Shot out to the the lady at surge named Rama she was amazing an very very helpful 😎 an took the time to actually place me somewhere where my skills will be used.

Certified PIT driver, I was told I would be assigned a job doing that, and was sent to a startup company that didnt need a driver when I got there. I swept and stacked pallets, wasnt told when my breaks and lunch was, so I didnt get one. When I finally said Im taking lunch after 4 and a half hours, I informed them I didnt apply for this work, and I wont be returning. I called the office and told them. I go in the next morning for reassignment, found a job, only to be called on the way home to tell me never to return to surge because I walked off.Bad business, liars, and a set up. Dont even bother at this office!

Dont even wasted your time coming to this office for anything. They say they close at 5pm then they locked people out since 4pm. Just go to a different office for better service.

I took my brother Mamadou Sall to apply as he just came from Senegal and does not speak any English. He only speak french and the lady that we meet there Sarah Mankita was so helpful and took her time explaining the job to my brother . I have heard a lot of people talk so good about Sarah in our community but i did not expect to get such great services from her. I will definitely be sending my family members to Surge Staffing on 1737 Brice Rd in Reynoldsburg Ohio from now Thank you Sarah Mankita if you reading this keep up the good work!!!!

I went there twice and both times I went the same people were very rude and talks aggressively. They told my boyfriend over the phone they had a specific first shift job available and had to come in for more information. We get there 15 mins later and that job was not available for first shift. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I love Surge. They are the Best temp agency in Columbus. Theyre very customer friendly and always professional. I have never had a problem with recieving my pay on time.My most recent experience was with Samantha out of the East office. Surge North placed me with a great company in New Albany. The company is known for great pay and treating employees exceptional. The position that I was offered was my footstep in the door. I wanted to grow and move into my skilled area in the company. Samantha reached out to them with my resume. And I was offered the position that I really wanted. It has changed my life. Im so grateful and happy!!! The women are extremely helpful and will do everything they can to get you a job. I have no complaints.

They are very nice and helpful, Paradise is awesome people person and will get you the job that will fit what you are looking for. I rate this location all 5 stars. Even when the job might not be what you are looking for they will extend the extra help to advice to call back in the next day to see what they have. This is a company/location who care.

Worse temp service EVER I made $16hr but for some odd reason they would pay me $12hr so every Friday for 2 months I had to take 2 trips to the office for them to give me another check for the remaining funds of my $16hr rate...... theyve lost my check 4x and had to give me an emergency debit card.....PLUS 1 of the 4 checks they lost they found at a west side office 2 months later ( which I cashed cause THEY SAID IT WAS A VALID CHECK AND LET ME LEAVE THE OFFICE WITH IT?????..... then I work an assignment for 3 days where I never said 2 words to ANYBODY and was fired for being intimidating sounds racist if you ask me....... actually thought bout taking them to small claims court because I feel like theyve stolen money from their temps because my neighbor worked a week and they said they have no proof he worked like what goes on up at surge..... either I had a bad time with them but they ARE HORRIBLE believe the reviews and nasty rude representatives except Aminah shes cool as hell lol

This is a great place to work hands down. My husband and I moved from another state and received jobs our first week. The east side is professional and very helpful. The north side was very rude specifically Stephanie. She acted like she was the master and we where the slaves. Thank god the east side took care of our checks right away.

The wait was pretty long, sometimes people would just walk up to the workers desk skipping the sign in sheet and the workers would not turn them down. Could be more professional as compared to other temp agencies.

I hurt myself at a job site. After finally making the decision to inform the site liaison they treated me as if I caused a problem for myself. The company lied, saying that I walked off without telling anyone. Idk how one can do that and take the mandatory drug test at the same time. To add insult to injury, the company refused to place me on another assignment and gave me the run around to receive a check for hours they left off my last check.I force is a slave plantation.

I worked for this company they are not good I worked for two days at a job never received my money...I smoked a whole blunt then took a mouth swab test past it same day how is that possible? The Spanish lady with the accent is really rude when I asked her about the check I never received I was told that’s not her problem n that sucks for me ....

No one greets at the door. I had to assign myself someone to work with. The lady by the white board is no help. She isnt busy at all and is still passing application work to people who are busy. No clear explanation why she couldnt help. After an hour of waiting for someone to be unbusy and filling out the application process Im told that I need to forms of ID and that i wont be considered a full worker without them....After the hour i was just sitting there and not doing anything is when you tell me ... no one wants to do their job and i feel like no one cares about wanting to help.

If your looking for a Job GO THERE! The Staff is Great. The Manager Jeff stayed until 630pm a couple weeks ago just so I could get my check. I called him told him I was running late from work. I was going out of town and needed my check. So he stayed there for me. They do care about their temps. Where other places around the area do not care at all. I have worked for most of them but this place is my HOME now. So if you are looking for a Job go to IFORCE they care!

This location is Okay. I like paradise she is really nice. Jeff is cool. The black lady murium or whatever acts like she cant speak and when she do its only to the Africans. I hate people who acts funny. They seem to not want to hire people with experience but rather hire people in office who has never done Staffing before. I have 12 years in Staffing they never called me to say i didnt get the job but they would like to offer me a different position nothing so im thinking about opening my own.

DO NOT APPLY HERE...THIS IS YOUR ONE WARNING..they will not pay you on time!!! .Well at first it was great. They were very polite and placed me at a job really fast (3 months ago). The problem now is i worked my hours and havent been paid for them...ive been promised multiple times i would be paid and still not fully paid...its been a few days and they keep telling me whoever was in charge of payroll stole a lot of money and the system is down because of a virus...they did however get me a $100 gift card, but i need all of my money...their staff has been civil to me since i havent been paid, but that doesnt get me paid...they like to tell you its a fluke situation, but ive personally known people at other jobs that have worked through iforce and it happened to them and that was a year or 2 ago...be very careful about applying here....Update: got my check 6 days after i was supposed, but they gave me a post dated check so i cant even pay all of my bills until tomorrow (which is friday another pay day)

I was hired for an internal staffing specialist position in June of this month . After 2 weeks of being hired, my boss Jessica told me my “ physical appearance was not fit enough to be at the office “ she told me your edges need to be crisp “ and how she use to be a cosmetologist and she knows how hair should look ! Even brung up how she has black Friends and she knows how our hair texture is. She recommended me make up and to put weave in my hair, I began to get emotional and the whole time My boss had a smirk on her face. After being told I wasn’t fit she told me I would be moving to the west branch ! Later the same day she texted me I would be going out to the East branch instead of the West ! I was being sent to 2 different locations a day . 1 job helping with orientations at a warehouse in Groveport from 6:15-11:15am then the Brice rd branch to finish out my day. After about 3 weeks Of driving back and forth, I was given a new manager ( Jessica’s boss ) . She was very unprofessional and was very mean ! I came to work every single day on time and I staffed a lot of people ! In June I told my manager ( Jessica ) I would be going on vacation with my family she agreed and said it was okay, so when I tried talking to my new manager ( Melissa ) about the arrangements she agreed as well, twice in person and one in email ! While I was on vacation she asked me when I was coming back and I told her and also showed her the email from our previous conversation talking about the trip, never received a text back . The day I return to work from vacation, she calls me while im with an employee and tells me “ Hey Joy I need you to pack up your things and go home, your terminated “ I asked her why and she says “ Idk Joy I just don’t know, I don’t think your appearance is fit enough for my branch, I need you to pack your things and leave the premises immediately or we’ll call the police “. My experience at Iforce was not fun and they have very poor management! I tried to talk to my managers boss but he never returned any of my calls . If your looking for a job that is unprofessional and always has revolving doors this is the place for you ! Only good thing is that people are depending on you to help them find employment, it was very satisfaction good seeing smiles on people’s face that I was able to find employment for ! I loved to see employees happy and I loved being able to help staff people ! But the management is horrible !

I came to this place August of 2015. They were very accommodating at the beginning(supposedly they dont like to process new-hires on Fridays because they handle paychecks that day, they allowed me to complete my processing anyway). After about a week they shuffled (shuffling is a technique used by temp services, they get a customer with high demands and they try to put you with them regardless of your stipulations) me to a job that almost fit the bill. The job they got me had a high seasonal premium that they pay until the holiday season is over, then it goes down(at COTY/EXEL). iForce didnt explain that. Also I asked for a specific schedule, they didnt get that right, either. They give you paperwork that shows job location and schedule and i pointed out the discrepancy in the starting date and asked if this was the schedule I requested(it wasnt)and they(Penny D) said I think. I asked for 3rd shift with the week to start Sunday night til Monday morning so the week would end Friday morning. I showed up at the job Sunday night as per our verbal communication to find the job closed for the weekend. I did the job anyway at great inconvenience to my situation. I worked off all my obligatory fees and stopped working at COTY/EXCEL(still under contract with iForce). Now they cant find ANY work in my area for ANY shift, and yet there are warehouses all around them advertising for hiring. Also they initially indicated that I had to call once a month(a different young lady this time)to stay active. Just in the past month did Andrew reveal that you actually have to call every week to remain active. This service started out strong but I have to say the past several months have been disappointing(Nov15 to Feb16).Update || 2016-04-20 They still havent found anything for me...going on six months now

DO NOT COME TO THIS TEMP AGENCY! !! the company (at least this location) SUCKS. they are unprofessional, rude, and most importantly mess up your HOURS AND MONEY! what is the point in working all these hours if we dont get paid what we worked nor on time!! This is the 2nd time iforce messed up my check. having me look all over columbus for a check thats supposed to be directly deposited! which on top of all that. A woman that worked there 3 weeks ago who I handed my direct deposit for into LOST THE PAPER!!!! NOW my routing and account number is floating around somewhere and I have to go through the trouble of closing down my account because someone can possibly have my freakn bank information. I am highly upset and going to report this location to the BB business. And I hope they go out of business & every one working there gets fired. The manager JEFF clearly doesnt know how to run his shift. This ridiculous. DONT COME HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT LOOK FOR WORK HERE!

Ive had jobs tell me they didnt need me twice after going there. Was promised show up pay and never got it. They toke the drug test money out twice. And on top of all that my 1st check was 6 hrs short and i never reseved it. Scam
