One of the best salons I’ve been too. The salon was very clean. My hair was badly damaged and she took the time to make my hair look and feel amazing. I highly recommend this salon and would give it 10 stars if I could!

Got a super quick pedi here while staying at turf valley. And thats what I got. She was thorough. I was the only person in there around 12:45pm. My toes look pretty and feel clean and that makes me happy. Even though I put in ear buds she still wanted to caryy on conversation so that was atleast nice:)

My husband has just begun getting pedicures with me to help take care of his foot care. This was the first time we’d visited this salon and WE LOVED IT! Extremely professional and courteous and everyone made you feel so welcome there. Laura and Salina were excellent. My feet were silky smooth and the nail designs were artistic and so pretty. Hubby’s pedi did not take as long as mine. He was so pleased with the service, atmosphere and ambiance that he even indulged in a manicure! We will definitely return here.

Always a pleasure. They are quick, friendly, do a great job, and most importantly, CLEAN. Also, everyone had masks on. This is my new go-to nail salon.

The spa did a great job doing my nails when I got my nails done. I loved the way my nails ended up turning out at the end and they looked exactly like how I wanted them to look. However, when I went there to get my fake nails taken off, the experience was absolutely horrible. The experience was painful and I definitely do not recommend coming here if you want to have your fake nails taken off. Its a good place to come to if you want to get your nails done though.

This Place under new ownership. Andy and Laura have been doing my nails over 8 yrs. I started with them at a local shop to me. When they bought Beauty sense i went with them. I now travel 25min and it is well worth it.

Trish is the ABSOLUTE best! She is a constant perfectionist! Always adhering to the clients desire! She is very professional and knows current trends! This makes clients decisions easy🤗! Andy and Laura do a great job on nails, but they also run a very clean and professional shop. Special occasions or just a plain manicure, you get the same, excellent service each and every time. Six months of quarantine and coming here this morning I was very impressed with how clean everything was, and how careful all the employees were with distancing and PPE. Great job! We will be back regularly.

I have been a client at Beauty Sense for more than 2 years now, and Ive never been disappointed in the quality of service or the excellent condition of my nails. I love Jenny, Tom, and Ella for how they have made me feel like a valued customer. I receive compliments about my nails daily. I have a sculpted liquid gel manicure and I wear gel polish. Ive tried the cats eye manicure, mood polish, and other fun colors, and every time my nails look great! I highly recommend them and will continue to send my friends and family their way.

Decent spa with a very friendly staff. Manicures and pedicures will vary depending on who you get. So they can be a little inconsistent although we do like coming here. They are the best in this part of the county.

This nail salon is awesome. They have great decor. they have really comfortable chairs. I almost felt as sleep last time. Their price is quite high but really worth money and time. So love it. Most of their services come with a massage. Really nice service. This place definitely deserves five stars. Highly recommend.

Went for first time and was not impressed after going for a gel fill in. The tech who did the powder did a horrible job. She didnt get all the way to the edges and you can see the bright red base around parts of the edges. On top of it, my nails arent smooth and even, there is an air bubble in one of the nails, and the design she did on two of the nails is more like a foil blob not foil flake. The color of the nails was to be rose gold but it honestly just looks like red with light gold brushed on top. For $55 (without tip!) I wasnt even going back to say anything because I dont want the hassle, let alone them touching my nails again.

Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly, the salon is clean, and once you figure out their busy times, you just do a walk-in on a not so busy day/time or make an appt to avoid waiting too long wh is normal to expect at any nail salon. This is the only place I will go and have been going since they opened (6 or more years ago) and I always request the same technician. He’s been their since the beginning and does excellent very caring meticulous work. I never feel rushed and always leave very satisfied.

I went into Beauty Sense and I have really enjoy their services. Having many types and tons of services to pick from it hard to come in to get one thing done. Tracy have done a fabulous job on my manicure (Hydrating Milk and Honey Mani). It begins where I was soaked in this nice warm water. After, a few minutes Tracy came back and did this milk and honey sea salt scrub and just started to massage all the way to my elbows. I was really liking this manicure. Then to top the cherry she went in with this milk and honey butter on my arms and I was so relaxed. My arms were literally glowing. Then, Ben did a great job with my pedicure ( Beauty Sense Special Pedi) it was simply paradise, and I never wanted it to end. Doing such a great exfoliating on to my legs. I left with glowing skin. They gave me a luxurious massage. I felt amazing from head to toe. An they are really amazing for what they do, and they do it for a very affordable price. So if I have to recommend, I recommend Beauty Sense.

Customer service oriented. The spa is spotless. The equipment is always autoclaved. The staff are highly skilled. But on top of that they truly care about your comfort, asking you if you want a beverage, if the water temperature is to your liking etc. Best nail spa in Ellicott City!

Two different visits that are MEMORABLE. The first was a manicure with gel nails while my sister and friend got fabulous pedicures. We were SO impressed. The second was a birthday treat from my sister to have a facial. It was a one hour facial and I could feel toxins and strees creep out of my body. I am so happy this salon is not far from my home. I will never to anywhere else.By the way I also got an eyebrow wax and they did great job

If they tell you on the phone there is no wait, don’t believe them. Also, do not come here with friend if you want to get mani/pedi at the same time (no matter what they say). It won’t happen. If you are by yourself with no time limits this is the place for you.

Before I rate, I do want to say that I did not ask for a specific quote for each 10 year old prior to the service. (Shame on me!) My regular salon charges 10.00 a child, so I assumed the cost would be similar. I was unable to take the 5 girls to my regular salon because of scheduling and transportation. Beauty Sense charged me $25.00 each to do five 10 year old pedicures which was ridiculous. Each pedicure lasted about 15 minutes. The pedicure service on their little feet absolutely did not warrant the $25.00 cost per child! I will not go back nor would I recommend to anyone.

Got my nails done here Saturday for a party...Great job, no rush, very detailing and thoroughly.. nice polished jobs too. Got so many compliments at the party... I recommended this salon to too many people, should get a cut for each recommendation, lol...

I came here on my anniversary an hour before closing and was treated horribly. The women at the desk had no customer service. She was trying to rush me and my boyfriend into a decision. She answered our questions like she was annoyed. While we were talking to her, a women walked in (caucasian) and not only did she smile and give the lady excellent service, she also took the women and told us she had no time to take us and her. We asked why she skipped over us to service the lady behind us and she said she thinks the lady had an appointment. I will never go here again. I felt it was a race thing and therefore did not feel welcomed.

I really enjoyed this salon the staffwas so kind and they did a great job on my friends and my nails all of our nails looked so good. I got acrylic nails and I thought they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone I will definitely go back again

Got lash extensions done here and they were done very poorly. I paid lots of money to get them done and while they were applying the glue, she got some in my eye. It hurt to open them all day today and now i have to remove them myself because they refused to do it for me (insisting that they were busy). Instead of refunding me or listening, they left me to deal with the problem myself. In addition, the application looks very sloppy and unprofessional, almost as if they were done at home. The glue will not come off from my eyelid and my eyes are swollen from the glue being flush to my waterline. I have gotten extensions before and have never received such poor service. The glue that she used also does not seem safe for use near eyes seeing that it dried rock hard, which irritated them further. I will not be coming back to this salon again.

Had a great ped .. when it came to my fingernails the first tech I had said she couldn’t do the style shape I wanted was told I had an hr for someone who could do what I wanted...I felt like I was inconvenience I’m a paying customer I just uncomfortable...never anywhere have I been treated this way.. Never come back for anything else....

Nail tech was very rude... Effed up my eyebrows cuz she didnt want to take the time to properly do my halo chrome ... Never again

Beauty Sense Nails and Spa is fantastic. Staff does a fantastic job with my man/ pedi. She is funny, talkative and ensures my nails are perfect each time. This is my go to salon.

I have been coming here since they just opened not to long ago. Word must got out because recently I started making appointments rather then just walking in. Mrs. Vee does my nails and wax. I am always leaving there with fantastic looking nails. They offer WiFi service and coffee. tea. water or even a glass of wine. You get a discount when you pay cash.

Bad service. I went in, looking for relaxing mani and pedi treatments, but the staff were so rude, I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I dont want to be treated that way after a long day of work. Definitely not what I am looking for.

I have experienced very bad service and my nails were damaged during a procedure because the manicurist filed my natural nails too rough. When I informed her of this, the management became very rude and belligerent.
