This place is good for towing a car that was left with a note that we needed to replace a lost key. A phone # was left on the note also doesnt matter towed and put in there storage $1500 later. Sorry they say nothing we can do pay or else

My car ran out of its parking space and bumped into another vehicle while I was at work, and Webfoot towing was called by the parking garage to move my car out of the way.When I called to ask about the pricing to pick up my vehicle, the woman mistakenly gave me incorrect information and I opted to wait two days to grab my car from their yard. This turned my $284 pickup and towing fee into a $404 fee. After some investigation and talking with the owner of the company, he honored the original quote and I was back on the road again!Kelly Reed is a good man, and honorable business man.

Dont count on getting your personal property Tandi will not answer her phone or respond to voicemail and is extremely nasty she told me that I could not retrieve my belongings until i had the owner call (my ex) so over the span of a month and a half i left 2 voicemail and called multiple times finally got ahold of her and she said that i had a bad attitude and she would release my property to anyone but me that i was banned from their yard for no reason just because I complained... didnt curse, didnt yell, just complained....horrible customer service super shady people!! Complaint filed with the BBB!

Had to get my car rescued from a ditch really early in the morning. Tom & Matthew both helped me a great deal. Matthew let me know the situation I was in & kept me informed. Tom however was great for making sure I was settled & put to ease! He also gave me a ride into town to get my rental car. Maybe I got lucky but Im super grateful for their help!

Called webfoot out for a recovery off the McKenzie hwy. the driver CJ showed up and advised me that they would need to shut down the hwy and bring out 2 other trucks. They were really helpful when they came to help me with my locked door situation. I was initially going to get my car towed to the dealership to get new keys made but they also gave me an option of a better deal for my keys by calling in a locksmith who got my quote from the dealership and made it less. Tim was really friendly and stayed with me until he knew the locksmith was on his way. Even though I didn’t need a tow, they unlocked my doors and they were really helpful. Thanks again!

Stuck in Vida, Oregon 5PM New Year’s Eve with dead battery in my truck while traveling to central Oregon. Through AAA contact, Webfoot was dispatched. CJ called me and shared his arrival time. Car broke down on the way to work, and was fortunate enough to make it to the office. Called a few places and this was by far the best deal. Others wanted $75 to move my car 1 mile down the road in downtown Eugene, but Danneviks moved it for considerably less ($49 total cost, on a flatbed!). Extra kudos go out as the driver was nice enough to drop me off after the tow was finished, as he was off to have lunch. Highly recommended.

If I could give Webfoot a zero, that’s what they deserve! My son was involved in a car accident where his car was totaled on a Friday. There was only liability on the car so we wanted to ask if we could sell the car to them. We were told to wait til Monday to talk to the business office. Then on Monday the answer was of course no, so now they charged us to store the car for the weekend. When speaking to the supervisor he had zero compassion at the fact that my son was in a serious car accident and refused to take ownership for his employee giving us the impression that they could buy it. The supervisor’s exact words were “What does compassion have to do with paying your bill?” They have zero customer service skills and didn’t ask if my son was ok or cared one bit about the stress and additional expenses someone has to go through when they are involved in an accident. All was asked was to get the weekend storage fees waived and he refused. Do not recommenced ever calling them for roadside assistance or help getting your vehicle towed. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Terrible company. I had my truck towed due to breaking a u-joint. The lady driver towed my truck back end up (the wrong way) and wouldnt listen to me when I said it was wrong. She said she had been doing it for 9 months and knew what she was doing. Well the driveline fell out during the tow because she didnt strap it up right and it grinded part of the yoke flat. Then come to find out the transfer case was messed up due to being towed wrong. Now they are refusing to pay for their mistake and say they see nothing wrong after being sent several pictures of the damage and the truck being towed backwards. Shady company, I recommend you avoid them at all costs. I wish I could give them a negative score.

We had a great experience with CJ (Seguin?) from Webfoot towing! We needed our Chevy towed to Bob James Auto Repair, and although we live on W 11th Ave, with heavy afternoon traffic, CJ was a rock-star tow-man, moving quickly to git er done in short order, so as not to impede the auto-flow! I would give zero stars if I could..My car was towed when it was clearly parked CORRECTLY. I tried to dispute it but no one would do anything about it. I was told by THREE different people THREE different prices to take my car out of impound. So they clearly just pull these numbers out their heads.Everyone just stared at me blankly, not even caring if I was there or not.Terrible place, rude people and sketchy business.

Ive had my vehicle towed by several companys in this area and until now I thought most of the tow companys were unscrupulous and corrupt in the way they handle peoples vehicles and the contents.Now I know that this opinion was wrong...The drivers and yard personnel here are a cut above. They are definitely the very best at being unscrupulous and corrupt. The very model of a sham, scam, rip-off . Does anyone know of a tow company that considers the vehicles they tow precise cargo of the owner. The owners of these vehicles their clients/customers ?Not would be victims of this shake down game. Not to mention straight up theft. How do these folks sleep? After all these would-be customers are undoubtedly guilty of a myriad of parking mischief and mayhem.

The driver left his diesel running on our street until the neighborhood - full of kids, pets, and trees - was filled with fumes. When asked to turn it off, he curtly replied that it was a diesel and had to keep running. This is NOT true, especially on a warm sunny day like today, and his obnoxious behavior and condescending tone will ensure not only that we never call them, but will discourage our neighbors from calling them again as well.
