The owner Blanca has absolutely no communication skills at all. Nor does she even care. I had my event there this past weekend. I booked it since April. Took place in September. I had been calling her several weeks before to keep up to date with the place and wanted to test out her projector beacuse we were going to be showing a video. It is close to impossible to get ahold of her. We literally had pull up to the hall in hopes of catching her there. The day of my event many thing went wrong. The colors I chose for the present and cake table were not the right ones. I told her and her son the colors I wanted for the balloons and she put in orange (a color i didnt ask for). Her cord in the kitchen was not working. Since July! My cousin had a party there as well and the same thing happened to her. Luckily my mom had a gut instinct and decided to bring an extension cord just in case. It wasnt a power cord though... we kept trying to tell her shes needed to fix it cuz my guests were waiting for me to warm up the stuff and the power to that thing wasnt working right. She told us to wait beacuse she was signing a deal with a client. Im sorry but.. when we paid we also paid for your undivided attention and time. Especially if something is wrong with your hall. You need to fix it! I asked her where my popcorn was and she said she wasnt making it because I chose snow cones. I told her.... back in April she told me ALL parties booked come with popcorn. The client only chooses between snow cones and cotton candy. She eventually made my popcorn but not the snow cones. Her reason? She said everything was happening to fast and she forgot. Then.. when it came time to showing my video it wasnt working! My husband is tech savvy. He saw her computer and told her she had a virus. And had many things on her computer which was making it slow. He eventually got it going but when the video was displaying the audio was horrible! Her speakers were blown out or something. It wasnt working properly. He adjusted the volume but it wasnt that. It was the actual speaker. We were furious because we went the day of to test the video and she said she would but not now cuz they had to do something. She said everything would be ok. She kept telling me to chill. And asked if this was my first party. I told her no... but this is the first time Ive felt very unsure of everything. Well..She clearly didnt test it... We highly feel you shouldnt offer services you yourself have no idea how to use. Everything was just a mess. Very unprofessional. I called asking i wanted a refund of $100 for everything and she said she could only do $50. We said ok. She said to meet her Monday at 1pm. My husband arrived 10 min before 1pm. Blanca arrive at 1:40pm. Other people were waiting for her to.. My husband asked why it took so long. She replied.. Things happen. We understand things happen but clearly things ALWAYS seem to happen with you and your hall. It would have been courteous and professional to notify us of the delay. The biggest thing was communication. She has none. Please dont waste your time here. Not saying shes a bad person. But she just dosent have communication or professionalism to run a businesses.

Toooo expensive for a little hall and soooo dam HOT IN THERE!!

Nice place for a small event

The Party Hall, is very attractive, regarding entertainment. Lets say, if I host a baby shower, and plenty of kiddos, show up, they have video games, a play room, and a jumping balloon. Therefore, all moms, shouldnt be worried about their kids, and they will enjoy the event. Also, the place counts with a equipped kitchen, and nicely decorated, clean restrooms. The party hall, is recommended for almost any occasion, and themed birthdays, are more than welcome to be celebrated hereGood job, Cri-Cri

Good customer service and decent price .

DO NOT recommend this place. The doors were locked when I got there to set up, (which was only 15 min) and they would not open the door. The manager had me and my guest waiting outside!! Ridiculously embarrassing! Terrible experience. Then I asked to speak to the manager and she said she didn’t see a problem. Yet she had only set up 14 tables, when I had asked for 20. So as my guest arrived, I was setting up the tables. My candy bar was not completed. Nothing was ready like she said it would be!! Will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter had a baby shower there nice Hall not too big not too small fits about 120 people but the way you decorate it makes a difference its all about decorations people were very nice just wish it had a bigger kitchen with a stove all I saw was a microwave but very nice for a small birthday party also

The women managing our party was so unprofessional she showed up late and we were setting up for our party when guests were arriving. During the party she was getting our food with out asking and before our guests. At the end of the party she said one of our guests broke the door and wanted to charge us. Worst experience.

Had my kids birthday party there, didnt like how the employee was announcing things on her own schedule not ours. I paid for the hall so I wanted to do things on our schedule not theirs, and when I corrected the lady she rolled her eyes. Not good for a place of business. Than we forgot some items, called the next day early spoke with the owner and was told yes ur things are there. When I went to pick them up things were used by another party. Will not be returning and will be sharing my experience with family n friends.

A new management took over after i had already saved the date they did not even follow the package i paid for or gave me my money back fir no popcorn or snow cones I would never recommend this business they didnt even pay attentuin ti the music ir let me play my slide show during the entire party

I had my sons first birthday party here the owners changed in the months i was paying for the event. That experience was not good did not get the snow cones or pop corn i paid for in the package they also said the popcorn was old and it was too cold to serve snow cones. They did not know how to play music off of our usb and did not want to play the slide show.

Would definitely NOT recommend. The employees were eating the food from the party, being extremely rowdy and rude. They started an hour late but still charged us for the time they spent setting up even if it was their fault. One of the employees spent the entire evening screaming at all the children for every little thing. All the employees except one had really bad attitudes. Will not be coming here ever again.

You pay what you get for. Reasonable price for a small get together. They have some jumping balloons for the kids and a small dance floor. If you have a Bluetooth phone you can ask to connect to their system and play whatever songs youd like. Or pay for a Dj or let their own Spotify dictate the music. There were a couple minor things we needed to ask the workers but they did what we asked within 5 minutes. Now if you are having a big wedding or huge 150+ party probably not the place for you but if we are having a function with less than 120 people we would rent it out again.

I was there as a guest I did not rent it out. It was kind of small and really hot in there the jumping ballon was dirty the workers there were all sweaty I hope I don’t get invited again

A very good place for parties, we rent it every year because we like the service and how kind the owners are, the environment we do.

Bad service when we went to look at the room and make the contract they told us that in the event they were going to give popcorn and scratches our event was from 7 to 11 it was after 9 when I went and I asked the lady if they were not going to I scratched and he told me that after a while, the scrapes he gave them around 10 and some guests had left and the popcorn never gave them 😔.At the moment to walk in a hurry do not complain but it is wrong that they offer services and do not comply.

The living room is not very pleasant. The decoration is very bare. I wouldnt have a party there
