Jenny has been my go-to nail tech at Royal for the past couple of years & I am so happy I found her!! ☺️ I recently got the pink & white ombré acrylic full set & it’s so pretty!! 💕 I love when we do this color choice. She is thorough in her technique, clean & professional. We have the best conversations & she’s so kind. I get so many compliments when she does my nails!! I always leave there a happy client! This place is awful. My nails were terrible. I didn’t even ask for anything special, it was just dip nails with one single color.All my nails were clumpy and uneven.This is the worst service I have ever received, I was honestly floored.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, because this place is not worth your money.

My friend went and got her nails done here today before work and the action the nail technician took to clean a wound, that she created on my friend’s hand, was NOT okay. The nail tech cut her cuticles to far back to where they bleed, caught my friend’s fingers with the dremel several times, and then proceed to try and clean the wounds with BARBICIDE! Barbicide is a disinfectant meant to clean tools NOT WOUNDS!! You can loose your license for that or at least get a strike and fine on your license. The nail technician will be lucky if my friend doesn’t report her to the state board.

Okay, so, this nail salon is not a place I would go back to, if I had a choice. They did my manicure and pedicure really well, but my mom on the other hand, it did not go so well, I guess the person who usually does the acrylics was out, so a different lady did my moms nails, the thing is she didn’t tell my mom she didn’t know how to do fake nails until she was half way done, my moms nail came out crooked. The place was clean, and they were very cautious about face masks plus plastic. The thing is with the mask neither party could understand the other. We also think that they may have charged us more than what we were supposed to pay. Overall not the best.

Kept walking away. Did not clean the utensils when they were finished. Nothing was sanitized. Wasn’t trying to please the customer at all. Cut my toe like it was no big deal. Pretty frustrating!

I brought 4 little girls in with me and we all got our nails dones. Prices were very reasonable and service was superb. They were so kind to our girls and myself. I will definitely be back bc these nails are perfections. They got my designs and colors perfect.

Just terrible. No one in there and it still took 2 and a half hours to do one mani/pedi. She just kept getting up and walking away it was ridiculous. I have given them several chances but I cant give them anymore. I wont be back.

Attended this nail salon for the first time today based on their FB reviews and they definitely did not disappoint! I got there right after they opened and was able to get seated immediately. I had a picture of what a wanted and one of the sweet ladies helped me pick a color that would be the closest match.The lady who did my nails was so incredibly sweet and did a fantastic job! I hate that I cant remember exactly what her name is but Im positive it was something like Terrie or Tracy. She was nice to talk to and when I mentioned that I had work today she asked when I had to be in to make sure she didnt make me late... I really appreciated that!The nails turned out beautiful, this is my new go-to place for manis! I will be trying the pedicures next time.

I went with a friend to get valentine nails. I asked for a heart on my ring finger. At first it started off good, the people were very nice and had great colors, but when it was time to do my heart everything went sideways. She had to do it multiple times and by the time she was done, they were two different sizes and look like a blob.

Go here if you care about your nails being well formed and even. Jessica makes beautiful nails!!! This is not a “prissy” salon. They have the basic product selection without a lot of “extras”. The salon itself could be cleaner but the staff is friendly and they take time to make sure your nails look perfect before you walk out the door. Overall, the environment could be improved but the nails are perfection. I’ll be back.

I only go here to get my nails done..your nails last longer than other nail shops. Sometimes i cant decide how i want my nails and i let them decide. Im never disappointed.Like

I love love love this place, the people, and the service that everyone is showing and doin. The place is very nice and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step in!! Jenny has been my recommended nail artist for 5 years going now. As soon as they see me they know Jenny will be taking care for me, and she is amazing with doin my nails and being patience with me. I definely will be coming and keep coming years from now and know that Jenny will take care of me above and beyond what I ask for. She knows what I like and does awesome at it.

Let me just say that this place is the best nail shop in the Edmond area as far as quality of service and GREAT customer service. Today, I chose a color that did not show up very well on my nails. (I got dipped powder) While most salons just accuse you of being crazy and acting like they dont see what you are talking about, they listened to my concerns and ultimately did my nails completely over with a new color. I did not have to go back and forth or anything. The lady did a GREAT job on my nails and they re polished my toes to match my new color free of charge. Then, at the register, they gave me a discount on my entire service for the extra time it took. If the great prices, student/senior discounts, loyalty program, great ambiance, and free mimosas/wine did not sell me before, their care to my concerns and me being happy leaving their shop did. They have earned my service as long as I am in Edmond.

This is a great place to go close and convenient for my wife and me! There is relaxing music and calm atmosphere. it’s her favorite place. Good quality pedicure. This is always a great go to for gifts for loved ones. A gift card makes holiday shopping easy! Very nice staff and great experience every time.

Received the spa pedicure and it was great! Relaxing atmosphere and nice employees that go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your experience. Have been coming to Royal Nails and Spa for 5+ years for pedicures, and have never been disappointed. They are taking appropriate precautions after Covid-19 as well. Clean environment. I am OBSESSED!!!! This is my new favorite salon and will 100% be coming back! My nail lady was the absolute sweetest. I showed her a picture of what i wanted, and she worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted:) It is covid season and everything was super clean, and sanitary ... They have plastic curtains separating you and the nail tech which is cool ! Prices are good too!

I came in for the first time today for an eyebrow wax and was very impressed! It was super clean and they took great care to ensure Covid safety precautions. I came back later the same day for a pedicure, which is something I rarely have done. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back for sure!

Came here for the first time with my daughter she has never had her nails done before she is 10yrs old so I wanted a mommy daughter date I asked the lady to do a simple gel nail color she cut my daughters nails so short and hurt her nails, and cuticle now on my nails I asked for my real nail to remained long because Im growing them out she left them so short from what I had and she rushed and left them lumpy not shaped right and they have the nerve to charge for nail shape besides whats the point of telling them what you want done when they end up doing what ever they like paid almost $90 for such horrible service will not return Ever again they dont clean tools just gross!!

This is the absolute best place to get your nails done! I have never experienced such amazing quality and class in a nail salon. Everyone that works there is so sweet and loves to help out. When you get in they treat you with complimentary drinks. Free drinks and refills. Amazing service. I came for the first time wanting acrylic almond shaped nails that were a color of nude pink and I found the exact color I was looking for. When Jenni did my nails she made then thin and looking natural. Not expensive at all. I found my go to and my permanent nail salon. If you come here ask for Jenni, Jessica, and Kim... Nicest people Ive ever met! What a great experience. Definitely coming back.

Very disappointed in the service and quality of mani/pedi I had done. First, they repeatedly tried to upsell me on their services. When I would not budge, they rushed me through the process. As if that weren’t bad enough, my pedicure is sloppy. The nail polish comes up over my cuticle and the front of the nail was left undone. The manicure looks decent. I will not be going back.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been here a couple times and they are all so nice. It’s a great atmosphere and I would highly recommend it. I’m always in love with my nails when I leave here. They have so many colors to pick from and have pretty much every color you could think of. If your looking for a new nail place come check them out .

I would not recommend this nail salon. My daughter and I came here because they opened at 9 a.m. and it worked better for our schedule today. My entire massage and warm towel was completed before my toe nail polish and toes were worked on.. okay no big deal it’s gel another lady is going to do it. The man cleaned the bowl and floor with the towel he used to wipe off my legs, he used the same scrubber on my feet for another person (thankfully it was my daughter), he also used the bowl cleaner and spray it in my daughters feet instead of the alcohol. Needless to say we are not coming back.

This has been my go to place for awhile. I went today to get my nails dipped and a pedicure. He messed up on my nails twice (I wanted Halloween stripes on my ring fingers) the first time he made the stripes look like tiger stripes and the second time he put the clear polish on too soon and they smeared and I said take it off I just won’t get the stripes anymore. Whatever he did to my nails they are throbbing and are very thin and uncomfortable right now. (this has never happened to me when I’ve gotten dip in the past) I’ve never had him work on my nails but today he was there instead of the regular girl I see. I got a pedicure and then was on my way. Ended up being there for 2 HOURS when I was the only customer in the salon. Will be finding another salon.

One of the worst places to get your nails done! My daughter just had her nails done & the lady got the acrylic powder all over her hands & under the nails. The polish was done poorly with no base coat. I could have painted them better myself. The nails were crooked. When we went back in to ask for a partial refund, they barely acknowledge us & had my daughter sit down to “fix” them. Which the lady barely did anything. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

I cannot wait to go back here! I now have two favorite nail salons. The staff is not only friendly, but they are professional and actually listen to what YOU want. They do not force anything on you.The salon is super clean, and I feel so comfortable while getting my nails done. Best of all, the price is beyond affordable for such great service. I have small fingers with short nails so I can tell when a nail tech is good because their approach will be gentle but still achieve the desired look. My toes nails were even worse and needed a lot of attention. I am happy with the manicure and pedicure I got today all for $60 dollars. The ladies are also very kind and professional.

I came here for the very first time to use a gift card one of my students had given me and I loved this place! Very fast, pleasant service. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the place is clean. Prices are very reasonable for a quality pedicure. They we not overly pushy about offering their services which I appreciate.

Me and my mom went in today to get our nails dipped. started off normal, my mom was ahead of me and finished before me. she had so many problems and now her hands are swollen. the lady that did me and my moms hands wouldnt stop after my mom had asked her because it was hurting her. she had hit her cuticles 7 times and made her bleed with the drill. once my mom had gotten put under the light to dry, it started burning her. she took her hand out and told her it was hurting. the lady insisted and told her she had to put it back in, then yet again she put her other hand in and the same thing happened. it finally got to me and i had waited with the acetone on my fingers for almost 40 minutes and i ended up with acetone all over my hands. me and my moms nails have sharp edges and so messed up. she over charged my mom for us. my mom should have had a discount for hers but when she said that they said “next time you come in, there will be a discount”. we will never go back and for our first time there it sucked.

Royal Nails and Spa always have my nails on point. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for quality work!! I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails from the design to stone placement on my full sets and when I tell you, any example I bring on how I want my nails, they never disappoint, its always perfect!! The owner is very accommodating and make sure everyone feels welcomed and comfortable. Everyone does great pedicures so no matter who you get you dont have to worry. Its not loud or out of control, there are no kids running around and no one is rushing through there work so you get a job well done everytime. I happily take a 30 min drive to go to Royal Nails and Spa, they will always have my business!!

I love this place!! I came with a group of girls for a bridal nail party and had a blast. Emily really took her time doing my nails and used extra coats of polish to make the colors perfect. The hot wax treatment at the end was glorious!

The Royal Nails and Spa is my favorite place to go! i haven’t gone anywhere else since i found this place. they never fail and their facility is always clean which is a plus! They take their time to perfect your nails and make them beautiful and they give amazing massages. their facials are also the best i’ve ever had! Ive been going to this salon for almost 6 years, since I moved to the Edmond area. Never once have I been disappointed in their service, cleanliness, and vision when it comes to my nails. Their pedicures are better than any other salon in Edmond for very reasonable prices. Ive not had a single bad experience, no matter who has helped me. But, I mus say that I am FLOORED by the experience I had today with Jenni. I came in with a vision for my nails, and while they didnt have the stickers in stock I was wanting, Jenni made my nails better than I ever could have imagined! She did not only dried flowers in my nails, but also ombre design, AND chrome nails all in one sitting! Couldnt Be happier with my nails.

DO NOT GO TO ROYAL NAILS AND SPA ON DANFORTH AND SANTA FE. I have been there several times and sent many friends there... Today, I was pulling in the parking lot to park, and they had a huge sign on one of their cars, that covered the entire car, that said Royal Nails and Spa grand opening 20% off.. So I go in and there is another sign inside that talked about a members club and 20% off pedicures. So, I get my pedicure and manicure and they go to charge me WAY too much. I told her what it should have been with it being 20% off and she said No, its only for pedicures. I told her that her sign outside that they hung on one of their cars said 20% off and didnt specify that it was only on particular services, and if it was supposed to be only on particular services, that they need to specify that on their advertisement, or else its a bait and switch, which is fraud and illegal. Her response was Sorry. Its only on pedicures. I told her she had better walk outside and read their own sign that they are advertising 20% off, and NOWHERE does it say on select services or only on pedicures. I told her I would only pay what she advertised. After more argument, she said I will do it this one time and we do not want to see you again. Wow! I told her not to worry and that I have sent many friends there and will make sure they all know how they really treat their customers, and they definitely wouldnt have to worry about me EVER coming back! Guess they dont realize that theres at least 50 nail places in Edmond ALONE, and good customer service goes a very long way!!

My uncle recommended this spot to me a month ago. And I only visited here when my boyfriends birthday was coming up. They did not make me disappointed, I tried pink & white, wow so nice and lovely! Their staff is super friendly and talented, I noticed how they did my nails and couldnt stop. Guess what?! I was a princess on my boyfriends birthday! Thank you.

My experience has always been absolutely PERFECT when Jessica is my tech. She is a perfectionist, considerate and compassionate. I won’t use anyone in the salon other than her as I’ve had some less than desirable experiences using other techs. JESSICA IS THE BEST!

Just got finished getting a manicure and shellac polish, best manicure Ive had! The girl took her time, and made my nails look fantastic! Very reasonable prices as well, I will definitely coming back.

Went in yesterday and my fingernails are not straight at all, they are slanted in one direction. The dipping powder that was applied is thin in several places and there are places that didnt get covered. The corners of my nails are sharp enough that I cut myself by accident. The color that I chose is not the same color as what I ended up with. Wont be going back.

I went in there on Christmas Eve to get my nails done for Christmas and I normally go somewhere else but this nail shop but I was in a rush so I chose to go there. I wish I hadn’t because it was the worst service I ever had and I’m not sure why it happened but the lady who did it had the worst attitude I ever seen And She was hurting my fingers. I don’t know why she behaved that way maybe it was a race thing me being a black woman. But I’m definitely not going back there again. They always try white ppl better anyway.

Great experience. Very professional and clean. I got a pedicure. As my toes were under the dryer, she gave me a shoulder rub. It was a relaxing way to pass those boring 10 minutes waiting for polish to dry. :)

First time here, came in with my mom and got a pedicure. The staff was very attentive and helped me choose which pedicure was right for what I wanted. They were very busy and still kept up with us. Will definitely come here again!

Not the best experience. Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the guy that did my nails was very nice, but didn’t do well on my nails. I had polish on my cuticles on my nails AND toes. The lady that did my toes made 3 of them bleed. She acted rushed and annoyed to do it. Won’t be going back.

Just got done getting a pedicure. I did the Spa Pedicure, so an upgrade from their regular. When I got home and had a chance to look at the pedicure, it is AWFUL. My toenails are all sorts of crooked and uneven, I’m pretty sure she never filed them, portions of nails are missing polish, and the polish is so thick at the base it is congealing. I’m waiting for them to dry so I can try to fix it. I’m from out of town and my mom swore by this place, but she said only Jessica is good, so I guess I didn’t get Jessica! I will not be returning to this place if in town again.

Ive been sitting here waiting for over 40 minutes. I came in and was sat. I picked my color for my fillings. The lady started me and then went away to work on someone else that came in after me. I dont typically write negative reviews but this, THIS pushed me over the edge. I only came here because my normal place was closed.

Balanced Wellness Chiropractic has definitely helped my back and neck with adjustments and acupuncture. Now I can actually hold my head up straight.

I came in with dipped nails and had decided to go with overlay and gel nail polish. They misunderstood what I wanted.My fingers hurt the rest of the day because the lady doing it kept hitting my cuticles. They look so BAD and are super short!!!On top of that, they over charged me! 🤬 because of their mistake they charged me for a manicure and for a fill 🤬🤬🤬I will NEVER go back!!!!

The first time I went here I thought it was pretty good. The pedicure was really nice, but my full set was so-so. I went back this last weekend to get my nails done again (not something I do regularly anymore). Because its winter and so dry here I asked if they could work on my cuticles before putting on my full set. Well, something got lost in translation because the girl that did my nails thought I wanted a gel manicure instead of a cuticle trim and a full set with shellac. When I corrected the request after she started to setup for the polish she seemed very put out that I (the paying customer) wanted something different than what she was told.She rushed through my nails, seemed annoyed that I didnt want a perfect square nail (I really prefer rounded, but god forbid you ever ask for anything thats not square) My nails are okay, but the acrylic is too think at the tips and it bothers me that it was such an annoyance that she misunderstood my request when I walked in the door. I said, I want my cuticles and hands treated and a full set with gel polish...I know its not a normal request, but I dont get why it was such a big deal.

Terrible. I went to get my nails done for my birthday. I decided to get a mani and pedi. The spa pedicure treatment was fine, however, when I got home, I noticed a puncture on the side of my calf with blood gushing out and a big bruise around the puncture. Aside from that, I showed them a picture of what I wanted to get for my manicure, I keep telling her I want it short. She made it super long, even though it was pretty, I kept telling her I wanted it shorter but refused to make it shorter. In the end it was a big bill and frustrating experience with customer service.

We make it a monthly goal to stop in for a pedicure. The polish they use lasts for quite a while. The shoulder rub at the end is always a bonus - we usually leave this place feeling like jello.

I suggest an appointment! The staff was nice. There was a coupon for first time visit online that no one seemed to know what to do with to apply though so to my disappointment I was unable to use it!

From out of town, stopped by for pedicure. Great environment, clean, good massage. Sadly...sloppy paint and when I asked that the paint be removed from skin, I was ignored.

I use to get a fill for $15 and the prices are now $23 with no warning. I will be taking my business down the street where they charge $17 for the exact same service.

My mother used to go here until one young lady very calmly asked for a small adjustment to their nails and one of techs yelled at her keep in mind the younger lady was being calm and polite while the old Asian lady was yelling at the manager and owner turned awayIf you want to be yelled at and have the police called on you go ahead
