I will be coming back. I’ve been trying to find my nail salon and I think I finally did. It was so quite, so peaceful and clean!! My technician (I wish I asked his name) took his time there was absolutely no rush his attention to detail was impeccable. When I was looking at color options since I wanted blue he showed me the marble option and it was truly beautiful when he finished. On top of that he was very gentle and the spa special pedicure was definitely worth it! My legs felt so soft and smelled amazing. The only reason this isn’t a five star is because the prices online and the ones in store aren’t the same well at least for the pedicures. Due to the experience I would have paid regardless but I am the type of person who likes to know how much I’ll be paying beforehand. Thank you for the best nail salon experience.

This was my first time at this nail salon. My regular place only takes appointments and books about two weeks in advance. I really needed and wanted a mani and pedi. I was very pleased with my experience. I had the reflexology pedicure which was super relaxing and a regular manicure. The technician was excellent and very detailed oriented. Everyone wore a mask and it was very clean. I witnessed technicians sanitizing the area between clients. There was also adequate distance among the people in the place and dividers in front of clients and technicians!

Today I went to Nail Trix for the first time and Amy was amazing. From the waxing my brows, to the gel manicure to the pedicure I was thoroughly pleased with all of it. I will definitely be back!!

As a massage therapist, I think therapeutic touch is very important. John is extremely gentle with the whole process and he does not rush through, he (((Takes His Time)))! His massages are amazing. I leave feeling Zen like. Go!! And ask for John. Tell him Shannon sent you. He probably doesnt know who I am but it doesnt hurt to try. Lol. I only wish they had more variety of colors that Pop.

They did a good job with my acrylic’s. However none of them know how to do designs. They keep trying to push stickers, rather then actually do the design. No one wants to pay $5 per nail for a sticker. Also I could clearly tell they were talking about my friend and me. Very annoying and uncomfortable. I go there to get away and relax from my kiddos, and to go in and feel uncomfortable about there conversations is ridiculous

My experience was great, I went in with coffin shape nails and came out with square. Just as I requested. John did an amazing job. The lady who waxed my brows also did an amazing job. They were very polite and took their time. I found my new nail salon home :)

Their door says Walk Ins Welcome, so I walked in on a Sunday over an hour before they closed and got told were too busy without ever being acknowledged in any other way. I was not offered to come back on another day...nothing. Just very unprofessional. I will not come back to a place that clearly does not appreciate their customers and has no problem being rude to them.

I’ve been coming to Nail Trix & Spa for at least 5 yrs. now and have alway had excellent service and have always been very pleased with whoever does my manicures or pedicures. During this time of COVID, they have REALLY gone all out to protect their clients and themselves from cross contamination. I feel very safe having services done at Nail Trix & Spa because I see how they clean after each client and how they individually wrap and autoclave the sets of instruments. I gave Nail Trix & Spa 5 stars but really deserve 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Well this was my first time going there and I was greeted as a walk in they quickly put me on a table and started on my nails they didn’t press me about paying the bill just yet even though I wanted to right away she even had patience for me to run outside to grab my wallet I think I’ll be coming here more often I love my nails 😍

Staff is super friendly and gentle on your nails. Ambiance is serene and clean. They didnt quite understand that I needed the nail form to get the shape from the sculpting but not a bad job.

I was a little nervous after seeing some of the reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised. Linda did a fabulous job of fill in liquid gels and fixing a nail and new color. See even did a matt top coat she was not sure of till she saw it. Great price and experience, will be back.

I did not have a good experience here. I had a manicure and pedicure and both turned out looking unprofessional and unattractive.With the pedicure:-I purchased the spa manicure and it felt very rushed. My mom was also receiving a pedicure with me and the person who did my pedicure started after the person who did hers but he finished mine a good 10 minutes before my moms pedicure ended.-Less than an hour after my appointment the paint on my nails and on my mothers nails were chipping off.With my manicure-My nail technician didnt even give me a manicure (After I said numerous times that I wanted a manicure). He literally sat me down and immediately started putting on the acrylics.-He did not push or clip my cuticles (Even after I asked him to do this). He didnt touch my cuticles at all.-A few of the acrylics on my fingers are crooked.-He didnt do anything to the skin around my nails at all!-My nail technician was also very cold. The whole time he didnt really look at me or speak to me or smile.The woman who painted my nails did not do do a good job at all.-Some of my nails were not completely painted when she finished. (Some small areas close to my nail edges werent painted).-Some of my nails should have been filed down but werent.Altogether my experience here was horrible and very frustrating. For what I paid I was given atrocious service. I dont even want to go back to have them correct what they messed up!

I love this location! The atmosphere is everything... relaxing peaceful and professional. I actually drive from Catonsville to Ellicott City to have John take care of my nails. I am a “dip” girl and he is very patient with me. 😁If John is not there Tony is my “go to” ....Very clean and all of the staff are very nice and professional. FYI .... I watch John’s wife do nails to and she has skills as well (for those who prefer to be serviced by women).

My coworker referred me to this nail salon and I was completely surprised by how nice, and clean the salon and staff were. Linda was the nail tech who did my dip manicure and she did AMAZING. I’m so particular with my nails and this might be one of the best shapes and manicures I’ve ever received. Definitely will be coming back as a regular.

I cant remember her name but I remember her cute dog Momo.She did an amazing job with my nails and verbalized the care she was putting into her work, was very polite and offered water & wine even though I came in before closing. I havent been treated that well in a long time. I will come back just to see her and MomoEmployees like her are hard to come by, I hope the owner sees this and tells her how much she is appreciated.

Fast service and affordable! The milk and honey pedicure is my favorite. They are giving holiday gifts to customers. Very thoughtful!

They made me wait for an hour. When the guy started to do my nails he rushes so much and drilled my nails too deep. My nails were uneven and painted very badly. And my toes were also not painted good. Never going there again.

Very nice and relaxing compared to the usual spots I may visit for a last minute color change. Rose was very sweet and warned me that my toe nails were uneven and needed to be trimmed. She was very gentle. I will be back

Lady was very nice, and nails looked amazing! gel nails are pretty expensive ($45) but nails were worth it! it’s been about a month since got nails and the nails stayed on great! Took them off a few days ago and going back to the salon tomorrow, Can’t wait!

This is Lauren Rodriguez. I went in to get a pedicure hoping for a relaxing experience but instead the lady who did my toenails was rude to the point that I almost walked out. My toenails are shorter because thats how I like them, so I told her to not worry about cutting them. Then she proceeds to lecture me that having short nails will give me heart problems and that, Im going to have a heart attack soon because my toenails are short. I told her that wasnt true and laughed, and she rolled her eyes and told me how much she hated short nails the rest of the time. I came in to relax not be given insulting and inaccurate advice. On top of that, she cut my toe so bad it was bleeding and needed a band aid. I will never go back.

Had a mani-pedi with Linda. She did a great job. Very relaxing vibe. Will be back.

All the Employees are always very nice & they know me quite well, as I have been going there for a long time. I especially like Nam, hes my Nail guy, lol...Him & his Wife are so sweet 💜 I will always go there for my nails & toenails 🙂, they definitely know how to do Nails.

I walk in at 7:30 trying to get a quick gel manicure and one of the employees turned my mother and I away. They close at 8pm. She didnt even say sorry were closing early tonight. She just rudely said were closed we sent the technician home. Dont come here very rude service.

I got my nails done on Saturday. It is now Monday and my fingers still hurts because the older lady who did my nails filed so hard she made two of my fingers bleed. The two stars are because my nails look nice. It wasnt worth the pain however.

My mom recently moved out to Columbia and hasnt found a nail salon she likes so has just continued to come back to this salon in the enchanted Forrest shopping center. I am visiting from Texas and have only been here a few times. I was getting a full set, have had acrylic nails for over 5 years now, and can say this was the absolute worst one I have ever had. My manicurist was Mindy. I own a food truck and spend most my time cooking, prepping, etc. I have always asked anyone who is doing my nails to please place the white tip a little lower than normal on my nail so they can be cut short yet still have the appearance of being long. When I asked her to do so, she told me no, it was ugly, and that her acrylic powder wouldnt work with the tip placed lower. I have had it done this way for many years and never had that problem, but ok- whatever. She starts the process and spends about 2 seconds on each nail blending the sides down. When I look at my nails and see that the sides arent even covered I asked if she could please go back over and cover my whole nail with the powder. She does and then doesnt then go back over to blend it. Just slapped some extra acrylic powder on the sides and calls it a day. Then I asked if she could buff my nails for the shine instead of using the clear coat because in my past experience the top coat has always chipped, and frankly, I just like the way they looked buffed instead. Again she says no they dont buff so I said oh ok that is fine I just would like to leave them as is instead of having a top coat. Again she tells me no and that for me she will put two layers of clear coat although everyone else just gets one. Leaving the salon looking at my nails they look as if I have been wearing them for 3 weeks or more instead of fresh out of the salon. My mother says they are great for pedicures but my suggestion is to not get a full set here, and especially get it done by Mindy. Very upset.
