Absolutely the best nail salon experience I have ever had! Tan was amazing and very patient with me. I have had multiple bad experiences at other salons and he was extremely gentle and thorough. I had dip nails done, he did exactly what I wanted. The shape and end results are perfect! So excited to have found a nail salon home

This was hands down the best nail exsperience I have had. Ive used many places my friends took me too and was unhappy with all of them. No one would listen to what I wanted, no one had time to answer my questions about services, and they were all in such a big hurry to get me out so they could get the next customer in. Not at Nail Forum. I got a pedi and my nails dipped. They called me by my name when talking to me. They answered all my questions I had about their services. They took the time to make sure they were doing exactly what I wanted. No rush, such a relaxing environment, very friendly people, and my nails are more fabulous than I ever expected. 10+ stars! ❤️

They did a great job fixing my nails after a not so great experience somewhere else. They took their time and even stayed almost an hour past their closed time to finish my nails.

Super friendly place! I was wanting an ombre finish on my nails and had asked for this several times before at different places but was always told no, they couldnt do that. This place said sure, it would have to be in acrylic but we can do it. Customer service is GREAT here! My nails look great! I came in with a gift card but Ill be back as a regular.

Great service and super friendly. Sonny goes out of his way to make every guest feel welcome. There are certain things I like and dont like. Im super particular, as Im always in front of clients and have meetings where Im presenting. My nails looking great are super important to me. His staff remembers every time and always accommodates me. Our group of girls go in every two weeks and our nails always look great. Ive never been disappointed in the past two years Ive been going to The Nail Forum. Whomever is giving a bad review must be having a bad day.

This is the only place my wife will go to anymore! Sonny is the funniest guy I have ever met in my life and makes going with my wife tolerable. He is also of of the best and fastest in the industry in my opinion. I have an acute attention to detail and the slightest mistakes bug me to death, but he has hit it on the nail every time!

I made a same day appointment for a pedicure. It was a very nice relaxing experience. The staff is friendly and professional and I enjoyed complimentary bottled water. As a guy, I decided I wanted a colored pedicure. I had previously picked up a polish at CVS and they were okay with using it. It looks great. I am very happy with the service I received. I wear a lot of sandals. I will definitely come here more.

This salon is by FAR my favorite nail salon in the Edmond/OKC area. They are always friendly and they spend time making sure you get incredible service. I recommend making an appointment since they do book up frequently. The pedicures are the best around and they don’t ever feel rushed. I am starting to consider this place my home away from home.

My toes look AMAZING!!! The people were super friendly too! The only reason they get four stars is because the prices are higher for shellac...$20 more than just paint.

The Nail Forum is the place to go if you want EXCELLENT service! I have never been dissapointed with the services I have received here. They are friendly and you definitely get your money’s worth. The owner was incredibly polite, patient and helpful over the phone when I booked my appointment. The nail technicians that worked on me and my niece were incredibly sweet and thorough throughout the mani/pedi. They took the time to do a lovely massage and never made us feel as though we were being rushed to get the next client in. It does not bother me at all when people speak the language most comfortable for them, which in this case would be Vietnamese, yet these two darling employees made a concerted effort to speak only English in front of us (which was an obvious struggle at certain points in their conversation) which felt like a policy the owner may have implemented out of respect for his customers. Whatever the case, I was impressed with everything A to Z and will most definitely return to Nail Forum.

Extremely clean salon with a very professional staff. I love that they honor my appointment time. When I arrive, they get me in right away. I really appreciate how quiet, odor-free and relaxing the atmosphere is, as other salons Ive visited in edmond are always so noisy and reek of chemicals! Sanitary liners are always used on the pedicure bowls and who doesnt love a complimentary glass of wine?! I cant recommend this place enough. Ill never go anywhere else!!

So rude .I went there this morning for a manicure, and the guy who welcomed me had a rude tone. There had no room for walk-ins which is understandable but how you say it matters.

I love this place! They have a TON of shellac colors to the point its overwhelming (a good overwhelming) and the people were so so nice! Prices are fair, got a full set with shellac and my toes painted. Definitely recommend this nail salon and will be going back!

After getting a pedicure there, my toes hurt because she cut my feet around my toenail bed really bad. Now I have an infection on 4 of my toenails from this pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE. They obviously did not disinfect their products and were very rough with my feet. I will not return.

Terrible experience here with very prejudice owners!! The husband sunny takes marijuana smoke breaks every 10 minutes and stinks to high heaven. The “wife” is rude and condescending as well. I heard Sunny making comments about people being monkeys, how garbage okc clients are to Edmond clients and more. gnats are flying all over the place, and my foot has a burning sensation! - I just can’t with the attitudes and the cleanliness of this place. Most definitely stay away! Health department DEFINITELY needs to see that wax room. It’s disgusting and they double dip the wooden sticks with bacteria!
