Ive been coming here for over two years and I am never disappointed. I live in the North Park area and have tried other nail salons close by and always regret cheating on QT nails. I dont hesitate driving 20 minutes away for quality service. Alex does an amazing job with my acrylics! The customer is phenomenal and the atmosphere is all around positive.

Had an amazing pedicure, great leg / foot massage and loved the massage chairs. Our feet have never felt better, and Ive found a new favorite nail color. Will definitely come back for a manicure. Thanks again!

I just wanted to say that Im really happy with the service I received here. I decided to throw a graduation/farewell party before I leave for college, but I was so busy trying to get everything together and I completely forgot to get my nails done. So I was super grateful that they sat me right away even though I was a walk-in. The lady that helped me was very sweet and made sure I was happy with the colors I picked before painting. I would definitely come back again during when I come back.

Alexa is one of the best manicurist Ive ever used. She takes time with her work and never overbook, she is on time with her appointments and doesnt kill you if she had to cut ingrown nails. She is a true professional. I like her relaxed demeanor and her choice of classical music too!

I was a walk-in and the nail tech started my nails. She got to the cutting down part. She never informed me she had someone coming in with a 6:00 appointment. So her appointment starts walking in and she pushes me to the other chair and say somebody else will take you. I’m just like okay 1 that was rude . I came in at 5:45 so you knew you had an appointment coming in at 6:00 way before you decided to do my nails. So unprofessional.

Came in with my mom and we both agree that this is our new favorite place. The staff were really nice and made sure they were careful with my hands because I recently burned them :)

Ive been a client for over 12 years never in my life have I been treated so RUDE by Lee the owner of the salon!! I decided that since I always get Gel Nails (More Expensive) I would get regular acrylics-when I walked in she said NO Gel I said no she said No get, Gel better for you! (Im thinking better for you! ) after that she asked me if i wanted them cut down, yes she charged me extra Ive never paid before. After that I needed to pay she was SOO rude and said ATM You dont have 17.00 in Cash?? NO!! I just got back from a cruise! after that face and remark I gave her a $5.00 bill in EXCHANGE for dollars! She almost refused to give me my $5.00 in ones..She wanted to keep it all after all those insults and rude remarks she didnt deserve a huge tip! I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!! -She knows nothing of loyal customers and all the times I went there and spent $100.00 at a time for a spa day!

Today i went there for the first time, and they did okay. one of the ladys told me the final price for my nails (while she was doing my nails) then after she was done, she said that my nails were a different price and made it more expensive. But overall, my nails were good, but another problem is that my nails were un-even.

Its a nice environment okay mani pedis but when it comes to designs and acrylics THEY SUCK! I asked a lady if she could add more polish to a part she missed and she told me she couldnt. She missed several nails at that. The contouring of my nails SUCK..its all over the actual shape of my nail bed. My mom asked for a certain service done to her toes, they totally ignored that request.
