Erika was super friendly and very patient. I got a combo gel mani with a pedicure and it was only 45 bucks. I cant wait to go back and pamper myself. Location was lovely and also very clean. Highly recommend it

Super clean nail salon and fun and friendly staff! I love going and having Erika do my nails! They last me over 3 weeks before my nails grow out too much and need a fill. Amazing work for amazing prices I cant find anywhere else!

Pros: they spend A LOT of time on your pedicure. They are super clean. Meticulous with nail polish.Cons: it feels like they arent very experienced. I called to ask if they had someone that could cut out an ingrown that was starting to get uncomfortable (not severe, just a trim down the side like Ive had done many times at other salons). They told me that they could and I made an appointment. But after my feet are in the tub the girl tells me that they dont actually cut out anything, they just clean around it. NOT what we had discussed at all. I was a little perturbed that it seemed they blatantly lied just to get me there. I wouldve understood if they didnt prefer to do that but she ended up getting another woman to come over who was able to at least trim some out. Otherwise I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. Probably wont go back.UPDATE: its been a few days and the nails are still uncomfortable so yeah, they didnt do anything to help. Basically just wasted my money and time.

I had the best experience here. Erika did my pedicure. I am a anxious person and was relaxed here, place was roomy very clean. This is my new spot very convenient.

Today was my first time coming here because my other salons shut down. The reviews are what encouraged me to try it. I was absolutely impressed with everything at this nail salon! The owner is there and she was very attentive and friendly. The techs were communicative and did an outstanding job. The business is outside on the sidewalk for the time being but still very relaxing with ample shade. The supplies, chairs and desks appeared very neat, tidy and clean. The prices are slightly less than other salons Ive been to. I will be returning here on a regular basis from now on!

Take your business somewhere else, they’re very rude! I walked in and the nail tech looked at me then looked down. I overlooked that and sat down for ten minutes without anyone speaking a word to me. Ending up leaving because I refuse to give them business.

Friendly and professional. Aileen was gentle and mindful of protecting the natural nail when removing the previous acrylic overlay. The outside accommodations were not ideal but staff did their best to look out for everyones safety. Cant wait to use their nice lounge when things get back to normal!

So glad I found this place!! It’s a hidden gem in El Cajon! Super clean and the ladies who work here are great! Erika does my nails and she is amazing!! I highly recommend this place! Also, they are super safe with temperature checks, masks, dividers and cleaning all the time! Love it!

I’ve been to this place a few times now. I love that I don’t feel like people are talking about me or my nails in a different language. One thing I think could be better is that my cuticles do feel like they could have use more care. But I still love this place and will go back.

Ive been here twice now, both times I had appointments with Erika. I like that she uses gentle tools that dont break skin, so I never have to worry about being cut. Im subtracting 1 star because my appointments take a LONG time. Last time, I was there for 2 hours. This was to take off the old acrylic and replace with overlay, no additional designs. The nails looked great at first, but the powder layer ended up being so thin that it doesnt hold up. It started chipping a few days later. I think if I had stuck to what I always do, instead of choosing overlay, it would have turned out better. I will give them another chance. The owner is super friendly.

I have been here both for a pedicure and a manicure and I gotta say, both were great. Service was quick, its very clean, everybody was super nice and are good at their craft,, and it is easy to make an appointment. Sometimes you can walk in but I feel it is best to call. I believe they also do mimosa Sundays. Worth checking out of you are looking for a clean nail salon.

Oh. My. Gosh. This place is amazing. Beautifully decorated with brand new equipment, tons of polish colors to choose from and theyre open on Sundays! Who does that?

Brought my mom and sister here for pedicures and we absolutely loved this place. Good atmosphere, great music with a friendly owner and techs. Will totally be going back!

Was kindly greeted as soon I walked in. Very nice and clean! I got the platinum pedicure and it was fabulous, the massage was wonderful. Will definitely be returning.

I saw my BFF had an awesome pedicure and asked where she went, she went to this new place called Kiss Nail Lounge in El Cajon and had Daniel do her toes. I immediately made an appointment with Daniel and I simply LOVED it! The place is clean, looks nicely remodeled, spacious and everyone was very nice. I highly recommend it, my toes were beautiful for a wedding I was attending 👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼 💅🏼

Had a really nice experience here. Ive been trying to find an EC location that is consistently clean, courteous, and competent. I am hopeful that Kiss Nail Lounge will be that place! I had the mani/pedi combo, and the pedicure massage was the best Ive ever had. I plan to be back.
