My first time visiting this venue, the layout is nice the decor was exceptionalHowever the parking is extremely tightand although the service was polite, it was lackingno follow upvery little clean upAnd Absolutely NO Napkins.... These few things ruined what could have been a great experience.It is my sincere hope that management reads this review so that they can capitalize on the things that are still lacking because this place has phenomenal potential in our region !

I had my wedding there and they exceeded my expectations. My guest loved it.

Please don’t get married here, You have to be careful with yolanda, when we had talked at the beginning she had said things were included and then once the contract was signed she changed things and said they weren’t. We booked because it was the most affordable outdoor wedding venue we could find but they charge you for even breathing the same air and came up to a lot more than it was originally. I wanted a simple wedding and i felt judged every time we went to discuss decor and felt like she was planning it or mad that i wouldn’t get other things. I had picked the manteles and the day of the wedding they were not what i asked and said that i had asked for those even though i had never seen them before. I payed for the tablecloths i had chosen and it wasn’t what i asked for so i asked for my money back and she did not want to do that and never replied to my texts or calls. I left the centerpieces there to pick them up the following day and she swears they weren’t there. The wedding planner didn’t show up for our practice the day before and all yolanda said was to basically figure it out. She didn’t go outside to help or anything. I hated it, it was such a stressful experience because of the management and i will never have an event there again and I’ll make sure to tell all my family members and friends to never have one here either. Awful service

We went for a wedding reception and parking wasnt far. There was security at the entrance asking for our passes. The service was good, everything looked so pretty and the gardens so beautiful. Loved how it was decorated, loved the music and a very romantic environment.

Worse place ever..... Dont have your wedding or any type of event at this place ... Dont recommend...

Yolanda returns your calls like 5 days later! Not good. Yadira the planner is sooo picky its like if shes the one paying for the event!! Find another place if you dont want to stress on your event! The staff really sucks here!!

Wasnt impressed, for the amount they charge you would think it would be outstanding. First of all the owner manager lady is not even well versed in proper setup, leaves all over, and tables off to the side ready to be setup right by the ceremony space. Please also train your staff better. Waitresses off to the side cackling, looking disheveled and bartenders eating as if they are kids in class sneaking in bites. Please get it together.

Its a lovely place if you want to host an event!!! I wish I would have taken pictures. owner is great very friendly she takes most of the stress away by being able to cater most of the essentials needed for an event. The prices are not ridiculous like other locations I visited. Its beautiful especially at night when all the lights are on!

Beautiful place to have any event... but got a cold shoulder from both owners on our event... they assigned a wedding planner name yadira my wedding was a mess since the minute she showed up late it was a mess! Like I said beautiful place but I wouldnt recommend this place to no bride!

It is a very nice place so different than any other party places.

We had a blast at this place. Yolanda was great!!!! Place is beautiful! Staff was attentive and professional. I will use Jardines again and again for business events as well as for special occasions.

To begin with I had my wedding at the Jardines 4 years ago. It was a beautiful wedding thanks to a wedding planner they had at the time, Ms. Jessica! She was amazing! The atmosphere is perfect on a nice summer night. All my decorations were just like I wanted them all thanks to Jessica. Jessica also let me share my ideas and how I wanted the event to run and she did exactly what I wanted. From the Dj to the fireworks everything went very well. Then a guest accidentally took a center piece that the guest were not suppose to take, which was fine because our deposit clearly covered that. Well Mrs. Yolanda who is the owner of the venue threatened to send me another bill for the centerpiece and tried to say another piece was missing which then turned up so that was a lie. Had Mrs. Yolanda stayed away from the event it would have been a perfect experience and my rating would be higher! The venue is wonderful and fairly priced but dealing with the owners is a nightmare! Mrs. Yolanda is not a good wedding planner so im so thankful that at the time they had Ms. Jessica who was just the sweetest person ever! Again great place but be very careful with the owners.

We had our wedding at Jardines Arco Iris just a couple of weeks ago and we cannot stop thinking of how beautiful it was. My first appointment was in the late afternoon and the place was glowing as there are big beautiful trees wrapped in white lights, lit gazebo and tent, and water fountains. I fell in love with the garden the first time I walked in. We decided on a simple elegant theme and received numerous compliments from our guests and we were simply amazed. The staff at the event were very accomodating and courteous and the food and cake were delicious! I definitely recommend this place for a beautiful and unforgettable experience

MY FRIEND HAD HER QUINCEANERA AT JARDINESTHE THEME SHE SELECTED WAS UNDER THE SEATHE GARDEN WAS BEAUTIFUL, THERE WERE SEVERAL PROJECTIONS OF THE SEA, ONE OF THEME USING A WATER SCREEN.THE CENTERPIECES HAD SEA ITEMS AND SANDEVEN THE CAKE HAD EATABLE SHELLS!THE WORK DONE FOR THAT EVENT WAS INCREDIBLE.

Wow! What can I say! I was impressed! Yolanda knows how to put on the Ritz! Everything was beautiful! I will use Jardines again!!

Very inexperienced staff, they will do things like forget to serve two tables of guests food, forget to provide utensils for specific ceremonial events. Always needing to be given queue for stuff they should know how to do. Clueless, untrained. Management of this venue will charge a ton of money, and will not perform at the level one would expect to come with such a price. Go somewhere else.
