I have been a client for several years and now bring my husband Mike along for pedicures. He loves them! I have used different nail technicians over the years and have never had a bad experience from any of them. Modern Nails is a very professional, yet comfortable, nail salon. They are always updating their equipment (I love the new pedicure chairs) and trying new products. I don’t go anywhere else.

Felt that my manicure was rushed through. The edges of my nails were pretty rough after being filed (also looked like the file hadnt been cleaned for weeks). When my technician messed up one of my nails, she took it all off with nail polish remover and then immediately went back in with the nail polish. No wiping off nail polish remover residue, no base coat. So, of course my nails are already pretty chipped only a few days later. Masks did not seem to be required, even though that was advertised

I went to get my nails done and they were so nice and thorough my nails look amazing I will definitely be going back

Got my nails done. Some of the places Ive been to, they rush through or say I have to have an appointment. Mod asked the way I wanted it done and I was very happy with it overall. And wasnt outrageously expensive. Thank you

My husband and I both got mani pedis from here and they were great! The salon is really friendly toward men and even encourages them to come in. The nail artists took their time when it came to exfoliating and moisturizing so it was really relaxing. The woman who worked with my husband was super nice too. Our nails came out really well too. We had a great experience and will definitely be back again!

Modern Nails & Spa has been my go to for my nails for over 13 years. They are very personable, always greeting customers by name as they arrive and as they leave. This family has wonderful manners and people skills. And of course my nails always look nice and I am very particular. If you are not happy with your nails they are more than happy to fix the issue without making you feel bad. They want to know if you arent happy with their work. I have recommended Modern Nails to several friends and they have all been pleased. I highly recommend you trying Modern Nails!

I have been a client for more than 5 years. Trinh is the only nail technician in years who has been able to keep my nails the way i like them, with some complications that i have with process, etc. She always puts me first and does anything she can to make sure my experience is what i want. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. I was impressed and still remember the second time i walked in that Trinh remembered my name and greeted me as if i was an old friend. She does a wonderful job of establishing relationships with her clients and works hard to see that you are taken care of. Try them - you will not be disappointed!

I have been coming here a while now!! Each and every time has been fantastic. Great atmosphere, great quality.. Great customer service. I have tried other places but none measure up so I will just stick to whats the best!!!

Not all of the technicians have an equal skill set. And they will talk about you in Vietnamese. I was very uncomfortable there. I will not be going back because they charge $20 a fill, and I know I can get it for $15 and get a better job done.

I had an amazing first experience with Trinh. I have never had such great customer service at a nail salon and on top of that my nails have never looked better. She and the other workers in the salon knew ever person that walked in by name and made me feel extremely welcome.

I thought it was decent overall. Walked in without any prior reservation to get a pedicure with my friend and was almost immediately seated. The place was very clean and organized and overall the atmosphere seemed pretty mellow. The only thing I didnt like about the experience is that they added glaze to both my, and my friend without even inquiring beforehand. Dont know if Ill go back again.

This is my first time at this establishment. What drew me to this establishment was the reviews. When I walked in everything was fine. I want to thank Sonny as I enjoyed his conversation and he did a very good job. However, my disappointment is with Im going to assume that she was the owner. She had a conversation with her customer and it was negative about black people. She began to talk about dating a black guy and how it ended negatively. A customer asked her was she going to date another brown person again? She stated, No Im done with Brothers! I cannot believe today February 2020/Black History Month that a nail establishment owner and customer conversating about God at first and include to talk negatively about black people! I was the only black person in the establishment and when they begin to talk negatively about black people the lady next to me who was white looked at me in astonishment! As we both were shocked at the conversation! At the end of my service I went to the register paid and tipped Sonny. I asked to speak to the owner, my intention were to discuss in private but she didnt move! I told her i was very disappointed with her conversation and how I was offended terribly by what she said! I I dont want to even discuss what her excuse was because it makes her conversation even worse! How can two people in the same sentence talk about God, how they love him and church but on the backend talk negatively about black people! Hello you have a black person in the room! I could have easily said something right when she said it but I chose a different route. The only reason why Im giving this nail salon starsis because of the guy Sonny

My experience there was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and they tried to get to know me, and the prices are reasonable. They have a great color selection and it is a very calming environment!! I will be returning!

The staff at Modern Nails were so personable and greeted every single person that entered by name. Ive hopped salon to salon in Edmond and this one is by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I already had an acrylic set on and just needed a filling and a gel color change, but my nail technician, Sunny, was so detailed with his work that he carefully measured and shaped each nail so they were absolutely perfect! He asked me for my name upon entering and genuinely cared about the conversation we were making. Its affordable, its not bustling and hurried like other salons, and they are a very wonderful little family. I WILL be coming back!!

Highly disappointed in the quality for the cost. Nail tech rushed through a deluxe pedicure, and didnt fix the nails after asked twice. The girl next to me paid for a cheaper pedicure and got a better service. My friend asked for my nails to be repainted and they walked off.

I took my 6 year old here for mommy & me pedicures. I saw them not clean the bowls multiple times as people came and went. The paint job was mediocre as well. We won’t be back.

Last time I got my nails done somewhere else they wouldnt do the almond nails. When I walked in to modern nails I got Sunny and he did the shape and the nail art that I wanted and he did a great job. He was very friendly and made me laugh the whole time I was there.❤

Very rude. I can’t attest to the quality, because when I walked in they said “we’re too busy for you, sorry”. No “can you come back later?” Or even “can you back tomorrow?” Just told me to leave. I may have been willing to wait, but they didn’t even give me an option. It was embarrassing to walk in the door and be told loudly and rudely to leave.
