The owners are amazing, incredibly friendly and personable. I don’t go anywhere else anymore and even my daughter adores the owners and staff. They do great work, and definitely aim to please

I have been coming here for a few months and started only getting serviced by Jimmy and Jenny… let me tell you what, they are absolutely phenomenal!!!! They both go above and beyond what I ask for and it’s always a good time when I go in there. Today I couldn’t particularly decide what acrylic design I wanted so I picked out some colors and asked Jimmy to surprise me and he definitely knocked this one out of the park !!! Thank you guys so much and I highly recommend for anyone to come here, you won’t be disappointed!

The salon was lovely. I came in last minute and they were able to help all of us. Everyone was kind and my manicure looks amazing!

A little busy, but thats the only negative I can give you. Amazing service! I had Vivian today. She was very meticulous and treated me extremely well. Both pedicure and manicure were spot on. Ive never been so happy with a manicure and pedicure before. She made me feel comfortable and watched for body language in regard to comfort. Place was clean, precautions for covid-19 were well maintained, and spacing was good.A+ from this nurse!Thanks again, Rachael Lee

I made an appointment with Susan and when I got there I was seated right away, She checked on me and let me know my Tech would be with me shortly, She was wonderful!!Mia did my pedicure did a great job, decided to do a manicure also.Very pleased overall! The Staff was all great, very professional,The part I liked the most was the friendliness and they were all happyand having fun! I would highly recommend J Nails and Spa.

They were recommended to me. Honestly they did a great job on the polish but not on fixing my beaten up feet. N they were quite expensive. $65 for a reg mani/pedi? Wont be going back

Had a walk in service with daisy. She did a great job on my nails. Wasn’t too chatty but didn’t make things awkward. Her and the girl working the phone were very polite and nice. My only thing is that daisy was a wee bit rough on my nails and one of my toes. It was in pain for a couple of days because the cuticles were pushed and cut too deep. Other than that, I enjoyed their service.

J Nail is AMAZING! Lovely and inviting staff. Comfortable atmosphere and clean facilities. Every time I get my nails done I walk away feeling beautiful. I used to feel insecure about my nails and feet but now I show them off! Only down side is that they’re so good you have to book a week in advance!

Tim was very kind and worked beautifully for my nails. I told him I wanted them super sharp and he took his time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted!

Very welcoming atmosphere, staff has a commitment to provide a clean environment. Friendly and attentive, they did a great job!

I only wanted a fill as I was visiting and wanted to get them done by my regular nail lady when I got back home. They insisted my nails were too thick and wanted to put a full set on, I said NO as if I did want a full set I would do it with the lady I was used to. They then put me with a guy who just proceeded to put a full set on before I really realized. The nails he put on were so thin and badly sculpted that within a week two nails had broken and the rest are just cracking at all the sides and very weak. They are dreadful. I am so cross I allowed this awful nail shop to do this. My nails normally last me at least a month if not longer, these barely lasted a week. Terrible, dont bother. I hate to write bad reviews, but I also hate for other visitors to have their nice nails ruined.

Im giving this place two stars because I went there 3 times and had a less than sparkling experience 2 out of 3 times.The first visit was fantastic!! I got French tips, they took their time and made them nice and thin as I like them. The guy worked hard and made sure he paid attention to detail. I was so happy I went a second time. On the next visit, there was less attention to detail spent. The guy was always looking away, having conversations with everyone else that works there. I was genuinely worried a few times that Id get cut while he was cleaning my nails up for a fill. The 3rd time I went, it was terrible. The person doing my nails was watching TV the entire time. He must have looked down at my nails once or twice the whole time. I was so anxious and worried that I was going to get cut. How do you work on someone with those machines and stare at the tv the entire time? He also barely cleaned up the excess acrylic material under my nails. He just wasnt present, and it felt like he was bothered that I had interrupted his tv time. I tipped well all three times even though the services quality and the finished product was going down. I never went back again and probably never will. I do not recommend. They have the skills, they just dont apply them consistently.

I was down in Englewood visiting my mom and decided to spoil myself with a pedicure. Vivian was amazing. She did an incredible job. She asked if I wanted my nails done and I decided to splurge and I was not disappointed. She did French SNS. She was very thorough and the nails look real and feel real. I wish I didn’t live in NC. But I will definitely go back when I visit again.

I have been coming to J nails for years. Love Jenny and Jimmy! Decided to treat my self and upgrade my pedicure this time. Was very disappointed when I felt super rushed and did not even get a foot massage. When he was about to polish my nails, I said oh you havent even massaged my feet yet. He just rubbed my legs then started polishing my nails. Im very disappointed. I was looking forward to being pampered and definitely was not. :(

I always go in with an idea of what I want and when I leave I am always astonished how beautiful everything turns out! They exceed my expectations every time! Just had an amazing pedicure and manicure with Kevin. I chose the gel sparkly sapphire color. I didnt realize I had a couple ingrown toenails on my big toes and he fixed them and I felt much better. My hands and feet are not only prettier, but now healthier. Kevin has an amazing attention to detail and is a very friendly and personable person. I would highly recommend this salon and Kevin to anyone! I just got converted to a regular.

They made no effort to talk to me, just to each other, yelling over me to laugh and joke. Then charged me an extra $5 for someone else to do my flower design. If you dont know to do a simple flower, then have me sit with someone who does.

Jenny Jimmy and Brian are amazing. The whole atmosphere is great.Update. It has been over two years since I started coming here I have never gotten an infection I have never had any problems Jenny has been able to save my Nails many of times from all the silly things I do. I have to handle many different types of chemicals from Plants to hair and Ive never had an issue if you want a great environments relaxing place to go to and a wonderful staff come down.

Went in for a pedicure, I would rate it just ok. Nothing great but nothing bad. I have gone elsewhere paid the same price and had a better experience or more of a massage. However, I do want to say after telling 3 different people very clearly that I wanted a Christmas design on my toe and they could do anything BUT a snowflake the girl comes over and what does she paint on there? A snowflake! When I made a comment her response was you dont like it? I had to tell her that her snowflake art was nice however I said repeatedly I did not want a snowflake. Sigh. They still charged me for the art and didnt seem to care. Ill never be back and I wont reccomend them to friends/family.

First visit and it will be the first of many for my mom and for me. Its absolutely the friendliest and happiest salon I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The entire staff joyfully banters and jokes with each other, their regulars and we newbies. To top it off, it was one one the best pedicures Ive ever had. Delightful!

It has been years since I had nails applied and when I requested Jimmy to do silk wraps, he laughed and said he hasnt done them since 2007. I guess Im a little behind the times. Jimmy was very personable and applied acrylic nails (French style) in no time. I was extremely pleased with how my nails turned out. Would definitely recommend their shop.
