Mario is amazing! I literally can’t help but smile when I see him! Every time I have an encounter with him at Crest he is prepared with a smile.. a laugh a great story and a joke! He immediately puts me in a better mood… and if that wasn’t enough he is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He never forgets a name and what is important to that customer. Sure the cleaning service is great but honestly I keep using Crest because of Mario. He makes it a great place to grab a dose of encouragement and a smile to fuel my day!

We have always chosen to drop off and pick up our dry cleaning at a trusted shop, but when we moved to a condominium we decided to try using Crests delivery service. Now we wonder why we waited so long! The quality is consistently good, the logistics are incredibly easy and the cost is highly competitive. We just text our route person Jomel and he picks up cleaning on the next appointed day (Tues or Fri). Within a day we receive an itemized bill with details of each item, and every once in a while that is accompanied with a discount offer that applies almost immediately. The garments are returned in great shape -- including special items like bedspreads and table linens. Easy, high quality, competitively priced and totally reliable -- why use anyone else? And Jomels service with a (digital) smile seals the deal!

I just moved to the Reston area and figured I would give Crest a shot and boy am I glad I did. The first time I showed up I was almost embarrassed by how stained my white dress shirts were. I am in the catering industry and let them get soiled with wine and food pretty badly. The gentleman at the front desk, Mario said that it would be a longshot but he would do his best. I Thought that my shirts were toast but I was far from correct. When I picked them up I thought that Mario went out and bought 3 new shirts. I’m not kidding that’s how good they looked. I was sold after the first go around. These guys are the real deal! Thanks Crest!

Terrible job. I left my Canada Goose jacket there for cleaning after winter. They didn’t clean it at all. All sleeves, pockets and bottom is still dirty! I understand it is 25$ with coupon, but this is terrible. Guy at the front said it was everything that they could do. I don’t believe it, how many times I used dry cleaners and clothes were clean and smell nice. I think they just didn’t clean it at all. Terrible. Do not go there.

Mario was absolutely AMAZING! I had a dress I needed dry cleaned last minute and every place I went said they could not do it! Mario took the time to try cleaning a small part of the dress and test if the sparkles on it would come out. He asked if I could come back shortly and when I did he had my dress still sparkling and looking like new! So grateful and thankful to him! Amazing! I rarely get things dry cleaned but when I do I will be coming here from now on! Mario was honest and went out of his way to help me! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I couldnt be happier! Went to pick up my order and found out that the shop is going to be close for a number of days. Giving 5 stars because I think it is amazing to give extra days off to your employees being in the service industry. Ethics that a lot of other businesses should follow in the service industry. Crest @ South Lakes is a fantastic service that really have met every need that I have every time. They offer easy, same day service (before 11am drop off and ready by 5pm) every day except for Sunday. My job requires for me to have a perfectly dry cleaned and starched uniform every day, Crest has never failed me. They are incredibly friendly every time I walk in. They know me by name and usually have my order in hand by the time I walk through the door. They have easy online tracking, so I can track the progress of my order online, and I get a text when its ready for pickup. All in all, its a wonderful service that is quick and easy.

Crest Cleaners is the best cleaners I’ve ever had. Moved to Reston three years ago and worried about finding the right cleaners for my clothing. Tried a few other places and then my apartment building advertised with free pick up and delivery. I will be honest as my first experience was a bit difficult. Miscommunication and understanding how pick up/delivery worked left me a bit disappointed. The manager called me directly and explained the process which then relieved my concern. Tried the service one more time and now have been with them for over two years! Love the environmentally way they clean my clothes with no odor and no tags to remove. The online portal tracks my clothes reducing loss. My clothes smell so fresh and look bright again. Also love the convenience of pick-up and delivery. The pricing is competitive with other dry cleaners so why not add the convenience to your work/life balance. Thank you, Crest Cleaners for two plus years and more to come of outstanding service!!!

Mario and the other employees at the South Lakes Crest Cleaners are the best. Ive been coming here for years as they do a great job with all clothing types and fabrics. But the best part is how friendly they are. Its like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. A nice small town feeling. I highly recommend this establishment !!!

Just wonderful! Anthony greeted me right away, was clear about the prices, listened to my requests, answered my questions, and was honest and realistic about what can be done with my clothes. He was kind and so helpful. I dropped off several items and it was done within 24 hrs.My clothes were very well taken care of! The pleats of my dress pants were done nicely and everything looked so good. The best part was that my clothes had no scent! I have extremely sensitive skin and am always hesitant of cleaning products, but not with Crest.There are other cleaners close to my house, but Crest is worth it. The folks here are amazing people and run a great business.

They were friendly, quick and polite. I had a shirt I needed for an event that evening. I was able to drop it off on my way to work and pick it up after work. The whole process was painless. I love going to this cleaner. The only downside is the parking but if you know about the little parking lot behind the grocery store it makes it painless. I look forward to when I can use their services again.

They wanted $3.35 for 1 men’s button down shirt, clean and press. Went outside and called the 3 closest cleaners and they were all around $1.80 for the same. No thank you!!!

We have been using Crest for home delivery dry cleaning for about three years. Their service is excellent! Weve never had a problem with any item weve sent for pressing or dry cleaning. If there is ever any question at all, we get a friendly phone call from our wonderful Crest rep Nate. We have also used them for cleaning area rugs and they did a great job. I would highly recommend trying their home delivery service.

Great customer service before during and after. Called me to verify cleaning for an item with no tags. Excellent job with cleaning and removing stains. Only downfall I would say is that the price for a mens 2 piece suit comes out to $7.95 less than a womens dress suit because a dress suit is charged separately as a dress (same price as a mens 2 piece suit) and a sports jacket (additional charge). I feel like mens suit and womens suit should be charged the same price.

He is extremely competent, professional, friendly, and is always anticipating the needs of his customers. Would give 0 stars if I could. I dropped off 70+ dollars worth of clothes to be cleaned. When I went to pick up my shirts the associate at the counter stated they didnt dry clean one of my shirts, because there was a tear in it. The tear looked almost as if it had been cut by scissors, it was crisp and looked like it had been caught by a machine. They immediately denied they did it. They stated it arrived this way. I asked to speak with a manger and was greeted with the same negative tone. I picked this place due to convenience, and its higher rating; however, after dealing with my shirt that they refuse to replace and their terrible customer service I will be moving on to a better spot. They went even as far as to say they never touched the shirt even denying taking the shirt from me from the other side of the counter?? Wouldnt recommend

Crest Cleaners is great! I like that they use environmentally friendly solvents, that my clothes are always clean, free of a chemical smell, and returned to me in good condition, LOVE the fact that they deliver, and am a big fan of Crest Coupons. Were so happy that we live close to this great business.

Overall, it was a good experience. I would like to know the price of the service when I drop off my items. Also, it needs to be more clear on home delivery timelines. I was expecting it to be delivered next day and thankfully I asked and was notified it wouldnt be delivered until Thursday. Glad I asked due to me needing the garments for work on Tuesday. I will be back, these are merely suggestions on how to improve the service for others

Awful. Pricing is not transparent at all. They wanted to charge $25 for 2 uncomplicated, unstained, relatively inexpensive items. When I asked to negotiate the bill, they refused, so I walked out. Over the next couple weeks, they left multiple voicemails asking me to pick up the items, but then when I would call back they would still not negotiate. I think they just dont believe women should be able to do this, even though its just a basic part of doing business. Finally after 40-some odd days of them holding my clothes hostage, I was able to talk them down to a slightly more reasonable charge. Hold the line, people. There is nothing good about interacting with this company. A woman asking to negotiate is not attitude. #ripoff #scam

They have been picking up and dropping off my dry cleaning for years. There has never been an issue. The people that work there have been there for years and are always professional, courteous and easy to talk to. Its a very smooth operation, they are consistent.

Crest is best. If you can get there in the AM youre stuff is done when youre ready to leave work that day. There was one time that I totally procrastinated and waited until the last possible day to put my clothes in before a trip and they got my stuff done early, mostly because they are the best! I would never go to another dry cleaner again ever.

I dont recommend the Reston location. I have been experiencing issues with this location lately in terms of pricing, they charge me the wrong prices and it becomes hassle to resolve after the items being delivered.

I drove 25 min out of my way to find this green dry cleaners. Glad that I did! Attentive staff and there wasnt this air of frenzy that is usually present at the dry cleaners. I will be back! This is probably not PC to say but I was uplifted to see such a diverse crew behind the counter at the Reston location.

After 4 years of using their service, my wife and I won’t be coming back. They were always expensive but we liked the convenience and wanted to support a local business in our community. Over the last year we noticed a decline in service such as worrying about whether we brought in our shirts on hangers or whether we unbuttoned the shirt collars/sleeves because they didn’t want to do it. As they’re twice the price as most competitors, we would expect a higher level service and doing what is convenient for the customer. Most recently they ripped two of my dress shirts. Before this, I’ve probably only had two shirts ripped in 20 years by cleaners. Last week I took my shirts to another place for better service at half the price. I just don’t think as a business they’ll be successful at being high priced and providing poor service. At least I’m not going to give my money to support that combination.

It is working great for us. I also like that if I forget, I can run the clothes over to the cleaners and have them returned on my regular day. Thanks for making life a little easier.

The South Lakes Crest Cleaners in Reston, VA is the best in the business. My family has been going there since the 1990s. The manager (Mario) offers great customer service and his superb attitude is reflected in his employees.

This might be one of the more expensive dry cleaners but they do a great job and use all kinds of technology(texting when items are ready, using just your last 4 digits of your phone number to identify your account, & barcode stickers to mark clothing for easier processing and tracking) to make everything easier for the customer. The staff are really nice and have always tried to accommodate any request Ive made. I was told that the pickup and drop off service is free so I may give that a shot in the future.

I have been waiting for this experience forever it seems! For years, I have been lugging my clothes to dry cleaners and along comes Crest. They picked up the clothes, dropped them off, and they were cleaned perfectly. I have struggled with other cleaners ability to get my shirts properly cleaned and pressed, and Crest got it right on the first try!

This was the first time using their service and I have no complaints. The home service is very convenient and easy.
