I usually go to Lakeside for my pedimani or to do my nails. But it was my birthday and this place is so close to my house, so I gave it a try. Two guys worked on my nails & feet at the same time, they were so kind and efficient. They did an excellent job. I felt so appreciated as a customer. This is my new favorite place now!

This time it was horrible experience, they charge $75. For gel manicure and pedi which I ask them just to paint my toes because they always damage my feet, I took my daughter and she wasnt happy either. Ask if someone really understands English before they do anything.

It is so difficult for me to find a place that does a good job on my acrylics. They usually turn out uneven and the art never comes close to the inspo pics. Yen did a beautiful job on my set. Definitely would go back to her 💅Inspo pic vs actual

I love this place! All of the workers are super sweet and are amazing at what they do. My nail artist always works with me on what I want to do, no matter what it is

New management is lacking. They double book clients and take walk ins so appointments have to wait. Be careful with instruments too. They use the same dirty drill with various people and don’t sanitize in between customers

Went to do my nail they were horrible I could of done a better job. The guy that did my nail kept getting up to do other things and left my nails uneven and put acrylic on my skin and didn’t even clean them up right since I didn’t use gel nail polish he didn’t even want me to get into the nail dryer when I asked he seemed surprised. Will never go back again. Gave them two stars cause the lady in the front was super nice.

Tiffany has been doing my fingernails and my toenails for a long time. She is the best she has a great attitude she’s always on time she always works on getting me in, I own a day spa elsewhere and I love coming to her.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years and NOT ONCE have they been able to honor my appointment time. I always have to wait. They’ll say 10 minutes but it’s usually longer. I finally smartened up and made an appt. for 9:30 - which is the time they supposedly open - thinking they couldn’t possibly slip someone else in before me. I showed up at 9:25, and was told I’d have to wait because there were already people here. Are you kidding??? I asked repeatedly what time they open and kept saying 9:30. I don’t get it. I will say that I’ve been happy with the way my pedicure is done by ‘Mary’ - but the rest of the service is ridiculous. It’s every single time. I’ll have to find somewhere else that knows what an appointment is and knows what time they open.

Great service, absolutely amazing work on my nails every time. Very friendly staff, pleasant vibe. (P.S. Tiffany always does my acrylics and she does an amazing job!)

Been here two times, 1st time my 2 year old could have done my nails better. They also never honor appointments make. They say 10 minutes after 30 I just left. Never going back. Go somewhere else!

The WORST nail place ever. I went with my friend and the woman that did my nails rushed so much because she said she had an appointment to go too. She constantly checked her phone while doing my nails. When I was deciding what colors I wanted she rushed me because of her appointment which is so annoying. I told her I would wait for someone else because I wanted time to choose but she said no and kept doing my nails. Now I paid $34 on a color that I dont even like. Other than that she was extremely rough on my hands. 3 of my fingers have cuts on it and I was in pain for most of the time it was so unpleasant. My friend also got her nails done by someone else and they were mostly all crooked.

This was my first time in this shop. Sarah was very attentive and made my experience so enjoyable. She tells you to relax as she does her work. Is also my first time having gel toe nails. She really takes her time to do her work. I will definitely be coming back and trying a design for a pedi and mani.

The people were nice, however I had Tom and he was preoccupied, distracted, and in a rush. Asked me half way through my nails how I was going to pay. He never filed my toes and I had to ask him to file my nails. When paying he stood there waiting for his tip. Made me feel like I was going to leave without paying. Suggestion to everyone, dont go! Worse mani/pedi Ive ever had.

Ive been coming here for years, overall Ive had a good experience but whenever I get stuck with the first lady to the left ( Linda) its a horrible experience. She is very rough and rude, does not listen to what you want. Will slap your hand if you dont guess the position she wants you fix your hand, not to mention always cutting my nail too short to the point where it bleeds or simply cutting my skin. The 4 times Ive given her a chance I end up with a cut. Ask for some else is you end up in her hands, shes not clean. Todays experience was the 4th time cutting me, after I requested someone else she shortly stared working on someones nails without washing her hands. This woman was handling my blood and never thought about contamination...

What a waste of money! Never again!! The lady did not cut my toenails or cuticles. Extremely aggressive and rude. Why take people’s money if you don’t want to do a good job. Left me sitting in the chair so she could go put her make up on. Horrible pedicure!!

Ive been coming here off and on for 10 years and its only gotten better with time. The service is friendly, prompt, thorough, and they even offer a complimentary glass of wine or soda! Great with kids too 😊

This salon is unclean and doesn’t practice appropriate standards of sanitation. Beware of what fungus you will pick up there. The spa pedicure is done using a disposable plastic liner but they don’t sanitize the jets with the disinfectant between clients.

I switch my nail salons and think it is defiantly worth it I absolutely love this place especially Mary.

Worst gel manicure, the pedi was ok...but the guy keep sanding the gel off and wasted most of the time taking off the old gel- didnt soak my nails and clip the cuticles- put a small of lotion on my hand and rubbed it in after the polish as done..worst one I have ever had

Why cant no starts be given ? Man did my nails he was so rude and in a rush cause he had an appt after me. Yanked my hands around rushed me to pick a color. Never go here. Never been treated so bad ever.

Horrible!! Never going back!! I asked for a basic eyebrow wax, she did them way too thin, and far apart!! Extremely horrible.

I paid 35 dollars and 5 of my nails fell off on the matter of 3 days. I had to super glue them back on.

Not everyone who works there is certified. Its hit or miss on how well your nails are done and it your tech specks enough English to understand what you want.
