returning to this place and dont recommend others do either.

Izzy is one of the best nail tech Ive ever had to do my manicures and pedicures. From the exact nail shape I like to how long the gel polish lasts. I highly recommend US Nails.

The customer service was excellent! However, I’m going to have to agree with the many reviews stating that the quality of work and prices do not matching. I went in for a basic pedicure with a friend, and once I got home I noticed that my toes were not filed, and my calluses were not scrubbed. I just feel like the nail tech should know what to do when doing a pedicure.

Fabulous pedi by Linda!! Probably the best pedicure Ive had in 10 years. I got the basic $27 pedicure and it was still 45 min. with the best leg massage Ive had in a long time, hot towels on my legs, so relaxing and thorough. She used Sole Solutions foot cream from NuSkin even with the basic package which most other salons charge you an upgrade to use it. She did not take any shortcuts even though I had the basic package. Great job removing callused skin - she used the grater, not just the buffer that most places use for callouses. And their massage chairs really did a great job. Other places have had pitiful massagers in this chair really worked on my back and it felt so good. I am so impressed and have found a new place to go for pedicures. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best nail service I have received in this lifetime. The ladies and gentlemen are equally courteous. Management has clearly shared their vision and the mission is in motion. My feet look amazing. My skin, the polish, and the nail beds are simply flawless. Ipek is a pro at this. In fact, they all perform as pros. This nail salon is hidden in Evans, but is worth the trip.

I went here today just wanting to get prices for full sets and I ended up getting my eyebrows waxed.. I will say the customer service was great.. She was super nice.. BUT she asked me if we were good on the brows and I literally looked for a second and said yeah because I was in a rush.. (My mistake) but when I got home I looked and I was HORRIFIED... THEYRE AT LEAST 4 INCHES APART.. I have never had this issue no matter where Ive had my brows done including the cosmetology school.. Im getting married in 2 days and Im at a loss right now. But just the brows is my only complaint. So of the staff sees this please know it wasnt your customer service.. Just the brows in general.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!! This facility doesnt even deserve one star... as Im getting my nails done, the tech keeps pushing my hand back aggressively, which he did several times... I finally asked him to stop and his response was, well, move back then.. IM IN SHOCK!! needless to say, I had some very unkind words for him.. he also tried to over charge me for work he DIDNT do (Im assuming bc hes one of the managers).. he failed at the only two jobs he has: 1. Provide good customer service and 2. Doing nails as the customer requests...at the end of it, i didnt even get the designs and polish i really wanted, because had i stayed any longer, i would have possibly ended up in jail. I told the cashier what I would pay, which was well below what was initially charged and I left.. will never waste my money here again!!

This has to be one of the best places to go I travel for work so I’ve been to a number of nail spas across the country and Johnny was awsome he fixed a nail that was broken and hurting and was very gentle I will stop back anytime I’m in ga to have my nails done here

I went Saturday to have a manicure/pedicure and although the customer service was nice the quality of work was poor. My nail polish began chipping after 2 days, and I noticed that the nail bed around my big toes started to swell, filled with pus and very tender. So now I have to spend even more money going to the doctor and getting an antibiotic because its infected. I will not be returning. Im very disappointed.

Im very dissatisfied with the quality provided at this establishment. The services are priced well above the quality of work that is provided. I purchased a deluxe pedicure and received no more than a mediocre foot soak. So not worth it!

Tech was nice enough but I was shown a numbered menu, I assumed to reduce misunderstandings. “I’ll have a number 3” and I said the price. She bumped me up to a #4 without asking which is about $13 more. You know that scene in Pretty Woman where she goes back to rude business. I want to go back and say “Big mistake...Huge”.

Dont go here. Rip off. I got an acrylic set of stilettos here. Theit price board says $25. She tried to charge me $50. She ignored me several times when I told her I already picked out my polish and kept telling me I needed gel polish which was another $20 on top of $5 extra for length. Hell no you have to fight them for what you want they kept trying to sneak in extras. In the end she charged me $5 for length when they are short and $5 extra for polish when they are included in the acrylic set. The shaping she did on my set was lopsided and a couple nails were crooked! 2 of them even started lifting after 3 days! Please dont go here they have horrible service and will rip you off!

I went in for acrylic nails & it was not a good experience. A gentleman did my nails, but I didnt get his name. He was very rough with the tools & he got nail glue all over my fingers. I was the only customer in the salon, yet he was trying to rush & get my nails finished. The nail sizes were all different & he got visibly upset when I asked him to trim them. Unfortunately, after this, neither I nor my family will be customers at this nail salon anymore. I had been here previously & the service was great, but this experience was disappointing.

I was wary of coming here, as I have already had two bad experiences in the Augusta area with nail salons, but I hate paying a ridiculous amount of money to get nails done at a spa, especially when half of the time, they dont do a good enough job. Well, I came here, as it was the only reasonably priced nail salon with a web presence and I am glad I did. My nail tech, Tina, was friendly and she did a great job, she paid attention to every detail, the place was not overwhelmed with the smell of acrylics, even though the front door wasnt propped open, so they must have had a good ventilation system, and the massage with my Nu-Pedicure was deadly good. They played relaxing music the whole time I was there, too. I will be coming back again and again.

Environment was good, but the results were awful. I went in for a pedicure and it was not good at all. After the foot scrub, there was dead skin and the lady noticed it but didnt do anything about it and has left me to pull it off. There are bare spots in the polish because she added some type of liquid to it before painting my toes and it was super thin. Will not be back here

Go here if you want to get an infection, seriously. I was unsure about coming because I couldnt find any reviews on the place, but my parents were insistent on getting their nails done. Thankfully I decided I didnt want my nails done, I do just fine doing my own nails.Firstly, the workers were talking in a different language in a very angry tone towards one another. I dont care about them speaking to one another, but it was clear they were not happy.Secondly, they cut my dad while working on him and he got a really bad infection! He had to go to the doctor and everything. Thankfully it was caught early on so it wasnt very severe.I must say otherwise they were relatively friendly, though its always awkward coming to these places and not having something done.They were relatively thorough, but with the infection I say avoid, avoid, avoid!

I really liked the place and the way it was set up. the only thing that i didnt like was that i asked for a spiderweb on my thumb nails, but i guess i may have spoken quietly or the guy forgot, but it doesnt matter. Im still super happy with my results c:

If there’s an option of no star I will give that. Me and my friend called before coming to find out if they have a spot and they said yes. When we came a very rude lady( who wouldn’t stop making faces) started my pedi and till the time it ended nobody came to do my friend’s. I told her I want her to put more pressure during massage but she said you should’ve chose the expensive one and it doesn’t come in this one, even though I paid extra for hot oil massage. While she was doing it she didn’t put oil on the other leg and I told her she started making faces and was I did and acted as if I was lying. Pathetic place and services. I will never come back. And neither should anyone come.

Thao did awesome on my full set and stiletto shape!! None of my nails have come up from the glue and have lasted well; pricing was regular/as expected. Jade was wonderful with my pedi. Will be coming back!

They are clean and friendly. Always busy but the wait time is minimal. They do try to upsale, which is irritating to me. It never seems to be a real foot massage. Its just putting lotion on your feet and legs. Not a true spa experience.

My mother and I have been going to US Nails for over 5 years. My mother has Alzheimer Disease so she cant remember any of our previous visits. She is greeted each time with hugs and welcome as if we are family. 5 STAR service, indeed! This is a place my mother and I can go when we just want to be pampered and leave our worries outside the door. Thank you US Nails for all you do for US.

All if these people are so very nice. Twan (spelled wrong) does a super excellent job on nails. He takes his time to see what you want and makes sure you are happy with it. Im happy I found US-Nails and Im happy to stay with them.

Worst service ever. So I’m an out of towner and I called for an appointment. We were told they would call us back to make sure they had someone to do them for us. Got there 10 minutes prior to the set appointment and walked in very chipper. However, that wasn’t returned. On top of that she asked s guy if he could do is when we got there and he said NO. Mind you we were told they would call us back to confirm the appointment after making sure they had someone to do it. Either way, we’re thete I asked for shellac which is gel. The lady came out with an attitude saying shellac is gel and I’m like EXACTLY. Then she says do you want the shellac brand ummm no I wanna take my money somewhere nice and respectable! Went down the street to PARIS nail bar and was greeted with smiles and comfort ☺️

Technician kept loudly burping while doing my nails. He filed too strongly and cut 6 of my fingers around the nail bed. Actually drew blood on 3 fingers and after my manicure RUBBED THEM WITH ALCOHOL(which I know is a necessary step but he could have avoided broken skin). The file shape looked like a bubble on the end of my finger. I paid $45 to pretty much have my nails torn up around the nail bed. A lot of my friends recommend this place and Im pretty disappointed that my service was so awful.

Tina is FABULOUS!!!! Ive been spoiled by an amazing nail technician I went to for years in texas, and everyone else I tried was just not up to my high standard, until I found this pace and Tina. Shes super nice, and always does a great job on my nails. The first time I went to her she asked if I wanted gel nails or a gel polish, I said no, and she hasnt asked me since. Definitely not pushy about upgrades. Havent gotten a pedicure from them yet, but Im sure it would be just as great.

Tony was wonderful!I have been searching for quite some time for a technician to provide thorough and safe pedicures. Tony took his time and so far the best ive had in a loonng time. I will drive from Aiken again just for the same service i had today! Will post a review on the next visit here

I came in today for a full set and pedicure and it was horrible . I’m pregnant and can’t reach my feet so I was really looking forward to having someone take care of them for me . Instead I got less than a half ass job a cut toe bad polish and a full set that wasn’t even what I wanted . I asked for gel he just starts doing acrylic and says he’s doing me a favor . Then when I told him the length and shape I wanted he said it was extra for a shape other than square ? I left not having got anything I wanted and still in the same shape I came in . I will not only never go here again but will tell everyone else I know to never go .
