OV Posh has an inviting atmosphere, the most comfortable massage chairs I have ever used, amazing service, and is immaculate inside.Ann took care of me and I appreciate her attention to detail. She even fixed an ingrown toenail (without me asking) that had been causing me pain for weeks! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done.

I love this place . I come all the way from the Southside to get my nails and pedicure done here, they are just so professional and attentive to detail. The Owner is just the best and takes good care of her clients and employees. I do have to add they are very busy and get booked very fast if you feel you dont like your nails I suggest you speak up before you leave so they can fix it and they are very happy to do so..

Ive been going here for 3 years and still would recommend, their friendly, hard working, and a wonderful place. They greet you uniquely everytime and will work with you through everything. They occasionally will scratch you with the drill; however, they patch it up and take care of it immediately.

Go but at your own risk!Left with injury!I have been here a couple of times between 2018 and 2019.I stopped by last Monday arruond 4pm without an appointment for a pedicure. I was told it would be a 15 min wait.I was seated 30 minutes later and my pedicure began after another 15 min. before I even got my feet in the water. Please, just be honest, if you tell someone 15 min. dont make it be 45min. Not to mention that the person that arrived 5 min after me, also without an appointment got tended to 10 min sooner than me.I chose the pedicure with callus treatment. This was not the first wime I had this specific pedicure.The lady that was working on me must have put some of the chemichal callus gel on parts of my foot she shouldnt have because after a little bit it started burning, a lot! So I told her and she sprained some water on the area, and continued with my pedicure.  That didnt help because at that point it was burning so much I had a hard time holding my tears. She put my foot in the warm water where my other foot was soaking and that made it even worse. She called the owner to take a look and other colleagues too. But who knows what they were saying to each other. No need to say that is extremely rude to talk a language your customer doesnt understand. She insisted with the store owner that she put the callus remover only on my heels, but it was clear some spilled elsewhere because the affected area was very irritated and started bubbling up. I was in serious pain but suffered through until the end. When she was done and my drying time was over she didnt even come to apologize but sent a coworker to tell me they will check me out at front. Check me out?I was supposed to pay $40 for getting an injury? I told them that I was in pain, and that I needed medical attention and I was leaving with an injury. They agreed not to make me pay, lucky for them because they get away with just a bad review otherwise they would have had a lawsuit to worry about too.I will never ever go there again ever.

Nice people, bad experience twice. The first time the pedicure was good but they double charged me and said they couldn’t fix it with a refund or cash back and the only option was as a gift certificate (I’m sure so I would have to come back).The second time i returned back with the gift certificate the person who i had an appointment with was running too behind so Stacey the manager helped me. She didn’t use any tools to remove dead skin on the bottom of my feet except a soft one while under water. When I pointed it out she just tried to laugh it off that I didn’t need it and I said I wanted it and pointed out where. Her answer was that she was already starting someone else’s manicure. And that next time I would be charged more. She also didn’t trim the skin around the toenails either which stayed rough as soon as the greasy lotion dried.I wanted to give them a second chance after messing up the first time but this was even worse.

I love this place!!!! My nails always look amazed and they last. I really like the atmosphere its bright and welcoming. Its always clean. I have been coming here for over 6 months and will continue to come.

This shop was highly rated in oro valley and were always booked when I tried to get a same day appointment. When I finally got in, I thought the shop was beautiful. Very nice, high end looking decor, but the service was not good. I got a deluxe pedicure and my grandma got a gel manicure. The lady doing my pedicure was nice but she burned me several times with the hot stones and the hot towel. She scrubbed the tops of my feet with a harsh brush that hurt so bad and left my feet red and swollen when I left. My grandmother sat for 45 minutes waiting for someone to do her manicure (and we had appointments) . My pedicure was done before they started on her. I wanted to like this salon SO BAD. But it was horrible experience and I will never go back.

Had a really positive experience here! Randomly picked this salon when I was visiting Tucson over the weekend (mainly because of location and reviews). I walked in around 9:15 on a Saturday and the place was booming! They had plenty of staff though, and was able to take me as a walk-in at that time. I would recommend making an appointment if you’re trying to get in during the day, especially on a Saturday. Friendly staff and great service! Clean environment and COVID safe! Highly recommend and I will return next visit!

It was good but the lady who did my nails was filing the acrylic to make it a coffin shape but my thumb got caught by the file and it stinged and hurt. After I got home it started bleeding nonstop and got very numb. I mean the nails are fine I tried to ask for a more brighter pink but it’s kinda white. And when I went there when they were first open I had a temporary tattoo and this guy was trying to get it out and he got this scrubbing material out and started scrubbing reallyyy hard and my skin got really irritated and red.

I’ve been a loyal customer of OV Posh since they opened in 2017. Stacy, Tran, Michael, Tammi, and the rest of the technicians are wonderful and extremely talented! Stacy maintains a very clean establishment and Cathy does a great job taking care to ensure every COVID precaution is tended to (temperature taken, masks, sanitizer, Lysol, etc.). They have partitions to ensure social distancing is also maintained. Tran is efficient and thorough! I always leave delighted with my visit and impressed with my nails. 😊💅🏻

Eh... Chose the $70 Pedi as a treat. Suppose to be 70 minutes long. Wasn’t even 55 minutes and frankly the last 15 were just killing time... Wasn’t much different than a standard pedi except for the parafin treatment.

We did a staycation at the nearby resort, and my girls and I decided to try out Posh for some manis and pedis. They were welcoming and took great care with us. We are so pleased with the results!

Ive been here a few times, and they are always able to get me in for last minute appointments. The techs are not all equal, some are better than others. The aesthetics of the salon are nice and upscale. It is not as nice as it was when it first opened, but it is nicer than other nail shops. Prices are average, not super low like some shops, and not as high as the resort spas - depending on the tech - you get an adequate service for the cost. (Not always though, so Id recommend asking for the owner or someone she suggests)

Left my nails extremely lumpy and when I asked for a refund/getting them redone I was faced with nothing but rudeness. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t ever be going back, the 4 star reviews and decorations located around the spa delude the actual service.

I have been a customer since 2018 and I have never left so disappointed.I called to set the appointment and explained exactly what I wanted and they assured me that they could do it since they have more than 250 different colors.The first red flag: When I got there, they couldn’t match the colors that I was asking for (which sometimes can be hard, I understand) — but they should at least hear what the customer is asking for.The nail tech had already applied the long tips on my nails, so I couldn’t even go through the colors and choose the ones I wanted. They kept bringing me pink colors when I said I wanted nude/brown.And the list keeps going:1. I asked for way shorter nails and nails are bumpy.2. The nail tech just grabbed my finger and applied the white color on my thumb without even asking me if that was the final decision.3. She got nail polish on the corner of my finger and didn’t even bother to clean.4. I had to ask for cuticle oil (are you really going to send me home with dry cuticles?)Anyway, the only reason why I’m not rating 1 star is because I’ve been going there for a while and had some good experience in the past.

Had to wait about 40 minutes past my appointment time for a pedicure. Kevin was very kind about the mistake (not his fault and not even my nail tech or manager) but no one else really made an effort to apologize.

Scheduled a pedicure at the Posh salon in Mesa by accident. When I showed up, they still were able to pencil me in at the same time, even on a Sunday (their short day)! I always recommend Posh. Great customer service, quality work, and well worth every penny!

Wow!! I called to make an appointment for a pedicure same day with my mom for her birthday. We had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Mike and I was very impressed by his attention and care to detail. And oh my goodness--he gave the most amazing toe massage! My mom was jealous she didnt get her toes massaged so thoroughly and will be requesting Mike next time. We will definitely come back!

Tran did a great job at making my nails look great. They were a mess and her French Tip dip did wonders. She only added tips to the ones that needed them, 3, and kept mynails at the right length for me. ILL be back!

High end looking decor but the quality stops there, unfortunately. We spent $168 for two sets of natural nail mani & pedis! We didnt have cash for tips so my mother ran to an ATM while my technician finished. The owner asked me to leave the station before my nails were dry, though several other stations were available. I obliged, but was questioned shortly after as to why I was still sitting on the lounge to which I was directed. I explained why I was waiting, but finally took the hint and stood outside until she returned. I wasnt even even able to wear my shoes for fear of ruining my wet toes. Yet, even still, I recieved looks from the owner. I was so humiliated that I left without tipping. See attached photo.

It is so rare to find a nail salon as nice as this one. They were extremely hygienic (new pack of tools, fresh nail files, and liners) and had hospital grade sterilization. Their COVID precautions included temperature checks and masks for everyone in the salon, they even had us wash up before beginning our service. I did an upgraded pedi with paraffin and hot stones which at $57 was a steal. Tran left my nails looking flawless and was wonderful conversation during my service. This has to be the best nail salon in OV and I would recommend them to anyone.

I love the environment here! After losing my favorite tech at another salon, I decided to give this one a try, and I was already sold after the first visit. They have all been so great and accommodating. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer, even when I have an appointment, but its never been too bad. All the technicians have done a great job on my nails and eyebrows, and are extremely friendly. Plus its in a gorgeous location with a gorgeous interior. Their pricing is on the higher end, but you really get what you pay for. Worth every penny. I would definitely highly recommend them!

Tammy did my nails after 2 months of my nails off and she did a great job! Little pricey but the job she did was worth it, will go back for fills and see pricing on fills. Tammy is bomb and owner came over and introduced herself, thats impressive!

Very fancy. Everyone is super nice! I am very picky and really dont have any complaints. The gel is an additional $17 I believe vs the normal $10. Overall they have done great job on my nails and eyebrow waxing.

This is my go to nail place. I am always able to walk in (though you can make an appt). I love how clean and bright the salon is. I always leave there feeling great.

Pedi was great. Awesome massage but the spa options are overpriced. Nail tech, Michael, was more interested in checking and responding to his text messages than finishing my nails. I wouldnt allow my employees to have their phones out when they were working with clients. Made my time in the chair longer than necessary.

I had made appointment for Friday but silly me showed a day before, the salon managed to fit me in and had a great service. The place is impeccable! The selection is huge, I truly enjoyed and hope to be back!!

This was the first nail salon I went to here in Tucson since moving here in January. I absolutely love it. Such a beautiful relaxing environment with real professionals that greet you by name with warm smiles. They work diligently and their attention to detail is impeccable! Ov posh nails is a clean comfortable environment and I would highly recommended this to salon to everyone.

I agree with one reviewer, some of these reviews must be fake. I should have known better when I called and asked for a price and was told to go look at the website. Really?? The half a second it would have taken to answer was too much effort? Probably a decent place for a pedicure with regular polish. They charge $17 extra for gel polish when all the other salons charge $5. She was rough and cut the skin around my nails. They don’t look good, will have to have them redone elsewhere. Basically just threw money in the trash.

Such a pretty and clean place! The tech who waxed me was so friendly and clearly skilled as my sensitive skin was not even slightly red or irritated after which I didn’t think was possible! This alone would get a 5 star rating from me but then the prices are also very reasonable. Never going anywhere else :)

Wasn’t happy with the outcome of my nails. Than they don’t have many colors too chose from yet they have many for gel. It’s like ur forced to do gel. I’ll never go there again. Mike did my nails they look like glue on nails. Came home n polished my own nails. Unhappy customer.

Horrible service the owner neglected mine and my daughters appointment while he sat everyone else down that came in right after us knowing ours was at 12:45 theirs was at 1:00 and 1:15. I will never go back to this place I don’t recommend for anyone to go especially being treated this way by the owner.

I received a pedicure and manicure last week, it took hours. I went with my cousin and we received the same services and she was done an hour before me. They over charge, and within 3 days my nails were already chipping. I can go three weeks without another polish, here it is 4 days tops. Super disappointed with the service, price, and nails.

Everyone was friendly, decor was modern and pleasing to the eye, it was spotless, and they made sure I was happy when I walked out the door. Im from out of state so I wont be able to return. I wish we had a place like this at home.

I went in to get a pedicure for prom with two of my friends and I. It was our first time there and I had heard from someone that they were good so I thought it would be good to stop by at, but since we had never been to them we asked one of the staff members for their seservices and how much they cost. Then he asked me what we were looking for and then I told him what I had wanted which was JUST a pedicure, BUT that was NOT good enough for him as I should have also gotten a manicure in his opinion. Now I know usually at nail salons I have gotten constantly bombarded to get more services done from them so I am kind of familiar with that so that is not where I had a problem (even though Im tired of such things). Although what I had an issue with was how he had approached the situation. He basically said something along the lines of oh I should not go without getting a manicure because my nails are not pretty and ugly. Now my nails were not the best but the were not the worst they looked basically normal and average. However he basically offended my nails right at the front of the door before I had even sat down and wanted to do business with them so they are kind of awful and then I just walked out after that ridiculousness and quite rude behavior.

So I went there about two months ago, to get my first set of acrylics. It was about 15-30 minute wait, so I recommend scheduling an appointment. I don’t know his name, but he was rude to my mother. His English was bad, and my mother and I could not understand him. We kept on asking him to repeat himself, but he ended up getting so frustrated to the point where he raised his voice very harshly at my mother, and my mother got very upset. Luckily, Staci, the owner, came up to me and my mother and offered to do my nails. She was so so nice, and did my nails beautifully. Otherwise, all of the other ppl there have great customer service, and the place is very clean and put together. I’m going back in a couple of days, and I hope I get better customer service. And it was not the first time I was there, the man who was aggressive with my mother did my nails another time I was there. Just a simple polish, he was very rude, he got a little angry, just cuz I asked him to repeat himself because his English is not the best. But wud definitely recommend to go, if u work with a woman.

Avoid this salon at all cost. sloppy gel mani and sloppydelux pedi and the manicurist was very offensive and rude.Dont believe these positive reviews because they are fake.They robbed me blind. No thanks, I will not return.

I truly enjoyed my experience at this new Nail Spa. The staff are upbeat, funny, and know customers by name. They made me feel right at home and my feet and hands look absolutely beautiful!

Stacy and Tran are very good. Professional, courteous, and the salon is beautiful but not only beautiful, they use hospital grade sterilization machines to make sure their patrons are safe from any sort of nail type diseases or infections.

I was not comfortable I felt rushed and like I was just another number. I tried to get what the call nature nail set but got regular acrylic nail. They say the nature mail does not wreck your nail. But it did.

This was my second visit. I wasnt impressed the first time but decided to try again just because I was already close by. First time they spent more time worrying about my daughters feet being on their white chairs than my manicure (and yet they offer kids services). Over priced for the work done. Over-filed nails, cold soak water, barely trimmed cuticles and trimmed them dry (had to fix a massive hangnail later) never asked what shape I like and when I asked to make one more square used the cuticle nippers to cut it, messy polish under and around nails, never asked me to wash my hands after buffing and just massaged it in with the lotion, stopped to chit chat with another employee, limited gel polish selection (the big ring of color was apparently dip) cant take the colors out of the pouch to match to skin tone. Simply not worth the money. Also said I didnt need a receipt they asked if I wanted it texted to me and I still said no, but somehow got a texted receipt- dont even know how they got my number! The search for a good nail place continues.....
