Best pull a part we have in town but still not a great selection of vehicles and prices are are a little bit high.

Ok prices but not very wheel chair friendly

I chilled in the back with my dad (who works here) and everyone was super chill. Its a little baised cause my dad works here but would recommend. Many people were able to find what they needed the day I was here.

My car was towed on New years eve. I called on New years day to pick it up and the guy said he was busy but not to worry he wouldnt charge me. They did! The lady sent me all over to get my paperwork signed! Final insult, my battery was dead! When I got home it wasnt the battery I bought. The price for storage was way over charged!!. Dont use them! They have a racket going with the police.

I was in an accident in August, the sheriff contacted B&R Towing. They towed my car from the scene of the accident. From the tow there were some issues, which are not as important a how this company dealt with the issues. I wrote to the company and within a few days of sending my letter I received a call from Rob. The following day I stopped by to talk with Rob and the issues were immediately resolved. As a business owner our jobs are easier when things go well, what defines our business and company culture is how a conflict is resolved. From my experience with this company I would whole heartedly recommend this company for the services they provide.

Horribe. Placed a large amount order, they mailed it out almost a week later even though they promised they would do it next business day. In addition, one of the items was wrong and no one bothered to look at the invoice that all of the items ordered were the exact same and one they sent looked entirely different. Rafael and Daniel are horrible salesmen. Will not return phone calls and did not do anything to expedite the correction of the mistake they made. Issue is still unresolved as of today, two weeks later.

Definitely have the most inventory of anyone. Less likely to deal on prices. Usually have to pull the part first then they give you a price.
