I want to thank the owners and their staff for making my daughters quinceanera be a success. It was the most wonderful event imaginable. Good Music, Beautiful & Delicious Cake, Good Food, Good Customer Service, Most Important, Good Protection(police officer). Everyone was very polite. Thank You so much for making this event happen🤗💕👍

My sister is doing her daughter quinceañera next month and this lady have been giving her the run around about the decorations and other stuff they are the most un professional people I ever met. I do not recommend this place at all Hollywood Hall.

It was super hot inside

If I could rate zero I would. The place is beautiful and the staff by the beverage station is outstanding and the bathrooms were kept clean. HOWEVER, the owner (husky lady with short blonde hair) was watching EVERYONE like a hawk. She interrupted music frequently to make announcements about the children misbehaving and reminding everyone to watch their children. At times she took it upon herself to scold the children. I guess she wanted them to sit down and be statues. The breaking point was when on of the kids was standing by the pillars and she removed the mother from the dance floor to go get the child and proceeded to turn the lights on one hour early and start cleaning up by taking the table cloths off the table. Which ended our party early. Don’t own a party hall if you expect people to sit and not touch your walls. I’m shocked she didn’t ask us to limit our contact with the floor. Maybe she needs to own a library. All the bad reviews here are the exact same complain. Do your research.

Just recently celebrated our wedding there, beautiful venue, amazing and helpful owners. We were able to contact the owner and ask questions anytime throughout the day (and believe me....we had a ton of questions!!) Flexible schedule, availability of staff was amazing, location of the hall is adequate. The cake was beautiful and delicious, we were able to hire catering services from one of our fav restaurants. Overall, the experience was fantastic and memorable. We will definitely celebrate more joyous occasions with Miss Ana!! Highly recommend this venue!!

This hall is really really very nice. It holds the right capacity of people, tables are spread out, you dont feel crowded, decorations are awesome, honor table is pretty big and lighted, music plays really good and honor your requests. Bathrooms are very clean and space for photo booth is available. Even though the hall is on a strip of night clubs, inside feels comfortable and do not hear any outside noise. Overall I highly recommend this hall to anyone who wants to have a great memory of their event!

The new owners of this hall are very niece and have great customer service!! They are giving me a great deal for two events that I will be having. This is the right amount of space needed. I most definitely will recommend them to all my friends and family. Give them a try!!

Had an amazing event here

Had a great time, music was great the food(got the brisket) was outstanding. I got the all inclusive package which was perfect, I didnt have to worry about anything. Fernando (the owner) is super nice and accommodating. My family and friends where so impressed with the decorations,food,and music. They really made our day special!5 stars all the way!!!

We highly recommend Hollywood Hall. Their service is amazing from the management, staff and DJ you wont be disappointed. Beautiful hall as well. From the lighting, decor and music. Our event was spectacular!! Thank you everyone at Hollywood Hall.

I had my daughters Sweet 16 here. The venue was beautifully decorated-Ana portrayed my daughters personality completely in the colors and decor! My daughter was so impressed, she says this is the best day of her life so far, and is always wishing she could re-live it!Ana is so insightful and thoughtful-from choosing the best colors that coordinated with our theme, to helping us find a great florist for our one-of-a-kind center pieces, to assisting us with the practice session, to serving an amazingly delicious dinner, and providing the funnest dj around. .. to making sure this was the best experience my daughter could have had! I will definitely book my next celebrations here.

Racist people do not do business with them!!! they try to tell you what you can and cannot afford. There is no real sit down catering they serve you in foam plates and cups buffet style. will cancel items without notification!!! management is nasty and unprofessional!!! they upcharge things even after the contract is signed!!! If you are a person not of Hispanic dissent I suggest you do not do business with these people!!! there should be an option for negative stars on this location!!!!

I highly recommend this venue, as the ballroom is beautiful. We will return here next year for our annual awards luncheon.

Totally disappointed right now. I set up an appointment to see this hall for my daughter’s wedding and no one showed up. Waited 15 minutes. Called the number several times unfortunately mailbox was full.

Amazing place to have a celebration owners make you feel like your family .They take care of everything from food which is delicious, cake, drinks, decorations and dj one stop shop not expensive highly recommended !!!

Had the best of time at Hollywood Hall!!! Premises were super clean!!! And OMG!!! I LOVED THE MUSIC. DJ played a little bit of everything. Had us all dancing!! Totally recommended!!

Rude & controlling ownersThe owners are very nice until the day of the event. They are controlling about the most ridiculous things, like using electrical outlets and even turning on lights. They watch over the party as if you are about to break something. Its as ridiculous as it sounds. I absolutely recommend against this venue.Oh, and it was definitely decorated very nice, dont let that sway you.

Weve worked with hollywood hall el paso on a number of different events and they been thorough, professional, a great communicator and always brings great energy.

I cant say enough positive things about Hollywood Hall. When we signed our contract it was a previous owner and there was confusion for a couple of months because she was inthe middle of selling. When she did sell our contract was not properly filed and the new owners assured me everything would be ok. Fernando and his wife from that moment on took such good care of us for our daughters quinceanera. They worked with our daughter to make her day memorable. The decor, food, cake and refreshments were perfect. At the end of the night I asked my daughter if it was what she expected, her response was Yes and even more that was priceless moment because she is my only daughter. Thank you Hollywood Hall for your commitment, professionalism and helping provide an unforgettable day for our daughter Rosemary in February 24th her birthday and Quinceanera!

The event was absolutely out of this world and everyone was amazed how spectacular it was, all thanks to hollywood hall el paso.

I am reponding to a review by Monica Quesada, we did not have a guest by that name. How would a guest no all the little details of the event. This is exactly my point from my initial review. The owner should accept how we felt and work to correct the issues instead she writes a fake review. The hall was nicely decorated but that is not enough. The owners were rude and paced all night long. They locked a guest out because she arrived a little late to the ceremony. They control every aspect of the event. She yelled at the bridal party and didnt allow the photographer to take pictures. I would not recommend this venue. Its like having your event run by the Hitler.

The question should be what did I hate about it or should it not after what the owners did to me and my friends. I absolutely love the decor it was very exquisite but hated the way the owners were redirecting people even for the littlest things. They kept the rudness level high and when I say this I mean the truth. They were telling people to get away from windows with curtains because they didnt want for anything to be touched even though we are pretty old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. They kept complaining when it came to the usage of cups,plates,and forks asking for people to use a minimum of 2. They just werent the friendliest to be honest. As for this I rate this ballroom 1 star and if I could 0 not because the building didnt meet satisfactory qualifications but because the owners were inconvenient and rude.

They are very unprofessional I had an appointment to go see the hall last saturday I believe it was the 10th of February 2018 at 11am, so we were there 15min before nd the building was locked so we waited we thought they were on their way so when it was 5min till I called nd nobody answered the phone called back at 11 nd nobody answered the phone nd nobody was there so we were outside waiting nd calling nd nobody answered nd nobody showed up,my mom was knocking on the windows nd doors nd nobody was there so we left nd found another hall for my daughters quinciañera.If thats how they do business Im GLAD I didnt get it because they are SO UNPROFESSIONAL, I wouldnt recommend them at all.

Staff is awesome but small... No cleaning crew so the bathrooms were dirty for most of the event

Terrible people, was here for a childrens party. Wanted the children not to move. No to mention the staff was rude. The owned was worse. Mexicans not welcomed here. Racist people. Wasnt even allowed to charge my phone because they wont allow it. Everything is extra here. What you pay for at the begging doesnt include anything.

My quinceañera was a dream come true i loved the decorations and the owners are very very nice people and they make shure that everything is okey in the party,The party was amazing and i haf to much fun

Had a horrible experience as a guest. The owner walked around barking at guests. She was rude and unprofessional and many people were leaving early because of this. I would not recommend having your event at this place.
