The hall is amazing and very beautiful and spacious. What I didnt appreciate was one server for 300 people. It is very inefficient. My guests had to wait in a long line to be served food and another line for their beverages throuout the whole evening.

Sorry to say but had a terrible experience with this venue. My husband and I were supposed to have our wedding in June of 2020. Unfortunately, covid 19 hit which caused us to change our plans. We originally agreed to move our date to a year later but soon after that, my then fiance who is in the military received orders to go to Japan for three years. This made it unpredictable as to whether or not we would get to have the ceremony so we asked the hall if there was any way we could get back what we paid minus the deposit. They refused to work with us even thogh we were in a pandemic and my my fiance had orders from the military. I understand they have a policy but I think we deserved a bit of compassion considering the circumstances.

The manager, the employees, the DJ, the waiters! Beautiful people and a lovely place! We had our sister Quinceañera Charra Style and they help us make it perfect!

I would like to thank Crystal Palace staff for an unforgettable night!! Everything came out perfect, the catering was great: warm food and served on time! Our event coordinator was always paying attention to details so that everything was as expected. The DJ was very professional, we spoke to him a few days prior to our event to explain the music we wanted and he respected our preferences. This was our second time we had an event here and we will definitely continue to choose Crystal Palace for our future corporate events! 100% recommended!

Im a heavy guy, I wish I had more food on my plate. Is a very nice place and clean. If i live in El Paso I would recommend to my friends, Thank you I had a great time in your Palace.

Had our event this past weekend, everything was going well until I found out that they didnt make the number of food plates that I requested. They had prepared 25 less plates, as the host of the party my wife and i decided to eat the pizza we had bought for the kids attending. Luckily we had enough food for everyone but i was stressing and going back to the server to check on the food count for roughly 30-45 minutes. If it was not for the food issue i would give the place 5 stars.

The venue is very beautiful and well decorated but the music sucks and requests are not allowed which makes the party boring.

Nice place. Big ballroom enough for about 150 people. Dance floor is not as big as it should be. Still nice place though. Good location.

Had a quince this weekend was very hot. The women’s toilets were clogged (they were unable to fix them)and we paid for a bartender that was clueless on making drinks. Ended up taking all the liquor mixes home ;(Very beautiful hall but from my last daughters event there (6years ago) to now it has changed a lot. They even threw away the boxes to our cake and were unable to take our cake home. I hope they get it together because the hall itself is beautiful!

I just want to tank Crystal Palace for the great service that we received on my daughters wedding, the ballroom looked beautiful and the great ambiance provided by the DJ was great. I really recommend the hall great venue and great price

This place looks nice, thats it. The A/C doesnt work, they opened the doors to get air in the hall because it gets extremely hot. I had to take my baby outside to get air because she was sweating so much. The food is dry and has no taste. The speakers didnt work well, the DJ placed really old music the whole time for a 15ce. One of the TVs didnt work or wasnt turned on for the video part of the 15ce.

Amazing venue loved the music and its a clean venue, I they added new ac units because it was cold with my blazer on

A/C wasnt working for nothing. I guess they still have swamp coolers because it was terrible...all the people was complaining.Nice ballroom tho.

For a fancy ballroom the air cooling system is horrrible. We are in a Lulac fund raising tardeada and it is intolorable. They should be ashame of collecting a rental fee. Never again.

I do not recommend it. I had to pay to change the date of the quinceañera since the owner given the circumstances with the pandemic did not want to change it voluntarily because by June, the city allowed the salons to open at 50% capacity. He had nothing ready since most of the stores were closed and he did not even have the courtesy to change the date no matter how much I explain.The DJ unfortunately doesnt mix well. He asked us for a list of songs and nothing else played very few. At the time of the presentation the lights did not turn on. I had to tell her to turn them on at the second dance.In the end I had to rent a waiter because they are not included in the package. And he did not do a good job either, he was supposed to cut the cake and distribute it and just cut it and leave it on the table for the guests to pick it up.The only good thing about that place is the manager Armando and his wife, they behaved luxuriously and kept me up to date on everything throughout the night. Also Liliana did a mega job at the time of decorating the tables !!Better find another salon that is worth it and give you more for your money!

I had to attend a quinceañera, it is a very nice and spacious place, excellent for any occasion. I can not tell you about prices, because it was not me who paid the expenses.

Everyone congratulated me that the place looked beautiful with the centerpieces and tablecloths! ... Everything was perfect. They had told us that we were going to be among the first to enjoy the new refrigeration system that they put in and thats how it was ... the weather was very good, it even got cold! I dont like the dj very much it takes a long time to organize the weddings they are not fast the floor is very dangerous one slides a lot the track is very small the prices are very high in a few words it does not take out the hall for the price
