Steve was AWESOME! 🌟🤩🌟 He was super 💥 fast 💥 (even joking about how this way of towing was the 🐌slow🐢way). Plus theyre open 24 hours 👍 This was my first professional towing experience (Im use to getting ⛓ chained up ⛓ to a truck and get pulled to where I need to go) and Im now a customer for life! ♾

I Needed a project car towed from Sutherlin to Eugene and they came through at a great price and on time. Their driver was very respectful to the car and assisted with getting it positioned where I needed it. The owner was very respectful and even got the keys in advanced for me. Dont waste time with anyone else. S&T TOWING is the best in the valley. They are honest and humble, treat their customers and cars with respect. I wish I could rate them with 10 stars.

Wipers broke at 12:30 at night. This company was the only thing close to me while the rain was pouring down. He was there within 30 minutes and towed us to a nice part of town and gave us the number to a good mechanic for the morning. Wonderful guy and great business.

Very professional and knowledgeable folks. My truck broke down in my driveway (I know, lucky) they came out to Veneta, on time, and were champs in getting my Tacoma to the dealership. I highly recommend. Plus, they are locals. They gave me the number of a mechanic they trust. Nice act since I am new to Veneta.

If I could give them more stars I would! I wish I could remember the gentlemans name that came and towed my car after an accident, but the kindness and caring he showed was above and beyond just good customer service. He made sure I understood how the process worked getting my car to the auto body shop and when he found out that my husband was still on his way from out of town, he stated he would not leave until he showed up. In a very stressful and upsetting situation, he made it better. Thank you so much! I hope I dont need to use their services again, but if I do or someone I know needs roadside assistance help in the future, they will be the ones I recommend.

Insurance company order this service and the driver called to give an eta of about an hour... After well over an hour and going through the insurance agent again they gave us the info on S & T recovery who they said was supposed to be out here. The driver answered the phone saying he never reveived all the info so he went home.... Stuck on the side of the road and he just went home! Then as we are on the phone with the insuranse again trying to get someone to help he called them and said he wasnt doing the tow. Here we go with another hour plus wait on the side of the road... Already been here for almst 4 hours now.... Worst customer servicw in the world... I will make sure to never use this tow company... Ever.
