Kim and Lisa were friendly and welcoming. Had a mani/pedi and they did a wonderful job!

Really nice ladies. The lady who did my pedicure did a very good job. I sometimes feel slight pain when getting a pedicure because I like my nails really short, but she took great care of me. I didn’t wince at all. She also got rid of my calluses which others could not. She made sure I was enjoying my time by asking “is the water ok? Are your nails short enough?” The only thing is halfway through my pedicure, I realized she wasn’t wearing a mask. The other 2 ladies were, so I think she just forgot. I didn’t notice until later, so I’m sure she didn’t notice either.

Very friendly staff, the owner or manager is attentive to all customers and helpful to the staff. My nail tech was very quiet but was able to do a sufficient repair and sculpt.

Extremely disgusted... I called the salon @ 12:30pm, to ask for a 4:30pm appointment. I was told yes, and the lady asked if possible, could I come a little earlier than 4:30pm. I said no problem. The lady asked for my name and said she would pencil me in. I rushed to take care of all of my errands so I could get there at 4:15pm. Upon arrival, I go to check in, and was asked if I had an appointment, I said yes. The lady asked for my name, I gave it, she then asked if I was sure, and proceeded to tell me that they were busy??? Im like, but I called you over 3 1/2 hours ago to ask if you had appointments, and even came at the earlier time that you asked? The lady at the desk said, oh sorry, were busy... I will never give this establishment my business, will never refer them to anyone I know, and have officially canceled them. They didnt have a care in the world about my inconvenience, and had the nerve to ask me if I could come back another day. I left, extremely upset, and felt so dismissed... I went to my car to try and scramble to find another place to get my toes done. Horrific experience, and everyone should know how I was treated...😡😡😡😡😡 #canceltruenails

Very nice ppl. Have gone there many times now. I get the dip powder for my fingernails and regular for toes. Great ppl.

Before I started going to true nails I was going to another local place, I should do my acrylics every 2 or sometimes 3 weeks and very expensive too. Since I’m going to True Nails my acrylics last over a month if I wish too.

Hours say they close at 7pm today (Saturday), just called at 5:20pm and she says Im sorry were closed. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The absolute worst service Ive ever had in any salon. I went in for a leg wax as my regular Salon is undergoing renovations. True Nails didnt have a room free, so they had me sit in a chair and started the wax. Then another woman came over, inspected my legs, and announced the fee would be $60. No explanation why. I dont have anything special about my legs, and I get my legs waxed every 8 weeks or so. Thats more than twice what I would pay anywhere else. Theyre incredibly rude and terse, and given how shoddy and poorly kept the parking lot and buildings are, youd think theyd be a little happier to see a potential new customer.

Customer service was horrible. Lady slammed the Polish and and snatched my hands as she did my nails which were horrible looking at the end. She rushed cuz it was almost closing time n got upset I smudged the polish. Smh she didnt even buff my real nails b4 adding the fullest just glue. My 8 yr old couldve did that and better. I recieved regular Polish for 35 dollars which I pay for gel will never go back again nor recommend.

Hidden gem. Staff is very personable. Quality work! The massage chairs are great. Will return.

Spent three hours in the salon to get a full set, lady told me nobody there to do acrylic so they got me started and I sat and waited over hour an half for someone to come back and finish my nails. My nails are all different lengths and not filed properly. My nails are a hot mess. Not worth the 45$ I was charged. Worse place to ever get nails done... will not return and will not recommend.
