Smooth is the only place I will go to for waxing. I started at the Norfolk location until the VA Beach location opened. Now I go to this one because its closer but Ive never had a bad experience at either. I go to Maddie she has become my favorite. Now that Ive started waxing I cant go back to shaving. She does an absolutely amazing job!👍😊

Wow!! This was my first Brazilian wax ever and I am so glad my friend referred me to Smooth. Katie took great care of me and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be for this procedure. I just had my first appointment with Maddie and I am so happy!! My Brazilian was virtually painless and very fast, as was my underarm wax! Maddie is very professional and polite and a great conversationalist. The overall space is very clean and has wonderful modern decor and spa music. The front desk woman was also very polite and professional, though I did not catch her name. I can’t wait to be back in 4 weeks!!

A great business that I’ve been going to since they opened their vb location. I love them so much I was willing to drive 40min away to their Norfolk location before they opened in Virginia Beach. I’ve been seeing Shelby and she does such clean and professional work, always rips off super smooth and is not painful since she KNOWS how to rip off the wax and what directions to pull vs most places that left me bleeding and with sores before. I get both my brows and Brazilian wax. A must go to place if you wax like me and like things done the CORECT way!

I visited Smooth for the first time about 2/3 weeks ago. I have been to many places and have never been 100% satisfied with the after just stuck with what was given. But Shelby definitely satisfied, she took her time and made sure the shape and thickness was right. I have previously broke out with blisters due to the heat of wax but She was super gentle and actually cared, it was definitely the best eyebrow was I’ve experienced

I love coming in to see Maddie! She makes sure my waxes are as quick and pain free as possible, and we always have a good conversation to pass the time!
