Rush job ! Not even professional at all. Poor quality in service. AVOID GOING HERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

My wife and I came to this place they did a poor job on our services they messed up her nails and my name designed in her nails they also did a poor job on my feet never again will we ever come to this place poor job not professional at all plus we were over charged. My wife also said the guy was real rough.

I love Eric and Wanda. I moved here about 2 years ago and went to plenty of nail salons in Augusta and Evans. I have small nails so everyone not good with my full sets. Eric!!! He does a great job. They also have excellent customer service. I love this place

SLOPPY CHEAP PLOISH Nails are chipping after one day! Half of my nail is polished the polish looks two toned! Will never return!

I got ringworm immediately after getting my acrylics done here, and besides that, my nail job seemed a bit rushed (especially the polish part!), having to go back home and reshape + repaint them. at least the acrylic seems like it’ll last a while:(

I am NEVER GOING BACK HERE...I took my daughter for a reward as I had already decided because of 2 bad jobs on my toes personally..that they werent right place for me.So today, I get my daughter WITH SAME PROBLEM..they do not paint entire toenail (multiple toes) I took pictures. Also, nail coat is not very thick nor smooth(albeit it is light color) She also has BLOOD ON PINKY TOE ! THE BLOOD IS PULLED TOWARD TIP OF TOE WITH CLEAR COAT ON TOP PROVING THEY ARE NOT SANITARY!!!!!!!!THEY HAD THE GALL TO TELL ME I AM A PROBLEM CUSTOMER. Ridiculous..I have been loyal to them until they decided to do poor job...so the fact they all pointed at me, bashing me and made me out to be a bad guy...no mam...I do not deserve that.Please everyone ..read reviews..I tried to stay loyal. Yes, I was very upset and still am but nothing I have said is untrue and have pictures to prove it. I had been loyal for over 2.5 years here! Pics dont lie!!! FYI they were NOT BUSY AT ALL and I am now believing because I was honest about why I was not getting my nails,done too...this may have been an intentional bad job.24 MINUTES THEY SPENT FROM HER FIRST SITTING IN CHAIR TO WALKING OUT DOOR....that is waaaay too fast!!

Always quick service. My mom & I both went & a full mani & pedi. Had time to dry both nails & toes!

Well i needed one nail fix was right there when the open 15 minutes late, then the rude lady that owns the shop told me i would have to wait 30 minutes to get my nail fix. So am getting ready to go at 9:45 no customer at all. Sad because i tip great. Off to HAPPY NAILS!!!! How rude!

Doesnt compare to other nail salons in the area. Only go here for basic services because the do rush jobs. Low quality

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE THE DELUXE PEDICURE WASNT WORTH THE MONEY WHEN I ASKED THE NAIL TECH TO FIX WHERE SHE HAD FILED TO MUCH OF THE SIDE OF A NAIL SHE GOT MAD AND PROCEEDED TO PAINT MY NAIL RIDGED AND ALL OUT OF THE LINES OF MY CUTICLE WHEN I ASKED HER TO FIX IT SHE HALF FIXED THEM AND SAID TO ME IM LUCKY SHE DID MY NAILS LAST I CHECKED I WAS PAYING FOR A SERVICE YOU WERE NOT DOING IT FOR FREE WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER SHE STATED SHE WAS THE MANAGER AND THEY ARE ALL FAMILY I SAID NOTHING WHEN MY FEET WERE PAINT JAGGED AND OUT OF THE LINES BUT I CANNOT FIX GEL POLISH ON MY NAILS

The owner was rude and unprofessional. I gel on my nails with white tips and that night the gel and the tip was off some nails. Wont get anymore of my money.
